KFC got a new crew, and they are killing it! Fresh chicken and great service. New Manger has really turned things around for the better. I'm going to have to put KFC back on the weekly menu.

OK. Hadn't been to a KFC in quite a while but holy cow that fried chicken sandwich was delicious! The store is a greasy little joint next to two major highways but I'd go back again on a weak day just for another of those sandwiches. No guilt there.

I ordered delivery from this KFC. It arrived fast, food was hot and tasty and the packaging was fantastic! Everything was sealed up, including safety packaging for the beverages to ensure no one tempered with the food being delivered. Great job, KFC Round Rock!

We've been here a couple of times, and the staff has always provided good customer service. Tonight, we got great customer service. The gentleman who took our order (younger, African America, striped shirt) shared a deal they were having, so we got more for our money. Then when we got to the window, we asked to change the chicken to extra crispy. Even though it was a hassle, the young men working were nice and friendly about it. When you're craving fast fried chicken, you can't beat KFC.

I dont know what are all these bad reviews, but this evening I had a craving for fried chicken and was on my way home when I stopped by this KFC. I went through the drive thru and the service was great as well as patient when deciding our sides. Also the food was served hot and I have never been to this kfc until now and this is by FAR the best one I’ve gone. The biscuits were perfect don’t know who made them but they need a raise ASAP. As I said the chicken we ordered was hot to the touch even with our 15min drive home. And everything including the Cole slaw tasted amazing. Other KFCs need to take notes bc them girlies are giving what they need to give.

The person at the drive thru window today (4/6/23) at 3pm deserves to be acknowledged. Well spoken and awesome service with a smile. My food was good too but i felt compelled to write this review about the worker after my experience 👍

Ashley was amazing, she was nice, kind and very attentive to details. I was there yesterday with my parents, she did a great job in taking our order, and making sure everything was perfect. Thanks again lot for your help, definitely enjoyed the service and the cake.

The lady with the pink hair at the drive-thru was very nice. Honestly the chicken, fries, and mac n cheese were on point. They were out of thighs but I am not complainimg because everything was great especially the chicken. Great service! Thanks!

We stopped by last night because my husband had his tooth removed and could only eat certain things. So coming from San Antonio we stopped here for some mashed potatoes. I got some chicken tenders. The service was amazing the lady was so sweet n kind and just made the overall experience that much better! I wish I hadn't been so tired to remember her name but I don't. The food was amazing and tasty as well. She made us feel so welcomed. Thanks again ladies and gentlemen for all that you do!

My kfc experience was pleasant. The staff were kind and attentive. My first time having lunch on location ( Round Rock ) I live in Galveston Tx.The food was good and atmosphere nice. Staff Ariel and Stellan were great . Thank you both. I would differently visit again.

Under new management. Chicken original was coming apart and chicken bones were broken. Did not have the consistency of the KFC flavor. How it gets better as do not like going to the one on 1325 as they are quite a distance from me.

This location is still drive thru only. Nothing really wrong here, just nothing really great either. Service was good. Order came quickly. The new sandwiches were very good. It being a chain, I just can't give a higher rating. It is what it is.

Very long wait just to be greeted in drive thru - I was the ONLY car. Took forever for person to enter the order. He left off two items I ordered and then entered it cash only which meant he had to refund and reenter. The food was hot though which earned 2 stars.

Had to state order three or four times, then it was still wrong, And person at asked us to move out of window even though no one was behind us , wait time was in excess of 18 min, and order was incorrect still. Don't plan on returning to this store, bad location and inept workers.

We are usually satisfied with their food and service. There's no consistentcy to the food. It depends on the cook for the day. We usually get the Famous Bowl. The chicken pieces may be different sizes, sometimes spicy, & sometimes extra crispy and sometimes not as much chicken as other days. We always go around 11:15am for lunch so they should have plenty of the ingredients on hand. We visit 3 different ones. The new one in Hutto has been really good but for how long we don't know.

I dropped a credit card in the parking lot of this location. I came back 2 days later to see if it was turned in. I spoke to the same nice young man that helped me 2 days prior. He said someone had turned it in and went to retrieve it for me. At that point his “manager” came over and asked me what was going on. I told her and she proceeded to say “well I’m the manager and he should have gone through me for that” in a truly demeaning tone. I’m sorry but I don’t remember seeing this so called manager 2 nights prior. The young man recognized me and was eager to help me. You should be praising your staff for their service instead of trying to overpower them! As a manager myself, I was quite saddened by her tone towards him. He seems like a fantastic employee and he deserves a manager that appreciates his outstanding customer service.

