We bought some ice cream to go, and it wasn't bad, to be honest. I wouldn't have come specifically for it, but it wasn't nearly as bad as many reviews suggest. As for the service, we were served quickly at the counter, and there were plenty of servers. The ice creams really did look homemade. Mind you, that doesn't necessarily mean good; some were quite good, and others not so much. The cookie one wasn't bad.

The prices are a bit high considering the waffle was served as if the person making it was angry with me... hardly any decoration and they didn't even put chocolate on top. The waitresses were very nice, though.

Today I went with my friends for an afternoon snack at Zumolandia. The experience was just okay. We ordered: • Oreo milkshake • Coffee • Ice cream tub • Waffle with Nutella and strawberries • Vegetable sandwich The Oreo milkshake was very good, but the waffle was just okay. It wasn't one of those desserts that makes you say, "Wow, that's delicious!" I wouldn't order it again. My friends thought the coffee wasn't good. The quality-price ratio was average; I think the waffle was very expensive since it wasn't homemade, and the milkshake was small. The service was fine, nothing remarkable, just average. The waitress was a bit bland and didn't interact much, but it wasn't a problem. Everything arrived quickly because it wasn't very busy yet. The place is nicely decorated. Around 6:00 PM there was space, and after a while it started to fill up. I'd say it's quite busy at certain times. It has a terrace and plenty of tables inside with sofas and benches. The place is spacious with a huge corner window that lets in plenty of light. Plenty of free parking around the port area.

Very expensive for the quality. The waffles were okay, the ice cream mediocre, and the milkshake was served all sloppy and without even an apology. The place was spacious with a large terrace; we ate inside. The staff was a bit abrupt and unpleasant.

This has been the worst experience with waitresses in my 32 years of life. I've worked in the hospitality industry and I know what it's like to feel overwhelmed when there are a lot of people, and I always have empathy for the waiters, but the treatment I received at this place is unlike anything I've ever seen. To begin with, I arrived with my partner, and after waiting 20 minutes to be served, I decided to go inside and order myself. To my surprise, I saw the waitress with a drink in her hand, looking at what appeared to be social media—in the workplace! When I stopped her from using her phone, she gave me a look that made me say, "I'm never coming back here." I felt discriminated against. She asked me in such an arrogant way what I wanted. At that moment, I decided not to order anything and went with my partner to the other Zumolandia. There, we received the treatment we deserved as the good customers we are. I mean, there are too many unemployed people without work for this woman to come along and look down on the right to work.
