Preguntas frecuentes sobre Eclipse Kitchen & Bar
Opiniones de Eclipse Kitchen & Bar San Francisco
My wife and I had dinner at Eclipse on our last night. We wanted to stay close and nothing is more convenient than a restaurant at your own hotel. We were so happy we did!Food was absolutely delicious. Honestly, one of our favorite meals in SF. I had a steak with mushrooms , mashed potatoes, veggies, and a delicious sauce. The steak was a great portion and cooked perfectly . Wife had the chicken sliders, which were so tender and flavorful. I would agree it's a little pricey, but the food was so good. Oh, and the passion fruit cheesecake is a must!!! It's legit a top 3 desert I've ever had, and I'm a desert guy all dayyyyy.
Restaurant inside the Hyatt Regency in Embarcadero 5. Food is pricey, but delicious. Staff are amazing!! Best customer service BY FAR for any restaurants in the city. Wine list is limited but there are plenty of cocktails to choose from. I had fish tacos which were light and crisp with fresh avocado and salsa. I also had the passion fruit cheesecake topped with fresh berries which was beautiful and delicious. The restaurant seating is comfortable and the beautiful lobby setting made this a perfect meal. Will definitely be back!! Back for another work trip and happy to report that food is still amazing and service continues to be excellent.
If you are staying here, I recommend eating inside if you aren't looking to go out to eat and want to stay nearby. It is a bit pricey but the food is delicious, as well as the drinks. The waiter was very courteous. The only thing is maybe they only have one waiter at night and that took some time to get our orders.
Super friendly staff and great food! I only stopped in for a few munchies but all were great! There were a ton of fries in the truffle fries dish, the cheese fondue was super delicious as well, not as thick in consistency as I’m used to for fondues but still lovely.
The bar menu was limited but we found something for everyone. Potsticker for appetizer, clam chowder in bread bowl and ceaser salad.
One of my favorite hotels bars/lounges. Good drinks and delicious food in a beautiful setting. Service is always excellent. A real chill place!
My husband & I sat at the bar for drinks & apps, the bartender Rafael was so nice, the friendliest person we’ve encountered so far in San Francisco! And he made the best espresso martini I’ve ever had! 10/10.
Really lovely bar at the Hyatt Regency hotel. They have happy hour until 5:30 pm. I had a nice Girsen sauv blanc while sitting at the bar. Beautiful atmosphere and comfortable seating.
We had a great breakfast buffet each morning.

We had a great breakfast buffet each morning.
We never ate there, but we had drinks after a long day of walking and seeing the sights all over the city! The service was great! Our server remembered the beer that my sister had the previous night! The hotel is the best! So beautiful inside! The architecture is amazing!!
Came for some pre dinner drinks. They were great. The space is really pretty and perfect for a small group. At first we sat at the bar and were well tended to. Moved to a table when more guests arrived and then service declined a bit. But overall a great time.
We had a large group descend after a sales kickoff and we were HUNGRY. Food was ready in minutes, and the service provided by Alfonso and Carolina was top notch. Highly recommend for larger parties ready to eat, drink, and leave with a smile.
Erika B was our server. She was amazing. The food was as desired, prompt, and tasty. Environment is lovely. We sat talking endlessly because we were well taken care of, had great food, accompanied with smiling attentive service. I'd recommend!😘😘😘😘

Basically a hotel bar/meeting area in the atrium of the Hyatt. Felt a bit echo-y and open. Not really a spot for a nice dinner. We had a very tasty meat and cheese platter. My old fashioned was good although did not have a cherry. The red wine my husband had was very uninteresting. The service was okay but somewhat spotty.
I love their cozy spot n their coffee machine. U get to make ur own coffee. I had espresso with regular mixed n that was magnificent!

I wanted dinner and a drink after a long day of travel and decided to just stay inside my hotel. Joy was working the bar and her name fits her to a T. She was so sweet, great to chat with, helped me with recommendations, and was really attentive without being overbearing. Slightly limited menu, but the food they do have is good, the portions are large, and arrives in good time. The bar selection is pretty extensive and the staff are well- versed in what's available.
Great location, especially if you are meeting folks coming in town for confere as it is likely they are somewhat where near the area. I came to meet up with a group of people. Did not have a lot of food, fries is good. A good selection of drinks for sure. My rose is $14/glass. The bar and dining are run by different/seperated staff, so they prefer you stay within the area. If you ordered food from the bar, stay at the bar. The dinning area will run like any restaurant, one bill for one table.
Eclipse Kitchen & Bar, located inside the Hyatt in the Financial District, is a solid spot with good food and a welcoming atmosphere. We originally visited while staying at the Hyatt prior to moving here, and it’s a place we’ve continued to come back to since. The food has been consistently good on each visit, making it a reliable choice whether you’re stopping in for a full meal or just a few bites. They also offer a happy hour, which is definitely worth checking out. While the happy hour is on the shorter side, the quality of the food makes up for it. It’s a great option if you’re in the area at the right time and looking for a relaxed place to unwind. The staff is always friendly and attentive, which really adds to the experience. Overall, Eclipse Kitchen & Bar is a spot I’d totally recommend stopping into especially if you’re nearby or staying at the Hyatt.

The rating would be higher if this was a small town hotel restaurant - but it's not. SF has some of the most amazing dining in the world, so a bland cheesecake and meh cocktail is a bit of a bummer. I would, however, recommend for a beer or glass of wine at the bar - the atmosphere is very nice.
Food was good, but the service was extremely slow. For dinner you have to seat yourself and wait for them to notice you - it took 15 mins before we were greeted. The waitress seemed to disappear for 15-20 mins at a time after every time she was in our area.

Seriously why would you so many great options on your doorstep why go here Partner insisted it was on site so easier to use Starter and main brought out at same time queried with server who shrugged then waiter came to ask if ok said no he said ok Only if not wanting to go out please don’t use The attitude was why are you eating here you get what you deserve