Customer service is slow, maybe short staffed? The lobby was NASTY! not 1 clean table and food all over the floor soda spilled on the floor too. I cleaned a table for us to eat dinner at. For was good and HOT! No issues with the order. Both bathrooms were "out of order" according to the signs on the doors. Attached are 2 pictures I took but that was just the table across from us!

This KFC location does not offer FAST food. Particularly if you want hot wings. If you want 20 hot wings or even 10 hot wings, plan on waiting while they cook them. They NEVER have more than 2 or 3 ready to go. Call ahead you say...brilliant idea!...if only they would answer their phone. I understand they might be on the phone with someone else...but perhaps not for a solid ten minutes. As another reviewer stated, the food is good...if you can get it. And you won't be getting it fast either. Good luck!

I have gone here twice in the past couple of months and both times it was super slow, and I ordered macaroni and cheese as a side. Both times I got coleslaw! My daughter is extremely disappointed every time. The second time I even said please make sure it's macaroni and cheese, my fault for not checking before I left, but I was waiting for so long when I finally got my food I was just ready to go home! I will not be going back.

I was over billed and was given items which I did not order. They did not leave my receipt also in my bag. I was billed 39 where it should have been 25-27. Now I am concerned why my receipt was not given. I am worried if the guy at the drive through stole my card details. I have reported it to the KFC customer service care. I tried calling the store but they did not attend. KFC ticket no -02049237 I would not recommend!!

Have to say this was one of the dirtiest fast food places I have ever been in. The edges of the doorways were just caked with black, and the bathroom floor was actually slippery - like when soap is used but never rinses. Ewwww..... Sandwich was tasty. No grilled chicken nor healthier options -

So it's a KFC It was pretty standard if a little dirtier than normal. But what earns it the poor rating was the staff. My order went just fine however my brother who ordered after me was left waiting and waiting. Finally I went to the counter to ask what happened to his order. There were two supervisors working, one said it was the other ones responsibility then answered a personal call on his cell phone while standing at the register which I find very rude and unprofessional. The other supervisor was running around in the back as he was the only one assisting customers. He apologized for the wait, explained he thought the other guy filled the order, and finally filled our order and gave us free cookies for the trouble. He did well, the guy who answered his phone at the register, not so much. Other than that it's a standard fast food joint, nothing special.

Dine in. Chicken Sandwich was good enough. The dining area was filthy. Dirty floors and tables. A look behind the counter to see kitchen was dirty too. Food crumbs all over on floor. Prep Counters not wiped down. Dining room fixtures and floor need replacing, just old and worn out. A remodel and deep cleaning are past due.

We have been to this KFC twice in a few weeks. Both visits were not satisfactory. Once you get the food it meets expectations, however you will wait 30 to 45 minutes for this fast food establishment to fulfill your order. Under new management has been a curse for the fast food location. Do not expect a clean restaurant and kitchen, the floors on dining side were oily and dirty. You will hear the excuse that the order before you took all the prepared chicken and you will need to wait 30 plus minutes to receive your order. We will not return to this restaurant again.

The chicken was dry and the tenders looked over cooked and small. I ordered a Pepsi zero and hit a Dr. Pepper. This places is not consistent and disappointing. The guy at the window could be more friendly. Will stay with Popeyes or Chic-fil-A or even Canes.

This was not the best version of KFC. I ordered online around 2145. They closed at 2300. I did a meal for 2. This included the 5 pc wing combo. My meal was 3 breasts, 2 wings, 1 mash with gravy, 1 secret recipe fries, 2 biscuits, 1 md lemonade and 1 md sweet tea. I also ordered a side of mac&cheese and side of corn. I ordered Mikes hot honey tenders(4) with a coleslaw, biscuit, and sweet tea. I orderKFC sauce, honey bbq sauce, and comeback sauce. All of this for 3 soldiers. Instead of the sweet teas we got all lemonades. 1 person couldn’t drink it since they are allergic to lemons. Both the mash and the Mac were not edible. The mash bowl wasn’t even a full bowl and then they had an over cooked taste to it. The corn and the coleslaw were decent. The tenders bowl was sitting in an oil based liquid that overpowered the tenders itself. The fries, chicken, and biscuits were thrown into a bucket. And the fries were wedges. Not sure why it’s called a secret when it’s just the regular wedges. As for the chicken we received 3 drums, 1 breast, and 1 thigh. That’s not what was ordered. Most of the order was incorrect. If you’re out of something just don’t automatically substitute people’s food. We ended up having to go to another spot because yall dropped the ball. This was definitely a disappointment.

