I had Ordered Spicy Himalayan Pizza, from this place for the first time. I must say the experience with their place was fantastic. The pizza was made perfect. Customer service was fantastic. Everyone was welcoming. The atmosphere was awesome. I Will definitely recommend this to my family and friends.

I wanna give more than 5 stars. This place definitely it’s the best mountain mikes. The employee bassam is a very wholesome nice guy! This place definitely brings back memories as a kid I would love to come here. I can for lunch buffet and it was worth every dollar! The pizza was so good and the salad bar is awesome! Can’t wait till Monday to come eat buffet here again!

Night crew always friendly. Open till 3am so late night pizza ordering is great. They also do take orders over the phone which is super nice. Friendly staff, great service, great quality pizza made fresh.

The place is really nice and clean. Very welcoming. The owner himself was kind and very respectful. I did not wait long for my pizza at all. They have a buffet time between 11am -2pm Monday through Friday I would recommend it of your on your lunch.

Ordered online picked up from a sweet man at the counter. The wings were surprisingly delicious and the pizza was tasty as usual! BUT $50 seemed like A LOT for med pizza&wings Happy for the ranch, cheese, peppers, plates and lots of napkins.

Now this place is way better than the location I had in west sac. But they did took about 20 minutes to make the pizza which idk why it took that long but as long as the pizza came out hot and fresh and not dry at all that's what I like. The pizza was pretty cheesy which I do like. The bottom of the bread from the pizza was good and not dry at all. The pizza did had sauce in it but idk if it was extra sauce since I requested for it. Other than that I would go back to this place again for the same pizza I always get at mountain mikes. Spent like less than 8 bucks for this mini size pepperoni pizza

We ordered the garlic cheese sticks, it's advertised for 20 piece for 9.99, ours came with 12 pieces. The pike pizza was nowhere near the picture online, it barely had any toppings. The bbq chicken was good. Probably won't order from mountain mikes again because for $80 the whole order seemed rushed and mediocre.

I ordered a pepperoni with tikka masala sauce and there was no sauce on my pizza, basically an expensive cheese stick. My chicken club did not have green onions. I don’t blame the cook because he’s by himself in the kitchen, someone help the dude because he seems too busy but not enough help to make correct orders.

I stopped in and ordered a large pizza to go. I was told it would be about 25 minutes, and they'd let me know if it was any sooner. I sat down at a table to relax for a bit. There was only 1 other table of people in the entire place. After about 40 minutes I finally got up to ask about my order. It seems they had lost my ticket and just then started making it. I ended up waiting an hour for my pizza with only one other group there. I came here because I thought it would be faster than driving all the way over to Giovanni's pizza. Next time I'll make the drive.

Alex made my night terrible! He was condescending, rude, and disrespectful when I asked a simple question in regard to the menu. I had never been to this location and he acting like it was a pain staking task to assist me. Very poor representation of service at this location. I would recommend going to this location if you are interested in a poor customer experience. Very dissatisfied

Call the place an order, but they put it through DoorDash. I do not prefer to use DoorDash when the DoorDash guy brought me my food in the app. I asked them to hand it to me. He said it on the floor. The food look like it was ram ram through you can see grease and crumbs all over the box Called to inquire about it. They said that’s how their system is because they can’t afford regular drivers to deliver food for them so they put their food through DoorDash. The DoorDash guy was really rude and would stand in front of my apartment saying he didn’t have to leave. Worst experience I ever had ordering pizza over the phone.

Tonight was an awful experience at our neighborhood Mountain Mikes. I called ahead and ordered my pizza, arrived before it was done. Paid and left with pizza. I got home my son came out to the car to help me with the pizza and we sat down to eat. We were both starving and rushed our first slice, the second slice we both said at the same time that the pizza was cold. There was even a piece of sausage on my second piece that was still cold. I called the restaurant and first spoke with the girl that I paid with. She argued with me as to why would I take home a cold pizza. I explained to her that I was in a hurry, it was a long day from work and I didn’t even remotely think that I would get a cold pizza. Then she proceeded to hang up on me. I called back and boy answered and said if you want a refund bring the pizza back. So we did, and I got my refund. There was no apology for the hang up, inconvenience or the argument from the worker. I explained to them that I would never go out of my way to be a problem and I still had one child at home who had not eaten. He just stared at me not saying a word. So ridiculous and disappointing.
