La comida estuvo deliciosa. La carne seca, los frijoles, el queso y el cerdo son una cosa maravillosa. Deben irse preparados con dinero en efectivo. Depende de cómo te vea y cómo le caigas así te cobrará Oralia. Aún así vale la pena ir no lo pueden dejar pasar.

Un lugar para disfrutar de una buena comida casera, el sabor es delicioso y recomiendo el queso asado envuelto en hoja de plátano. La atención es muy amable y los precios muy accesibles.

Irreal el sazón de Doña Oralia. Definitivamente el mejor lugar para comer en la Sierra. Por fuera pareciera cerrado el lugar, casi nos vamos, pero decidimos parar a revisar.

Muy buen lugar y la cecina, las brazas están súper, y el molito verde con frijoles es otra cosa, solo que te cobran por ir al baño.

Siempre que vamos para la Sierra visitamos este lugar donde uno come riquísimo, gran sazón, atención personalizada de Dña Oralia que aparte nos relata tantas cosas de esta hermosa Sierra, vale mucho la pena, recomendado el queso en salsa y el revoltillo (huevo en salsa) y aunque yo no como carne me dicen que el puerco en salsa verde esta de lujo.

Un lugar muy recomendable para comer, me encantó la cecina asada en las brasas. Muy buena atención y la comida en general muy de sabor casero.

It's a traditional place to stop by and eat a delicious cecina. Those of us who are familiar with the cecina from the Querétaro mountains know that this is exactly how it should taste. Don't expect a Yecapixtla-style cecina; each cecina has its own style, but I like this one best. Everything else is delicious.

I can't express how much I recommend this place. You will get served by the owner, and the food is out of this world. Getting to know Oralia and all the stories about the town she shares is 100% worth planning a trip to visit. I returned after 15 years, and the quality of the food and service has not changed; the tortillas with fresh cheese and beans remind me of my grandma's food which unfortunately can't taste anymore. I can’t wait to be back and bring this picture to Oralia.

Las Oriquídeas is an absolute gem. We had the most amazing meal—queso fundido en salsa roja, carne de cerdo en salsa verde, and cecina—and were given such a warm welcome by Doña Oralia and her grandson. It’s clear why she has won so many awards for her cooking. The salsa roja is mind blowing. Do not miss this place!

While visiting different websites about Querétaro, they mentioned this restaurant. Wow, what a surprise! The cecina was delicious, exquisite, and the meat in green sauce was amazing. I have to say, it reminded me of the food my grandmother, Mrs. Oralia, and her husband used to make. With their great stories, they made you feel right at home. Next time, I'll definitely go back to try the rest of their menu.

One of the best restaurants/dining places on the Ruta del Sabor (Savory Route). Highly recommended. The business is run by a very pleasant lady with unparalleled expertise. Apparently, the place has won several awards, although after trying the delicacies she prepares, it's confirmed. I recommend the huevos en-hojados (eggs in husks) (prepared on banana leaves), which the lady actually improvised a bit since the banana leaves were very thin, so she added several so we could still enjoy the dish. We also enjoyed the scrambled eggs in guajillo chile, the green mole with pork, the beans, and the cecina (dried beef). All the dishes were exquisite, without exception.

It's delicious, but the prices are high, especially because we ordered pork in green sauce, and it was more bone than meat, and the cecina, in my opinion, was a bit dry. The rest was delicious, including the beans, tortillas, and cheese. As a recommendation, ask about prices beforehand because you might expect it to be a little cheaper, but it turns out to be completely the opposite. A good experience, but I wouldn't return due to the prices.

The food is delicious and the portions are large. I had pork ribs in green sauce, black beans, and dried beef (very dry but delicious). All of this was accompanied by handmade tortillas, crispy tostadas, and a refreshing tamarind drink. Personally, I thought the price was a bit high, as it came to $500 pesos for four people, but the quality and flavor made it well worth it.
