Great atmosphere, fantastic cocktails and they offer the Foreign Cinema menu. The servers checked on us regularly enough and with the small inconvenience of ordering at the bar we got incredible food, nice seats and a wide range of drinks. Would recommend this place if you are going out for drinks and are not sure where the night is taking you - stay for the food! ;)
A friend took me to laszlo on a Saturday late noon for good cocktails and nibbles. The spicy margaritas are savage! Oysters were very fresh. Great atmosphere too! I’ll defo be back :)
Spanking amazing cocktails, lovely ambience. One of my goto bars on mission ! This is one of the spots which could be your first drink place or the last drink of the night or something in-between. Very few bars have that potential!! Service is warm and make you feel cozy and welcome. Got one of the bourbon based drink in pink, loved the color and presentation. You can order food from the neighboring restaurant. Bar is arranged well and the appeal is inviting. They play an old flick on the screen and on tv all the time to add a little retro to the swanky place, Another novel concept which is being copied everywhere now. Must go, if you have not visited. If you have then go again !!
Cute bar with fun vibes and nice cocktails. I didn’t know you could order food from foreign cinema so I might do that next time. Bartenders were also friendly and had great conversation.
Highly recommend the chicken skewers and Cuban Mezcal beverages! The rooftop views at sunset are epic and they have nice heaters
Really fine cocktails, great ambience, and all of the foreign cinema eats! Trivia night on Wednesday!
Went for Taylor Swift night and the food and drinks were good! They also provided taylor swift cupcakes!!!
The sister restaurant of Foreign cinema with equally good food and a much shorter line to get in. The brunch was yum.

Cute spot for a night cap. It’s a pretty small spot so expect some intimate vibes which was ideal for a date with my man. I got a mezcal margarita and he got the fade into you, we both were trying not to finish our drinks fast because of how delicious they were. It is a craft cocktail bar so expect to pay about $50+ for two drinks. It’s worth it though! I definitely recommend it though. Bartenders were very friendly too.
Besides having an attentive cutie like Jesus taking care of me and the girls on the night of 02/07/25, it was such a great time. Super clean, very yummy drinks with a lot of unique flavors. Movies playing on the screens definitely kept me entertained. There is a lot of space and a bunch of options for drinks. We will be coming by many more times!

Update: I love the place but the staff are not caring... they clean the table and take the drinks without asking. It was so unprofessional, and they didn't even care to apologize. It is a nice bar with some amazing drink. They have 2 floors seating and they offer some of the foreign cinema menu. However, it is a very light menu. It is an awesome bar next to foreign cinema restaurant.
We wanted to have drinks after watching a movie. This was convenient as it had indoor and outdoor seating. It’s the bar that is part of Foreign Cinema.
After having dinner at Lolinda a few doors down, our party ended up here for a toot, or so I thought... ATMOSPHERE: The tight quarters make up the small bar that is connected and related to the Foreign Cinema restaurant. The first level sports bar and high top seating, with a few more tables on a loft above. A DJ was spinning a mix of genres while a muted 80's movie was being projected on the bar's wall. Conversation level was manageable. MENU: Full bar, no food. BEVERAGE: T.W. Pitchers' Radler I took my chances on this which was a sweet grapefruit/blood orange-flavored beer. Meh. Tecate Having had this in Puerto Vallarta, I stuck to this light but still good budget brew. No hangover the next day. SERVICE: Joyce was the friendly and fast bartender on duty. OVERALL: Nice watering hole, fair pricing. We finally called it a night three rounds later!

cute bar attached to foreign cinema continuing with the movie theme. great ambiance for a date or to catch up with friends. drinks were solid, especially fade into you. fade into you: loved this old fashioned riff with heavy chocolate notes!
The overall experience was kind of "meh". The bartenders were super nice but one seemed to be distracted. There were also problems with the food that we ordered. First we were given the wrong order, then after waiting more than 30 minutes for our actual order we discovered that our order was never put in. I understand that sometimes people have a bad day/night so I would give them another try if I'm in the area and looking for cocktails. I don't think I'd try the appetizers again as they weren't that appealing. The best part of the evening was the music. I gave my Shazam a workout, lol. *Full disclosure: this is a late review as we went a few months ago. I'm just taking the time now to update my Google.

Love that they appear to love anime. Hate that they care less about service. The food is pretty good. This picture of my sentiment says it all. For one person spending this kind of money, I expect funking perfect service. Get your act together, because despite the good food, I am not coming back. Cheers.
The first time my partner and I came here, we had a great time. The drinks were expensive but good, and The Outsiders was playing, which was cool. Needless to say, we left with a good impression. Recently, we decided to go back since we had enjoyed our first visit and had an hour to kill before a dinner reservation. However, this experience was completely different. We weren’t greeted or given menus, so we grabbed one ourselves. When we kindly asked the bartender about quick bites, instead of explaining, he aggressively knocked on the wall to indicate something—which we didn’t understand. It wasn’t until I got up to check that I noticed a small sign with a drawing of fries crossed out. Before I got up to check, in a rude tone, he said, “You guys are hungry? There are a bunch of places nearby.” Right. We know. We understand that food questions might get repetitive or be a common annoyance, and maybe this was just his personality, but the way it was handled left us feeling unwelcome. It stuck with us for the rest of the day. As a server/bartender, whether you like it or not, you set the atmosphere. Unfortunately, this time, the vibe wasn’t great. Also, there were a few cigarettes on the floor.
I like chill spots that I can get a good drink and meetup with friends, this place is mid for now. Drinks are pricy, weak but maybe that's me, and lacking a spark. Place was play good/chill music and had a cool kungfu old school video projecting on a HUGE WALL. Besides that, I'd stick to wines or canned drinks.

This was the most disappointing meal I have ever ordered "the cheese board" it was just 4 little bites of cheese and a couple of almonds. Also the olives were a tiny portion

While a cool trendy spot, I ended up paying $27 each (inclusive tax and tip) for just a simple Tito’s martini. Nothing fancy, one dry, one dirty. If you’re popping in for a quick pre-movie drink, you’re better off getting the Modelo for 5 bucks or head somewhere else. And to those that think “oh that’s just San Francisco”, $27 for a simple martini is not normal in the city (or NY, or London, or any other major metropolis)
I’ll admit I had high expectations. The bar is attached to and affiliated with Foreign Cinema, but is such a let down. The space is beautiful and really draws you in off the street, but for $18 cocktails… the place is not at all worth it. Drinks were just ok, space was dirty, and service lazy at best, more like non-existent. It wasn’t a busy night, only two other customers at the bar. Looks like my experience was similar to others recently.