They gave me the wrong order, so I had to drive back over there. My kids gathered to share a meal and everyone had to wait. My order still wasn't correct for round 2. But I wasn't going back. I ordered a 12 piece meal. Comes with 3 sides and 6 biscuits. One side was supposed to be mashed potatoes and gravy...do you see gravy? Me neither. Do you see biscuits? Me neither. Everything else was good

Don’t know where to start but this wasn’t even an experience… I had to emergency wise approached the drive thru window, because the lobby is close 45 minutes prior to closing. I’ve also noticed that most KFCs, still have this ridiculous policy still going that no customer is allow to use the restrooms. Man it’s one of my favorite chicken joints, however it’s been long since I write a review. After I pleaded with the attendant that I am a trucker and still wouldn’t help me, thru the drive up window; something about its a liability, I’m cool, but could have at least offer me to real quick open the door so I could place my order. After I was walking away the manager came outside trying to get me back… the damage was already done, sorry guys but you guys need to lear courtesy which is pretty understandable for the chicken chain you guys work… let me hence the restrooms Bull policy.

Came in at 10:30pm, which I get it's late, but I wanted some food after not eating all day. I ordered the sandwich box and my friend ordered a 5 piece. I asked for fries to which the rather rude lady said she did not have. Thats fine, but after ordering the classic (she gave me spicy) She gave my friend fries with his order which... what the heck lol? You say you're out of fries then give my friend fries with his order? The food was cold, they gave my friend 4 pieces instead of 5 in the 5 piece box. What a joke for a food establishment. Head over to the one on warner ranch at least they're consistent with their food.

Today is October 12 2023 , the guy at this location called himself manager is a thief. He collected $32 for 8 pieces of chicken and he refused to give me receipt with a phone number . I will never go back there. After the argument he later gave me $9 back.

They got one order wrong and also forgot the extra biscuits. They were very nice and fixed that. But the floor was super sticky and smelled bad, every table was dirty and there were dead flies in multiple windows. I didn't go to the bathroom out of fear.

I went to the drive throu to order food for my 2 kids after school they was very hungry First the guy said we have a 20 minutes wait time and was no one on line,then another girl said 15 min wait time,then another guy said 25 min and they playing games with the time when my kids are starving in the car and crying . It somehow took 26 minutes to make 5 chicken tenders. And they ended up greasy, under cooked and there was very little batter on them. There were two people arguing in the food prep area, so I assume one of them left our food in the oil and maybe didn't cook it.

If I could rate no stars.. I would. We arrive at 8:01pm through the drive thru.. waiting for TWO KIDS MEALS, they tell us to pull over. Long story short, apparently they gave the food out to the wrong people and it’s now 8:27pm no food and hangry kids. They don’t even say sorry or anything. Finally get the food and go home.. WRONG FOOD. Worst drive thru and employees ever. Save your time and go to DQ right across the street.

Not clean. Tough to understand person taking order. Condements were filthy, all sticky. Staff was eating as he was cooking with crumbs falling in. Girl running the place boy friend came in and they were hugging and kissing. Lost me appetite. Gave meal to guy who needed it. Been this way for long time. For me the last time. KFC can do better.

Went thru the drive thru and got order on Saturday. After getting home realize they did give us all of the order. Called them up Sat. and they realized what happened but then we go back in today to pickup the missing items and they won't honor it because the guy my wife talked to on the phone did not write my wife's name down.

Took my daughter for the first time. so she had no idea what to get. Male Worker was annoyed that we needed a moment to order. Asked again if we were ready to order. I expalined we need a minute to see what we want, since she has never been here and its been over 10 yrs for me. Told us that they sell chicken and decided to talk to us like we were dumb. Explaing the different parts of the chicken. Example wing is the wing the breast is the middle and the legs are the legs where feet are even dropped an f bomb..really. We left and did not order. She wanted to cry. This is horrible service. That first impression did not go well.

