Opiniones de Green Beans Coffee San Francisco
Every time I'm at this airport I eat here. It's sooo good and the baristas are very nice! The croissants are yummy (specially with bacon) & I love that the smoothies are dairy free. You can also add boba to any drink! They have several tables to around to sit, and it's usually very peaceful (not crowded) in that area.
I always stop here if I have business at SFO. It's good coffee, they offer a 24oz size if I'm really dragging, and they offer some light snacks and small meals too. The food isn't anything fancy but the coffee is good. Much better than anything you can get at the chain place with a siren logo. The staff had always been friendly and all deserve raises.
Great Coffee! 10/10 highly recommend
I visited the Green Beans Coffee near the F gates in SFO. They were the only place open when I landed from Honolulu around 630 am. (All the other food places were "temporarily closed," or they were closed with no hours posted.) Great simple turkey and cheddar sandwich, and a solid airport latte. Some of their offerings pictured here. Friendly staff, even so early in the morning, and pretty efficient line! Thank you Green Bean!
They don't have matcha at this place. I had asked and they said no. Then I ordered a white mocha frappuccino and they said no problem. I some how ended up with a Mocha frappuccino, mad it was really good. Tastes exactly like a hot chocolate. I wouldn't change it's formula whatsoever. I 💯 would recommend it once again.
Nestled behind the security check in the SFO International terminal, a calm peaceful sanctuary awaits. With all the hustle and bustle of travel these days, it is nice to sip a perfectly brewed cup of coffee with all kinds of treats at the Green Bean. From bustling breakfast sandwiches with bacon, egg and cheese to freshly baked pastries, muffins and other delights, the food is delicious. But the real treat at the Green Bean are the sweet workers who go out of their way to make your day. The manager is a sweet lady with a heart of gold who leads the group with grace. I have traveled for over 40 years all over the United States and have seen a lot of airports. This little cafe tops my list for the best I have experienced.
Green Bean coffee light roast tastes so delicious! This place has vegan snacks and a delicious assortment of pastries and sandwiches for the global trekker on the go! The pastries are made in house.
Awesome staff. They have a secret chocolate milk shake if you want for kids. They were friendly enough to even give a whipped cream in a cup for our younger one.
Sometimes the line can be slow to move, but they always make your order correct and have good pasteries. I suggest you get your muffin or pastry warmed up because they’re much better that way! 2019 Edit: I keep coming back for the muffins. Typically I just drink office coffee these days, but their cinnamon crumb muffins and double berry muffins are the best! I get at least two a week!
Located at gate G on departures level, there must be other locations because this one here is beside the airport travel agency and has a white lighted sign. Decent coffee. Welcome to San Francisco

I've been awake all night and went to buy a coffee but my card wasn't working properly. After a couple of unsucessful attempts she let me take it. Was VERY nice of her. Very kind lady. I will be sure to pay it forward. 🤗

People were nice, coffee was decent, over priced but normal for an airport. Did charge me for employee surcharge but it was under a dollar.
Dairy free option: after having become lactose intolerant, air travel became a bit of a dread for me. Too much of airport/airplane food comes with bunch of cheese. I was happy to find this ball of salad from Burma Love (SF local restaurant) here. It was not only delicious, but filling, energy packed, and relatively affordable (as others commented some items here and other shops at the airport are very highly priced, but this one was $13 before tax.
Great coffee, got the glass noodle salad as well. All very goodz
Glad to find this coffee shop in the middle of our transit at San Francisco International Airport. Nice and clean environment, quick service, kind staff, everything fine.
Cozy coffee place. Friendly staff. No extra charge for diary substitutes. No plug points to power your phone or laptop which is weird for a coffee shop (from my experience in other coffee shops in SIngapore)

