Our favorite place at the Pearl!! From the management to the staff, this is by far our favorite place at the Pearl. You get a top notch cocktail, beer, or wine for a reasonable price and the Monday happy hour is the best in the city!! They’ve made us regular customers!!

Staff and drinks here are great. Good drinks at very reasonable prices. Specialty frozen drinks for the season. Miranda, Dyah and Angelica are friendly and personable. Food court nearby if you want food.

When I first walked in, it was with thoughts of procuring some fried chicken or maybe a slice of pizza from one of the many fine food establishments within the building. But then, as I looked around, I locked eyes from across the room with a magnificent angel of a bartender. His svelte form was clad in black from head to toe. His hair? Luscious raven locks. His eyes? The most soulful and tender I’d ever seen. Plump lips like the gently curving breast of a well roasted chicken. All thoughts of food forgotten, I floated towards him as if in a dream. His lips moved, and he said “Hi, my name is Nico, what can I get for you?” But I knew in my soul what he really meant was “ Hi, I’m yours, please take me.” We’d connected so intently we’d already moved beyond the need for verbal conversation. Our language is in stares and sighs. I gave him my most smoldering look, and he knew instantly what I wanted was a frozen mangonada. As he turned to retrieve it I saw what I thought was two puppies fighting under a blanket, but then realized it was just his well rounded buttocks in his form fitting work pants. He brought me my drink as swiftly as I’d fallen in love, and when his hand brushed mine there was a jolt of electricity so violent it temporarily took out the power to the building. I tipped him a ten thousand dollar bill with my number on it. We’re to be married tomorrow.

On top of excellent service and great drinks, Daniel, accommodates to my dietary restrictions and takes the extra step to make my experience a great one every time! 10/10 would recommend this spot if you’re in the pearl area!

Quick and friendly service they had hazy IPAs which was a plus!

Miranda and Daniel provided exceptional service and hospitality. Daniel went out of his way to ensure I tried the ranch with the pizza I ordered. Thank you for making a quick bite into an awesome experience.

I went out for a couple of Old Fashioneds. Simple plan. What I didn’t expect was to meet Coby—a man so chill, he might actually be a sentient breeze off the Pacific Ocean. This guy doesn’t just pour drinks—he translates them from the language of the cosmos. You slide onto a barstool, and before you’ve even spoken, Coby gives you a nod that says, “I got you.” And he does. He hands you a drink like he’s handing you an ancient relic—amber, smooth, perfectly balanced, with the emotional weight of a good short story. The bar? Sure, it’s nice. Clean, comfortable, subtly stylish. But the atmosphere isn’t built by furniture—it’s built by Coby’s laid-back gravitational field. He’s like the eye of a storm made entirely of chill. You walk in stressed, you walk out wondering if you’ve just returned from a sabbatical. Coby is not just a bartender. He is a state of being. A lifestyle. A slow jazz solo in human form. Do yourself a favor. Go to this bar. Ask for an Old Fashioned. And if Coby’s working? Buckle up—you’re about to experience inner peace in a rocks glass.

Stopped in for a midday cocktail. I ordered the lavender lemon spritz (boozy) and oh my heavens was it delicious. I had two and wish I ordered one more for the road, ha! The woman who waited on us was so friendly and you could just tell she was an overall joy! A perfect little stop in the middle of a shopping day. We even bought a sticker to add to our collection we loved our drinks so much. Definitely hit this place up!

It’s nice because you can grab a slice of pizza and eat it outside to people watch or sit at the Park bar. Daniel was my bartender and despite it being a little busy he didn’t make me feel rushed and even had suggestions for drinks I’ve never tried! Thank you for your patience, Daniel! Came here over the weekend and and let me tell you, if you are looking for a place that treats you well and offers great service...this is the place!. We had Jose B. & Jose A. as our servers and they did an excellent job. The mixed drinks were super delicious and the beer was ice cold.

The Historic Pearl's Food Hall at Bottling, otherwise known as the Bottling Department Food Hall, which includes Park Bar, is an excellent space to grab a drink + take a break from the Texas heat as you are exploring the Pearl! :-) The space is really beautifully curated, and there is lots of seating!! Pearl's Food Hall, generally, is very clean & well-kept, making it all the more inviting! My first visit to Park Bar occurred on a Monday afternoon (during a holiday) with my boyfriend, and we had no trouble getting a table after placing our drink orders. They have a variety of options at Park Bar (e.g. my boyfriend ordered a lager, and I kept it simple with a fountain soda). I'm looking forward to returning to try some of their cocktails + seasonal offerings!

Favorite market bar in my book is the infamous park bar! All of the bartenders are amazing! Daniel, one of my faves, always makes you feel special and welcome and the best part always having a smile on his face! Jose and Jose, Miranda and Star Are so fun to be around and great bartenders as well! They absolutely crush it behind the bar — even with the crazy crowds and fast-paced environment, they stay cool, friendly, and incredibly efficient. Drinks come out quick and perfect every time. You can tell they genuinely care about the customer experience, and their hustle is unmatched. One of the best bartenders I’ve ever seen in action!

Good for alcoholic drinks. But dude the apple cider is really really sour. I am wondering what kind of apples was used during this process. There was an acidic after taste of the product - I tried the non-alcoholic. There is a lot of people in the hall, but the service is fast. I’ll give it that

It's a bar in a food court (at Pearl). Service was great and offered recommendations on local beers and signature cocktails. Order inside or outside... sit outside and people watch. Good times!

Lime margarita is $13 dollars. Lots of ice but I’m guessing you’re paying for the tequila

The first time I came here, the cocktails were amazing – the female bartender really knew how to make a great drink, and that’s what made me want to come back. Unfortunately, the second time was very disappointing. The male bartender’s cocktails tasted like plain water and completely ruined the experience for me. 2 drinks for $30 is insane. In small cups no less

This margarita experience was incredibly disappointing, especially given the price. I was surprised to see the bartender using a pre-made mix, and even worse, they didn't even bother to shake the drink. To top it off, I watched them pour a pre-made margarita that had been sitting out into a fresh cup. This is not at all what I'd expect for the cost.
