Five stars. I would do terrible things to get this chicken. The bad reviews are always about the service. Popeyes employees hate working there and they hate you for going there. The bad service is part of the experience, but it's worth it for the chicken. If you can't weather the bad service, you don't deserve the chicken.

Kinda chaotic inside. Were out of fries, 1/2 their sodas, the drive through was cash only . But spicy chicken sandwich was real good. Will go back.

An enjoyable piece of chicken with the precise amount of crisp. You can get it in mild or spicy. It was good considering it was fast food.

They are very friendly here, however I usually say the strips (the only thing chicken I usually get from Popeyes) at this location aren’t as tasty. I recently seen that this location is a certified training location! So it makes sense to me if the taste was a little off. Not trying to take away from this restaurant though I’m just very picky- I like to go where I know. I get everything else from them here though. Great job guys.

The food is very good but it's way to expensive for little amount of food it's rarely fills you but always drains your bank account I would rate it lower but gosh dang it the chicken is excellent.

I buy 4 thighs and this is what i got, only 1 biscuit 1 of the thigh is very small and the worst part was it's look like been bitten by someone

Excellent service from the drive through, the food however did not taste great. The new pickle chicken was ok at best and left me feeling a bit sick if I'm honest. The fries were not good and even the sodas ratio of syrup to carbonated water was off.

We just got our food it was tenders, fries and sandwiche all food was very cold we asked for extra sauce she didn’t gave us very bad experience

I kindly gave them a call and mentioned that the chicken is still pink, I got the 16 piece MEAL and didn’t get my 8 pieces of biscuits, the manager ask me to come back with the food but I’m unable 2 drive another 20 minutes back just to show them that the chicken was not fully cooked,It’s very upsetting to see one of my kids bite into a raw chicken.We just wanted to enjoy our meal and family time. Popeyes ruined it, the manager Lila was no help and did not give me an apology or resolution. Don’t go to this Popeyes! $70 worth of food not worth it!

When came to the drive-thru stays over 30 minutes, that was only three cars, I have everything recorded on dash cam, when I came to ask a supervisor what's going on she was so rude never give her a name, and she just turn over and left with attitude. Also I fill out complaining in a headquarters they must educate their employees. So if you have a good hour to wait or just want to spend the time this is the place.

Being a regular customer, I was very disappointed with this visit, never got to order my food, in spite of me being the only person in line to order. I walked up to the counter, the guy and the woman just turned back started filling the orders on the screen, I ask the woman if there was anyone there to take orders, she ignored me and continue to bag orders for drive through. So I asked the guy at first he didn’t respond, so I waited a bit, before asking again. This time with an abrasive tone, told me to wait. I had been waiting and know one else was there to order. I was shocked. I just walked out and went to another restaurant in the area. Really poor service. Won’t go to this pop eyes again.

The "two can dine" deal cost $13.05 and included 5 pieces of chicken and 2 sides. Still, their greed shows through—one of the pieces was a tiny chicken wing that they counted as a full piece, and the chicken overall wasn't great, leaving an oily aftertaste. So much for the remaining coupons; I won't be wasting my money here.
