This Starbucks on 28th St is hands down the best location I’ve ever been to! The employees are always welcoming and never fail to say “thank you” when I leave, which makes such a difference. My drinks are always made to perfection every single time. I get Starbucks every weekend while we’re on the job, and we’ve been to many locations—but none compare to the quality of service and drinks here. Thank you to the amazing team for always taking care of me. Y’all are truly the best! 💚🫶🏼

I ordered a tall pink drink in the morning on the app at this location. I didn't know I was doing anything wrong by giving my order at the speaker and not mind waiting for my order. As soon as my order came out, which was quick like always, the employee ruined my mood leaving a comment handing the drink while saying, "next time give us more time" in a annoyed manner. I'm usually delighted leaving Starbucks, but I casually drove out the drive - thru confused and thrown off on how I didn't give them time as I was the only one in the drive-thru waiting happily . . . I'm assuming they weren't expecting a customer and I may caught them off guard is the only way I can wrap my head around, but I won't be coming to this location often because of this experience. Starbucks on Hulen St. is my favorite if you want personable customer service.

Jenna was amazing. However I waited for almost 15 minutes to pick up a doordash order because Jenna was making drinks and filling orders while a gentleman was working drive thru orders and another girl was working the window. There were 2 other women who had no name tags who appeared to be some sort of management and were doing trivial tasks that would not assist with the register or making orders.

As somebody who works in food service myself, I have had my fair share of frustrating managers, but nothing compares to the nastiness that came from this lady. I couldn't catch her name because she did not have a name tag on. The nastiness also was very easily heard throughout the establishment, making myself and other customers very uncomfortable. It was especially disappointing considering how great the service and food were. Overall, I praise those workers for dealing with a lady as rude as her. This event took place on 10/19 at around 11 am.

extra ice means EXTRA ice. i’m asking for more ice so that I’m not drinking as much milk. I actually want to taste the coffee and syrup I’m ordering since I’m paying seven dollars for a drink. when I do get the extra ice, the drinks are top-tier so PLEASE just put the ice in the cup ETA: photos. pictures are cropped due to there being wording added, but i am happy to post the full version as well. the first photo is from today. all the ice melted by the time i got to work (i work half a mile away).

We love it here but shouldn’t the employees know more of things happening on the app?! I had a question and the employee clueless. Was taken long to get my order placed. Felt ignored. Other times we get greeted so well. Let’s do better please.

Or worse they don’t read the label and add whole milk when it says oat. They get my order wrong at least twice a week; it’s frustrating if I don’t have time to go back and then I can’t drink the coffee I just bought. Online shows open until 11:00pm but management instructed to kick out people by 9:00pm and there is no outlet to patio my laptop. Horrible management. The servers are very wonderful and appreciate their quick service and respect.

Skip this location entirely. It is worth the extra drive to the Starbucks on University because this one is a complete disaster. The customer service is nonexistent. The employees act like they are being punished just for showing up. The drinks are consistently disgusting, watered down, and slapped together with zero care. Nothing tastes right. The baristas clearly have no training or pride in their work. When you ask for a remake, they give you an attitude like you just asked them to perform open-heart surgery. This is not a one-time issue. It is a pattern. Management clearly does not care, and it shows in every detail. Go somewhere else unless you enjoy paying for drinks that look and taste like science experiments gone wrong.

The worst of the already worsening Starbucks. This location is on the way to my new job so I've stopped 3 times and all 3 Times were a disappointment. Staff is very friendly but the drinks are either watery or lacking flavor. The peppermint mocha I got today is watery and had a weird mint flavor, not typical.