Dirty and service not so much. Watched an employee ask other employees to feel her head to see if she had a fever then watched her pick something off the floor with gloved hands and continued working. Made darn sure she didn't touch anything I ordered. This was around 3:00 p.m. today. I now wonder why KFC maybe going bankrupt.

Very bad customer service kitchen was beyond dirty but of course I didn’t notice until I had to take my greasy falling apart chicken back and the manager I believe was very rude and barely wanted to give me better chicken . I don’t know how this KFC is still open I’ve definitely had better but I’ll never go there again.

Placed an order for a family meal combo through the drive thru, I only received box of chicken with no sides. The chicken was soggy as hell. Than I realized when I got home they never gave me a receipt for my order. I tryed calling the store several time and couldn’t get ahold of anyone.

After being called "sir" twice at the drive thru (I corrected them the first time), I got home to the large popcorn chicken i ordered being a small, a d there zero gravy on the large mashed potatoes and gravy i ordered. Called 4 times, so they could bring it to me for their mistake, no one ever answered. Clearly zero training or skill-set.

I never had KFC before today and honestly I should have never tried it. Trashiest fast food I’ve ever had and I’ve had a roach in my food before. If I can give 0 stars I would. The white guy with the beard was nice enough to remake the food just so I can get home and still be disappointed. I got a chicken sandwich.. the guy literally put a full chicken breast with the bone in between 2 pieces of bread. Terrible food.

Food Poisoning! I got Food Poisoning from eating at this place! I ordered the chicken nuggets combo. An hour after eating from this place I started feeling sick and throwing up everything I ate. The place is not sanitary. Its super dirty. The staff are unprofessional. I really regret eating from this place. Do not eat from this place!

The manager, who was the drive thru worker, was rude. She was trying to rush us on ordering because she was on a timer. While I understand that most fast food places have timers at drive thru, it is very rude to rush your customers. Then because she wasn't communicating with her staff very well, she failed to mention that we would have to wait 30 mons for extra crispy chicken breast. Then when I called to speak with a manager, before I knew she was the manager, she had answered the call. She then claimed we yanked the order from her, which we didn't. Then while I was trying to ask why she would be rude about rushing a customer, she just kept saying we were the rude ones. And the chicken tenders I received were half regular size and half were like half pieces. Worst experience I have ever had at this location.

Went to KFC at 10:45 and on their door and online it says they close at 11. When I got there all of their lights were on but they wouldn’t take my order. As a fellow fast food worker we take orders 5 minutes AFTER close. I had driven 15 minutes away from home to get KFC just to be ignored. Ruined my whole night. I guess hours don’t mean anything anymore.

Put in an order at 6:07 pm on Wednesday for 2 pot pies and a large frie via mobile order. Arive at 6:26 pm. App says order is ready. Ask workers about my order. "We're working on it". No problem. 6:45 rolls around, I ask again. "It will be about 25 minutes". There's no heavy traffic of customers. It's currently 6:52 pm and I'm waiting angrily for my order outside. Unacceptable. Edit* 7:11 I got my food. And watched 14 customers come in, order, and get their food within 5 to 7 minutes while waiting 1 hour and 1 minute for mine.

Worse experience and staff of any restaurant I've have ever experienced. The woman working the register totally ignored everyone in the lobby, stating she has to focus on the drive through.over 10 people walked out. I waited 20 minutes and she argued with me and said have a good day, refusing to take my order. A gentleman working came from the back to take my order. Worse 30 minutes of my life. Needless to say I will never go back and will warn everyone I know to avoid this KFC like COVID-19.

My husband & I went through the drive-thru. Ordered 2 biscuits, butter, pot pie & a Mac&cheese bowl combo & a large sprite. When we left are order was wrong. It was two days ago. after we left, We received a kids size Mac&cheese bowl, a biscuit -NO BUTTER, NO Pot Pie, a different kind of bowl, & No Drink. Horrible service... Called 5 times right after we left, NO ANSWER at all. Not to mention we don't live there. We're from Austin. We we're VERY disappointed I. To this day I haven't been able to get a hold of anyone at the store.

Ordered my regular chicken sandwich combo with and asked for extra pickles . This was the 2nd time a manager told me NO , and they couldn’t do it! Some employees have no issue with it . It depends on what manager is there! Very sad and poor customer service! I stopped going to this location!

