Jolín eats very well and the manager and all the kitchen workers, cleaning staff and in particular Dani who is at the cashier are very professional and very friendly and also tells you and helps you get the menus at cheaper prices. The service was great. I went last week, and it was obvious they were short on staff. Even so, it was obvious that the person (who I assume is the manager) was literally running from preparing the food to getting out the delayed orders. The pace changed dramatically as soon as she came out, since the others were completely lost. Cheer up, everyone, summer's almost here!!!

I was there the other night with my friends because we were shopping at the espai and got hungry. What we liked most was the speed and kindness of the staff, especially the manager, Alan. He was super helpful and friendly, and helped us with everything. Thanks, Alan!!!

We were ordering through the app so we could pick it up there, but sadly, we kept getting errors. So when we arrived, we asked for the manager. Alan helped us, and we were able to order everything at the same price as the app. Thank you so much for your attention and patience.
Please note: patatas bravas, two cheeseburgers with lots of tomato and mayonnaise, anchovies (boquerones in vinegar), olives, Coca-Cola Zero, regular Coca-Cola, and a large bottle of water; all cold. Do you have croquettes? With ham? Chicken croquettes would be fine. Please bring the food in 10-15 minutes.
A very quiet and beautiful place. The staff are very friendly and do a great job. The food is excellent. They have a large outdoor terrace that's great to chill out in the summer. Recommended!

This place is super fast, the staff is very friendly, and the food arrives in no time. It's a bit noisy because there's always a lot of people coming and going, but it's very comfortable to eat there. The tables are always clean.
One more. If you like Burger King, you'll like it. If you don't, then don't. This one isn't very big, but the place is nice and open, especially on days when the mall isn't crowded.
If the customers were cleaner, the place would be better. The staff are overwhelmed, and the place looks neglected.

I also noticed that it doesn't have much capacity, so if there are many customers, there might be a shortage of tables. Also, remember that you have to order at the terminal. In short, I recommend visiting this restaurant.

My order was for 4 burgers, and they wanted to give me 3 because that's what their order said. And the attitude was like, "I got this, and you made a mistake," and if it wasn't for my bill, then I'd be stuck with one burger. I had to offer to pay for the napkins and ketchup so they'd give me more. It was a pain for them. 😨😨😨. They don't have a bathroom; it must be because they're in a mall.
The first time I left without eating, and this time I went for a burger in the middle of the afternoon for more than 15 minutes. They were short-staffed... there was no ketchup today... and a customer complained that they should let them know. In the end, the employee brought a small glass with a little tomato, and they offered me that too. I appreciate it. I'm upping the rating to two stars.
Yesterday we were at the Burger King in Espai Gironès and the experience was very disappointing. We ordered medium and jumbo fries, but they all gave us small fries. When we complained, the guy insisted that was the size, when we know exactly what they're like because we frequently go to the Burger Kings in Granollers and l'Ametlla. We felt ripped off, as we paid more for a size we didn't get, and the guy's treatment was also unpleasant. For dessert, it was more of the same: I ordered a KitKat ice cream, and they left the balls behind. Luckily, the girl next to me was attentive, fixed it, and apologized—that's why I'm giving them a 2, not a 0. It's a shame, because we go to Burger King a lot and expect at least decent service and consistency in what's served.
It's a nice feeling to be eating with the fear of all the trash falling on you. The best thing is that the workers completely ignore picking anything up, they are totally indifferent.