First time trying it here in SFO so I ordered a pumpkin spice cold brew and asked if they would be able to blend it but the cashier said No but they have access to a blender so I was disappointed. I also bought a English muffin breakfast sandwich but it wasn’t very good at all so I didn’t eat much of it. Very disappointing. So I don’t recommend this place at all. Go to Starbucks or Peets. What a rip off!!!
Ordered a brown and coffee. Browny was old, hard, and tasteless. Coffee was ok, service was fast, counter personal were happy, friendly, and alert. Get rid of the brownies, they are horrible.
Hello everyone, I travel regularly from SFO. I decide skip my lounge routing and give green beans coffee a try feeling that if you have a "coffee" in the company name. they do coffee well, but not the food. I order one latte 16 Oz and one of the weird looking brownie. As a coffee drinker, the latte taste like a water. period. however, the weird looking brownie is awesome and it's sourced from whisk & bowl bakery. what an interesting combination. please come to green bean coffees from the pastry, not coffee. I am at terminal 3 SFO~

Overpriced food & drinks. Stale bakery items. Coffee that’s bad! 50c for an extra cup! Unhelpful staff - have no motivation to make coffee or serve customers. Location is very convenient! And looks nice.

Friendly staff but they had no breakfast sandwiches at 9AM and the tiny re-heated chicken pesto sandwich I paid $15 (!!) for made me absolutely sick. This might be a good coffee spot but I’d advise skipping the “grab and go” options. 😬
Pros: very fast and friendly service. Pumpkin pie cold brew was very good Cons: the bacon breakfast was sadly inedible. Like...I dont like to waste food but I couldnt eat it. Just look at the pictures. I know airport food is expensive but paying $21 only to get this is rough
This place serves Burmese cold food (wraps, salad, sandwiches, etc.) besides coffee, smoothies and baked items. Tried Sousa wrap which is pretty decent. Wish they could warm it gently for better Sam usa taste. Guess it’s a cold wrap. Would have given better rating if the staff is more welcoming.
That was the most expensive burnt, bitter, over steamed, and over roasted latte I’ve encountered in a very long time. I absolutely hate leaving negative reviews but sincerely hope they retrain or rethink their coffee program? My mouth was scalded and I didn’t know beans could be that charred? Gave an extra star because it was 8am and the cashier tried her best, bless her heart.