If it were just the drink I wouldn't have made a fuss and just gone home but missing that many items was definitely an annoyance, went back through the drive thru and Informed them I was missing my fries, biscuit, cookie, dipping sauce(all included with the meal) and that my drink was the wrong drink. When we got to the window we told them what we were missing. The manager (I assume) gave us a bag with a cookie and a biscuit, and gave me a second drink. This one was the right flavor but smaller size than I originally ordered. Still missing our sauce and extra fries. I have been in customer service for many years. I am sympathetic to people who make mistakes. It happens, we're human, but not even an apology, or to make sure that it was correct the 2nd time is definitely unacceptable. I was annoyed so I just went home not wanting to fight about it, location wasn't very busy (no wonder why) and I think the guys taking orders were new. I'll stick with Raising Canes from now on. Avoid this location.

This KFC if a national treasure. It is legit the most consistently terrible fast food experience I have ever been to. It deserves some kind of reward for how bad it is. I have never been to a place with as much problems as this. They get your order wrong 9 out of 10 times, and I wish that were an exaggeration. It really is not, check your food before leaving this place, I am not kidding. I once saw a guy wash his hands in a mop bucket of water on the side of the wall before coming to man the register. I am not sure if that was mop water and he just did it for convenience, or if that is their normal hand wash station. I have experienced the rudest people in my life at this place as well. It's like they are all trust fund kids whose geriatric, dying father forced them to get real jobs before inheriting his fortune. I am sure you think this is exaggeration - I promise you, this is true. Go see for yourself. It is worth going through an experience like this once in your life to appreciate the hard work most employees at other fast food joints go through.

This is easily the worst establishment I have every been to. On Friday night 5/28, the all male staff decided to ignore me and take people’s order ahead of mine. The workers were consistently laughing about being slow. Then they proceed to talk about smoking in the back instead of actually making the the order. It’s funny how there were signs about wearing your mask when the person in charge was wearing his incorrectly.

This is consistently the worst run KFC. My orders are consistently short or the chicken over cooked or dry. Happened again today. There is apparently no accountability for quality or good customer service. So disappointing loved it so much. Brought back memories of my family picnic with that food I guess its time to say goodbye to KFC.Truly sad 😥

Went here with my girlfriend for dinner around 5:30pm or so and ordered a 5 tender box and a famous bowl meal. Got it, pulled into the parking lot to check and they forgot basically half of the order. Cookie, biscuit, fries and sauce were missing. They also gave her the wrong drink and didn’t give utensils for the bowl meal. Not to mention everything was cold and soggy. They gave us the biscuit, fries and cookie but forgot everything else on our second drive through and still gave the wrong drink without any proper apology. Stick to Cane’s, this place was awful.

Customer service is slow, maybe short staffed? The lobby was NASTY! not 1 clean table and food all over the floor soda spilled on the floor too. I cleaned a table for us to eat lunch at. For was good and HOT! No issues with the order. Both bathrooms were "filthy". I wanted to try because POPEYES is still closed for dine in, but will not come back to KFG after this. now i worry about what i ate, hope i dont get sick.

I had to wait 20 minutes for my order. I wouldn't have been mad about a wait if the food was worth even 2 cents when I got it. Batter falling off the chicken, looked bad tasted bad, it was disgustingly sticky for some reason. They didn't even put ice in my room temperature drink. Couldn't even throw a spoon in the bag.

Showed up at 10:25 and waited at the speaker for almost 5 minutes with no response. Uber support reached out to confirm the closure and the restaurant confirmed they were open and had the order ready. I immediately went through the drive thru and no one responded I waited for 30 minutes as they shut down and went home after preventing me from canceling the order and going about my job for 20+ minutes. The manager needs to be fired. They can answer the phone for Uber support but not the person calling your drive thru immediately after saying you're open and waiting for me?

If I could give a negative 5 , I would. I recently visited the KFC in Round Rock, and this is exactly what I received after a 25-30 min wait time inside the store. This food is untouched and as shown as given to me. I ordered a $5 chicken strip fill up meal and the chicken was so over cooked, it was now chicken jerky. I guess the cookie jumped out because it wasn't in there, but on my receipt. Mind you during my visit, there where only about two - three customers in the store & drive thru. This is the second time within this month that I've had a terrible experience at two different locations in Williamson Co. The first time, my chicken littles where old and hard as a rock. If I threw it at a person, it could cause serious harm, "HARD". I am an EMT and I used to enjoy KFC on the go, but I will not be spending my money with this company again. The food is becoming scary and NO ONE CARES! I also will be sharing this experience with others.

