I had heard this was the best burger in San Diego…and after finally trying it out, I completely agree. Delicious burger and french fries. And it must be the best burger, because Rocky’s doesn’t make it easy. Parking is limited, kids aren’t allowed, seats are limited, and it’s a cash-only establishment. With all that said, we’ll DEFINITELY be back. It’s worth it!

Great place with a small menu—burger, cheeseburger and fries is what they have, and it's great! They have a nice selection of beer on tab and the staff is chill. The place is on the small side and is a cash establishment, so keep that in mind, but they have an in-house atm, so that's convenient.

The food here was great. We got the 1/3 lbs cheese burger, the 1/2 lbs cheeseburger, and an order of fries. The burgers were delicious and there was plenty of fries to share. We also got some beers. They don’t have too many options but we still found a good drink. The inside was full when we went so we sat outside and we still received great service. This is a cash only business so make sure to bring cash with you! I highly recommend this restaurant for a yummy burger and place to meet up with friends.

Great burger. Rocky's pub is a cool spot with a casual vibe. Burgers were great and very flavorful, definitelyderserving of the hype. The thin sliced red onion went very well on it. The basket of fries is a great shareable size. They are cash only, but there is an ATM on site. It is not a big place so if you come during a busy time be prepared to wait to snag a spot. It is a bar and first come first served.

Having lived in PB years ago, and hanging out here again, everyone is shocked that I had never been to Rockys before. Lol. I don't eat a lot of beef but I had to see what all the fuss is about. A simple and straightforward cash only menu, with fresh hand weighed, chuck ground beef Patties, classic bun and toppings along with ideal french fries! I got the half pound cheeseburger and it was delicious. The place was completely packed and it was difficult to find a seat. The drinks seemed reasonable even though we did not order any that day for lunch. It has a very typical old school bar atmosphere and would be a great place to sit with a group of friends outside or a few inside and watch a game and have some drinks and a burger!

Rocky Pub Burger has a cozy, old-school neighborhood feel — the kind of place you’ll visit with your friends for beer and nice burger. Parking can be tricky and it gets busy, but the burgers and fries are so worth it. Good service, great food, and a very local, welcoming spot.

Very good burgers and actually not as greasy as the friendly and they taste better than they look. Very difficult to find parking waited 15 mins to find parking so I called get my order and a parking spot open up. I was kind of on a time schedule, either way it still took them 25 mins to get my order ready so I drank a beer and called my guest to just meet me there. I was told if you order online you can’t sit down. I had already paid 38 dollars for two burgers and fries and a beer and tipped $7.57. I guess you aren’t really welcome here unless they know they are getting tipped which I did tip. I was told three times and even warned that next time I would not be allowed to sit if I ordered my food from the phone. Mean while there were at least 4 open seating areas. Also the all gender bathrooms is the guys bathroom really but everyone can use it. They do have very good peppers and I will eat here again but it doesn’t feel like a no worries environment.