They’re consistently really bad. I’m done with them. Terrible bitter, over-prices, over-sweet coffee, really poor staff. 4 times, all 4 times very bad.
Had to ask for my drink 5 times and waited 20 mins as others after me received theirs. Luckily the person that took my order knew that I ordered it. The cappuccino (made like a latte) was not worth the wait. Breakfast sandwiches was lukewarm and just ok, but would have been better warmer. Brownies were good.
The female cashier this morning around 8am was so disgustingly rude and racist towards me and others. She would say good morning to White or Asian customers and would not say a word to colored customers, an older Indian couple, Black women, Brazilian mother and child, even Airport TSA and Pilots. To witness and experience this was appalling and inhumane and I do not recommend going near this place and supporting this corporation if she is working there. She also sighed every time a colored customer entered forcing her to break away from her loud Facebook videos of obnoxious laughter as she sat at the customer table area. The worst part was hearing colored customers say thank you after ordering and she would say nothing. Horrible
Food is good but their customer service is very poor especially with Filipino cashiers. They dread the sight of customers and do just the bare minimum of what they have to. Looking impatient and lazy and chitchatting. They should be properly trained and educated about customer service and job responsibilities.
On Friday at 12:29 PM, I politely ordered my usual coffee from this coffee that I love. I asked Gurel or whoever he is, a caramel latte, and he responded by asking about the size. When I said, “Regular,” he laughed sarcastically and said, “All sizes are regular; choose one.” He continued to tell himself that I should know what I am saying and that my answer was normally interesting, in a very contemptible tone. Someone who lacks customer service skills should not work at San Francisco International Airport, because it reflects poorly on the coffee and the country image as well . I will never come back to this cafe again!! The worst customer service I had
Our cashier was incredible rude. food was decent but over charged, there is also a employee benifit surcharge.
The service I received for my coffee was truly dreadful. The guy who working today by himself behavior was incredibly rude and disrespectful, making it one of the most disappointing and unpleasant experiences I've ever had with a coffee establishment. Their lack of professionalism and courtesy was striking, and it significantly tarnished my overall impression of the place. I strongly discourage anyone from enduring such poor service
It’s embarrassing to say it’s coffee shop when they don’t have sugar or sweeteners for your coffee and they make you to do your own half & half and it tastes so bed I throw it away because it’s just plain coffee I ordered the mocha it’s says mothers of all coffee but I don’t think they should be around coffee the led leaks everywhere yeah never 👎 again really expensive for no quality or quantity
The worst watery and steaming hot late I have ever had. With no lines I had to wait for 20 min for any of the staff to take my order. Then the lady forgot about my croissant in the oven and then gave me a burned one. I asked for another one, she didn’t even apologized and warmed another one for 30 seconds and gave it to me. Which was cold on the inside. Do not waist your time and money to go here.
Genuinely the worst latte I’ve ever had. I tried again on my departure to give them a chance but was sadly disappointed again with the worst cappuccino I’ve ever had. Experience was topped off with rude service and over priced. Go to the Starbucks and thank me later ***Note the two recent 5 star reviews are written by the same person “Judith Hill”. The rest are horrible and seem consistent with as service. Shame on you for not only providing bad service but committing fraud by posting fake reviews..wow
Don’t usually write reviews but.....this is first and only! Very business like! Greedy cashier, the mid aged woman wearing eyeglasses, tending the order/cash register. I ordered small cappuccino and pointed the fresher cinnamon. Didn’t bother to tell me total and offer receipt. And she took the left alone of the bunch cinnamon. I pointed to her again the fresher one but ignored me. Then came my cappuccino, turned out large! Didn’t bother anymore. Why didn’t tell me total and the receipt. I ended up with $8.80 bill, dehydrated, old cinnamon and very diluted cappuccino! McDonald’s would have been better overall!
Coffee worse than on the airplane, when i asked for almond milk to try to see if i could mask the horrible taste they wanted to charge an extra dollar. Threw it in the trash. Turnover was good.
Staff was nice enough, and relatively fast... but the Chicken pesto sandwich i got was sooo nasty. There were a bunch of them on the hot plate, but when I got to my gate, found that it had been made with mayo and fresh lettuce, now turned to a brownish green sludge after being heated for who knows how long. I went back to the counter to tell them that the sandwich should not be kept hot, and showed her the "keep refrigerated" note on the label. She looked at me like I was crazy and said that meant after you buy it. I don't throw away food, but that went in the trash after 2 bites, and i won't be back.
The staff were nice enough but sadly the coffee was naasty. They don't do flat whites so I ordered a cappuccino but the milk was completely oversteamed. They kindly swapped it out for a drip coffee at my request but even the drip coffee tasted stale. Food wise the pastries looked nice but the 'Double Berry' muffin I had was unfortunately pretty tasteless and contained approximately 2 berries (see picture) so perhaps the name is literal?
The staff was very nice but unfortunately the food was absolutely disgusting. Tried croissants, burgers, and brownies, and all felt like they were 1 week old... Avoid, even if there is no other choice.

Rude guy at the front desk. Asked for my burrito to be warmed up and said he doesn’t do that. Also extremely poor quality drink that wasn’t even hot. Worst customer service. Never go here
I don’t normally go to the effort of posting bad reviews but the cashier today was unacceptably complacent and rude. She was playing games on her phone when I walked up (I was the only person in line) and didn’t make eye contact or say anything for about 30-45 seconds, then said something in a condescending tone along the lines of “well, whenever you’re ready” still without looking up. She only gestured to the card machine for payment then went back to her game. I didn’t know whether it had gone through or not so after an awkward amount of time standing there after paying, I slowly backed away to wait near the pickup counter. I then observed another customer (who was visibly restless and checking his phone, probably boarding soon) ask the status of his drink, to which she replied “I don’t know” and then immediately went back to her phone/game. The customer instead leaned over the counter to the other employee (who was standing less than 3 feet away from the cashier and very busily making drinks) for confirmation that his drink was in progress Overall a very unprofessional presentation from this lady. The coffee was very good though
The coffee is the worst ever. The croissant tasted like 20 years old. Very pricey. People that work there are very friendly thou.