Terrible experience One car in the Drive-Thru two people in the lobby eating no one else at the counter and the employees wouldn't even acknowledge me look me dead in my face then looked away. Everyone trying to look busy but next to no customers. I waited way too long to feel comfortable eating here. Paid a visit to KFC West Palm Valley location. This was the worst experience that I have ever had at a KFC! The chicken was not cooked properly and it was old chicken that had been sitting in there for sometime! I pulled the meat off the bone and it was NASTY! WTH!! I saw the blood and was ready to throw up! Took it back to the window the person stated looks like you ate most of it!! NO she didn't! I told her I wanted some fresh food! I should have gotten my money back because the chicken is in the fridge! I'm afraid to eat it to top it off my dog would not eat it either! Ya'll should be ashamed for thinking you could give that food to anyone!!!

Horrible customer service! Order was placed and 2 items were missing(nuggets for daughter) and large side. Called multiple times to let them know but no answer so had to take the time to go and drive back and let them know about missing items and asked if they could do anything for their mistake. The manager was very rude saying there was nothing she could do. She then proceeded to yell to a gentleman in the back saying “hey she just wants some free food because we forgot some of her order”. Case in point as to why some sort of compensation should be offered. All While another customer in store as well. Just very unprofessional especially for someone who holds the title as manager! As a manager for a food establishment myself It is not hard to be able to fix a mistake by offering a refund, or offering another item, make up for mistake. Not once did she apologize. Just made it seem like it was our fault for their mistake. Mind you when the order was originally placed all the workers where just standing in the back talking, while having to wait a longer than necessary time for food to come out. They were not busy at all. So if the team had time to stand around they had time to ensure accuracy of the order. And this manager is particular needs training on how to properly handle these situations

Just ordered through doordash, I will never get from this location again. I wouldn't have even given it a star. The maccaroni was overcooked, super mushy, the corn looked like it had been under a heat lamp ALL day long and tasted like it had chemicals. The chicken in our family meal was NOT mixed like we asked, and was like rubber. Whole meal was completely inedible. Very disappointed.

Was given 7 pieces of chicken instead of 8. Was given original recipe instead of crispy. On the drive through window it says "All sales final" What does that mean when you don't even give me what you sold me? It's too bad because it's on the way home & I would like to have a place to get a family meal every week for lazy Sundays. I won't be eating here again.

I ordered a 16 piece meal and asked for Mac n cheese and mashed potatoes for the side. The people taking my drive through order then went silent. I waited… silence. I said “hello did i lose you?” Took me a few minutes before I was told they were trying to figure out if they had a enough chicken to fullfill my order. They then brought me 2 bags of food. I am beating myself up for not checking, but I got home. About 75% of the chicken was overcooked. And they gave me 2 large cole slaw instead of mashed potatoes. I didn’t get a receipt either so no way to get it corrected… but from other reviews it looks like i won’t be able to… so I’m writing my first bad review :(. i hope they get better.

Only two people on staff at front no one inside being helped and can't find my coupon on their systemso I had to leave empty stomach and handed 0 stars.After looking at the sheer number of negative reviews this location is not a priority to the America's Favorite Chicken company. Worse experience ever the sell me water with sugar when I complain to the employee about the soda was not right. She start yelling at me and when a ask for a refund she said the don't give refund. Thank you for selling garbage and yelling at me for it.

Do not use the mobile order feature. You're still going to wait. I had to work but wanted to pick up food for my kids. So I ordered online. It says my order will be ready at 4:08pm. I get there at 4:10 and I'm told oh it will be awhile. You'll have to wait. I ordered a little bit before 4. They are the ones who give me the time to come.

How in the hell are you in business still? Picking up an order for 5 chicken wings and your representative said the order would take 30 minutes. The store would have been closed. Very poor service and the store is NASTY. When was the last time yall were inspected? Im reporting your store to the health department.

Wow DO NOT go here. Not clean, absolutely horrible service and for them to get good ratings from corporate you cannot wait by the window for your food. Not even 30 seconds. The food order was messed up. Never will I go to this location again

Used to a regular customer but I decided to stop coming simply because the store is so dirty. Floor is always sticky, counters where you pick up food is always sticky or dirty from spilt drinks, employees don't wear gloves when handling food, dishes doesn't look like they've been clean in ages. But honestly the biggest issues I have is the no gloves when handling food as who knows where their hands been at. Most fast food restaurants I go to I see employees wear gloves to prevent cross contamination but this location doesn't apparently believe in that. I'm seriously surprised the health inspector come by to inspect this location for cleanliness.

