Very good ice cream. Especially the cream one. The only flaw is that I don't know if she's the owner, but there's a blonde person behind the counter who's not very sociable. I might be exaggerating, but she gives the impression of being very "pissed off."

Nothing special, just enough to cool your throat and passable... a lot of work to do with the whipped cream... which was nothing like whipped cream at all. I don't remember the price because it was offered to me, but it definitely wasn't good value for money.

I'm celiac and today I asked if there were any gelato flavors suitable for me. The waiter was kind, but unfortunately the lady (I think she's the owner) responded very rudely. She told him they couldn't guarantee the absence of cross-contamination, in a truly unpleasant tone. I understand that not all establishments can guarantee gluten-free options, but I think the way you communicate makes a difference. The owner's attitude left me very disappointed: this is not the way to treat a customer. Personally, I don't recommend the place. Being celiac isn't a choice.

Terrible. Poor service, no courtesy. Exorbitant prices, a glass of water and lemon €2.50. There are better places in Saluzzo...

In general, the variety of breakfast options in Saluzzo is truly limited, perhaps a matter of habit. But this place beats them all. Seven different croissants available, and nothing else. The quality is good. Otherwise, it's truly a place I wouldn't return to. The lady there, too, is courteous and almost robotic, with automatic, telegraphic responses. From our point of view, not recommended!

I can say that the ice cream is good, but I've had better. I didn't expect to encounter such rudeness and impoliteness from anyone. Through all this, I was just a spectator, and they can only thank her that my daughter is a very well-mannered girl, and if she had left what she'd taken on the counter, she would have had only my approval.