When you arrive, you go straight to the screens to place your order. When you're done, you approach the counter, but the screen that shows whether they're preparing your order is broken. Of the counter screens with ads or menus, another one is also broken. There were only two people in front of me at the counter, yet it took them 15 minutes to serve me two menus. There's an explanation for everything. Inside, there are only four people working. A girl on WhatsApp and completely ignoring everything, a guy wandering around the fryers, a girl who seemed to have some kind of disability who was working hard and was the only one moving, and the man who seemed to be the manager, who was quite overwhelmed. The Coca-Cola on tap tasted absolutely nothing; I think it was empty. The place was dirty, the trays piling up on top of the trash cans that were so full they couldn't be closed. Besides, it was early in the morning, so I'm sure that trash was from yesterday. Unfortunately, I won't be back.
Las hamburguesas me las han puesto con el queso tieso y frío. Y era el trio Baby y me sabían todas iguales, tengo la sensación de que me lo han echado ahí aleatoriamente los ingredientes... No tenían hielo en la máquina ni alternativas. El código de la app para la oferta en el frapuchino de oreo dice que me peine, que no está disponible en este establecimiento. Otra cosa que solo he visto en esta franquicia es que te cobran la bolsa para llevar de papel. No me ha gustado este burguer King pero para nada, me tendría que haber ido al McDonals de en frente.
Una completa estafa. Tienen una promoción de taza + figura de los minions con el menú grande y extragrande. Vamos adrede a por eso. Hacemos dos menús unos grande y otro extragrande y revisamos las condiciones (en ningún sitio pone ninguna condición diferente). Nos dan el pedido y preguntamos por la taza y la figura, el chico, borde, empanado y mal educado, nos dice que tazas no quedan y que figuras solo son para el menú infantil porque quedan pocas. En ningún sitio especifica esto. Una completa estafa. Si hay pocas existencias o alguna condición diferente lo suyo seria especificarlo, porque nosotros habíamos ido por esta promoción, si no, no hubiéramos ido.
Después de la jeta de los de Primark cobrando las bolsas de papel entramos a este antro para ver al personal tocando la comida sin guantes después de cobrar, tocarse la cara y venir de una zona que podría ser el lavabo... 3 personas en cocina y ninguno lo hizo bien.... Vamos que estamos arrasando en sumisión, borreguismo y ningunas ganas de trabajar como profesionales..

Don't go to this place, run away. We've been there twice. The first time, they made us wait an hour for our food to be delivered to our table. And the second time, aside from half the ordering machines not working, they deducted kroner prices that the service department refused to refund, claiming it was a glitch in the app, not the machine. The service and the staff are disgraceful. They should get this addressed.
Today, for the second and final time, when I got home, I found out that some items were missing from my order, in this case two hamburgers. It's embarrassing. You'd have to be incredibly incompetent to make a mistake with the labeling system, because they keep making mistakes. A zero, and there won't be a third time.
On a Monday, the place was a complete mess, making it impossible to have a quiet moment to eat after your shopping and leisure time. Everything was very small and unergonomic, with more than the space could handle, resulting in endless lines, wrong orders, and poor service. It took me almost an hour to pay, and another 40 minutes for my order to be delivered, on top of that, with everything changed because they were missing items. It takes away all your hunger, and where you come to rest, you come out even more exhausted. One of the worst places I've been to eat, a nightmare and disastrous management!

I complained about the size, and the manager (a guy no older than 24 with no desire) simply told me that's the format they'd been told to use. In short, bad food, bad service. Not recommended at all. Don't say you didn't know later.
The food is served cold or partially reheated. With the onion rings, you can clearly see that the bottom ones, which are a bit darker, have been reheated. The food was inedible. Never again – I could have saved myself the money.
My burger is bitten. My celiac friend is eating the same fries as me. We waited 20 minutes for her fries to come out. But they came from the same basket. I'm still freaking out that my burger has a bite.

If you're in a hurry, don't even think about going to this empty burger. I waited 45 minutes just to pay. In the end, I opted for the competition, even though I don't like it. I'm leaving the photo so you can see how busy the restaurant is. Phew, whoever it may be, take note.
You can tell the staff is different from before. When they prepare food, they don't wear gloves, while they touch their face, hair, etc. I've never smelled a worse bathroom in my life. Plus, there's only one bathroom, and when I tried to get in, I couldn't because there were four workers waiting to get in. That's the last time I went. What a disgrace
The service is terrible, between slow and rude. The "kitchen" staff handles the food with their bare hands, touching everything. It's unclean. At least they should be cool. We waited 55 minutes for them to make two burgers and two parmesan rolls (but of course they argued among themselves about what you wanted). We got ice cream and what they did after lunch, and to our surprise, no one wanted to help us. 25 minutes for a damn ice cream. I'll never go back, and the staff is terrible.
Long lines and hyper-slow workers
At least 3 of the products I paid for had to be replaced because they didn't have any. I ordered a salad that didn't come with cutlery, I went to the counter to ask, they searched the store and as far as I could tell they didn't have any, they didn't even bother to inform me. After waiting 10 minutes for an answer I decided to eat it, with my hands of course! Terrible service.