I placed an order for pickup through the app. I was charged for it but the app gave me a message saying there was a problem with the payment. The cashier said they never got the order so there's nothing they can do about it. I showed her my bank account and she said I would have to contact the customer service for the app. If I'm giving my money to KFC For their product, I don't expect to jump through hoops just to get my food or my money back. This is a horrible policy, inside out. I will never come back to this location because of it

Only reason I decided to give this place the 4 stars is the food was ok not the better I have had from here by far. But the bad stars come from the service I let the lady yesterday know that she made a mistake on my order and charged me for a 4 piece and not a 3 as I had ordered. And this was as soon as I received my change and receipt back. So her reply back to me was you order this and I said no ma'am I did not. So instead of rectifying the issue at hand she walks away ignoring me. This was 12/9/2025 @ 2:04 pm. She is a taller lady with glasses. Totally bad attitude. I feel very strongly this did me from returning back to this store what so ever. And the front end of the restaurant was not very clean at all. This lady that took my order took a few minutes to get to the front wherr I stood at the counter to order she was in back some place. She should have been cleaning the sitting area soda fountain area and floors in front like the lady in the back was doing as I walked in she was cleaning wiping down the prep area. Now she took pride in her work.

There was a van of KFC employees just sitting in the car doing nothing. When I asked about my order they said it was close to closing and couldn’t complete my order. I put it in an hour ago?? Worse KFC in Austin metro. Has been poorly managed since at least 2020. They're always out of almost every item at night and God forbid you do an Uber pickup order The employees are not trained nor care to look up how to cancel the order or mark items unavailable (they tell you they can't) which all merchants are able to do.

You know when you get that craving for a specific item after not having it for years? Well, that was my friend and I tonight... craving KFC. Very quickly realized WHY we had not been there in years! Staff (3 people I could see) were extremely unhappy, seemed like they didn't want to be there... didn't smile, barely greeted us as we stood at the front counter 5 minutes before they acknowledge our presence. Finally came up to take our orders. My friend want 3 pieces chicken, Cole slaw and fries... they failed to tell her the combo did not come with more than one side, nor did they offer to sell her an additional side. When my friend went up to ask about it, the other person talked to her but argued that SHE did not do it, but didn't make any offer to fix the mistake. Tables and chairs inside were in need of cleaning, yet all 3 staff members sat behind the counter staring at their phones when there were no customers to assist. I won't be going back again! It was quiet at the time I was there because there was no one else in the dining room!

Spent 100.00$ on order . Ordered online , halfway thru order , they text no white meat . Cant cancel , gef food and it was soooooo gross . Soggy , with breading coming off , supposed to get fries nope they weren't there . NEVER going back , disgusting!! .

This place is hit and miss but mostly miss because of the horrible food that is served there. It’s not even fresh and most of the time it’s just not edible. Which is why I will not ever eat the food ever again. The workers act like they don’t even care if they serve hot food. And the place smells musty with just a hint of burnt chicken in the air. Update-8/8/2025 This is my most recent visit and I am not pleased at all. The food was cold and the chicken was dry as seen in the above picture.

This is Texas man. I came to the drive thru and ordered 2 biscuits and 2 large cups of water. She told me she would have to charge me for the cups as she could only give me 1 for free. I said, “that’s okay charge me for 1 of the cups then. That’s why I’m ordering the biscuits so y’all aren’t just giving out water.” I went through and when she took my card she mumbled the price. She gave me my card back without the receipt and I said “I’m sorry, HOW much did you say that was?” They charged me $2.69 a cup for iced water. When I started to dispute the price both employees raised a huge attitude talking about how that’s just the price and they couldn’t do anything about it and they didn’t have any say. Then I called the number on the receipt to complain and the male employee answered saying he was the manager and he didn’t care that they charged me that much for water. That I needed to move out of the drive thru or they were going to call the cops on me. Worst KFC experience of all time. If I could leave 0/5 stars I would. Who tf charges $2.69 a cup for ice water during summer, in Texas? Get over yourselves.

Sorry !Dirty! Slow! Bathrooms are horrible! Floors windows and tables dont look to have been cleaned in a few days. This is not a good representation of KFC that I've grown up with. Sorry for the negative e review but you should know about this.
