Food was good, their system wasn't reading fries but that's not the employee's fault. She asked me what we got an I just let her know. There was only one person working and another at lunch. Even with being busy she was calm and still provided great customer service. plus working the drive thru! Please be patient, if you're in a hurry don't even bother going in if you're going to be rude. Everyone is trying their best.

13 July 2025: Arby's fast food restaurant have been in business since my favorite decade, the 70's. As a high school student, after my martial arts class, myself and several other students would walk across Colfax Avenue in Denver to Arby's. The food has Always been tasty and hash brown potatoes too. I live in California for the last 30 years and I do Not visit Arby's as often because the prices are very high. A basic roast beef sandwich will cost more because they charge for everything, lettuce, tomatoes etc. Most fast food café will not charge extra for tomatoes or lettuce. Anyhoo, my wife and I were driving from Northern California to Southern California and since she has never eaten Arby's and it was a few years for me, I looked the nearest Arby's. Once again the food was great, service was great too.

Great place, not busy good food. Located in gas station strip but private entrance. Quick service with plenty of options. Big dining area and great staff.

We got two plain roast beef burgers, French dip, curly fries and mozzarella sticks for $24. We thought the flavor and portions were great. Highly recommend if you have $20 to spend for lunch or dinner. Very quick and pleasant service too. We'll be back.

The food was fast, hot, and yummy. Everything in this Arby's/Love's is super clean. Not a crumb or sticky place anywhere. The workers are super friendly. I have never had a bad experience here ever.

Restaurant was very clean and tidy, staff was very friendly and my large order was correct and delivered quickly. Made the drive home and food was still hot and curly fries still crispy. So glad to have an Arby's back in the area, will definitely be back again!

Visited on opening day around dinner time. Wasn’t surprised to find a very long drive thru line, it took about an hour, which again was not at all a surprise and wasn’t at all their fault. It’s what happens at a long anticipated opening day. Once ordered by food it was very quick. The food was hot and the order was correct. The roast beef was very juicy and tender. Truly one I the better Arby’s orders I’ve had in a while. Glad to have them back in town.

It was a nice Arby's with really good food, a friendly staff, and mighty clean.

Good location good food. BUT they have signs and even parking spots for online orders. But this location doesn't even let you order online nor from the app- update 2 weeks later and still no online ordering through Arby's app

Glad to have an Arby's back in Salinas. Ordered two fish sandwiches and requested pickles and onions added, didn't happen and the place wasn't even busy. I drove from Prunedale to get these and was disappointed by not getting what I asked for. Hopefully next trip will be better and a simple order fulfilled.

I would keep an eye on the staff when preparing your food. Saw a female employee touching a mop with gloves on also preparing food. It's good for now just make sure she or he changes their gloves. FYI

I wish Arby's would join the 21st century and have online ordering at all their truckstop locations. Once again, I will miss out on an online only deal because Arby's online ordering isn't available here or any other truckstip Arby's location.

Today we were very disappointed. We asked for 2 beef and cheddars which were $7. When we got to the windows. She took it upon herself to order us to Roast Beef sandwiches. But she said she could Put Cheddar on the road speed sandwich. When we got our sandwiches they were cold. They had no onion bun and the cheddar was dripping all over the place Our French fries were cold, not a good Experience

First time here. Was hoping for a delicious meal. Instead we got a cold chicken sandwich, cold fish deluxe . Deluxe fish was tasteless. The fries were over cooked. Curly fries were terrible and crinkle fries weren't much better. We threw some out the window and the birds wouldn't even eat them! We know that you just opened, hopefully you guys get better. Thx

I love Arby's. The food is delicious. And I'm so glad that it finally returned to Salinas. That said, this Arby's has refused to take orders from the app since opening, which in my opinion has caused them to lose a lot of business. There have been multiple times I decided not to visit due to the app not being usable at this location. So I'm positive their losing money from this odd policy. If management has any sense, they will immediately start allowing orders from the Arby's app. Not allowing customers to utilize an app is some prehistoric nonsense. Get with the times and WAKE UP!! Thanks for listening.

All three of the curly fries were cold and had obviously been sitting for some time (all 3 tossed in the garbage) the two roast beef sandwiches were barely warm when we got home (we live about 6min from that Arby's) we asked for Arby's sauce and barbaque sauce as one order had chicken tenders. (The tenders were over cooked, one was edible. The rest in the garbage) we got the barbaque sauce, but no Arby's sauce. The 3 strawberry lemonades were great. This is the second time the food hasn't been fresh. I could have taken that $50 and bought scratches and at least felt like I got my money's worth!

First time here. Was hoping for a delicious meal. Instead we got a cold chicken sandwich, cold fish deluxe . Deluxe fish was tasteless. The fries were over cooked. Curly fries were terrible and crinkle fries weren't much better. We threw some out the window and the birds wouldn't even eat them! We know that you just opened, hopefully you guys get better. Thx
