Giving high praise for the manager Manny who jumped in to help out with our lost DoorDash order on a Saturday night when Manny was off duty. A dasher seemed to have grabbed our order then cancelled while on our way to us, leaving our order with future assigned dashers in limbo. Manny called us on the spot after we left a voicemail to a seemingly black hole of a phone number. He followed up multiple times, texted us and made sure we were okay. Incredible service.

Absolutely the best chicken restaurant beats Chick-fil-A hands-down. The chicken is perfect not greasy at all. The staff is amazing. They are so helpful and friendly. They are constantly cleaning tables floors. I am amazed at how on the ball this restaurant is I will definitely be coming here frequently. I highly recommend Starbird in Walnut Creek.

Ordered through Postmates food came as ordered. My favorite was the wings Especially the spicy Seoul flavor was good. The chipotle bbq sauce was my favorite, the blue cheese sauce is watery.

Good place to order dream fried chicken wing! TIPS: DON'T ORDER BONELESS WING.....It doesn't taste like chicken wing anymore.....so sad! The real chicken wing is really good! all flavors are recommend! order ahead and pickup in their store.

Good place to order dream fried chicken wing! TIPS: DON'T ORDER BONELESS WING.....It doesn't taste like chicken wing anymore.....so sad! The real chicken wing is really good! all flavors are recommend! order ahead and pickup in their store.

Pretty bad. Chicken was dry, fries were stone-cold. Like, cold to the point where it must've been premade & sitting because the delivery didn't take that long. Coleslaw was good tho. Worst of all was the sauce. Just super sweet & disgusting. That being said, it was affordable. So, uh, points on that I guess?

I was visiting San Francisco with my friend and I saw this place on Google maps. Turned out I couldn't find a way to get inside. The area also looks scary, the delivery guys who were on the motorcycle in the back (pick up) place look at us in a very uncomfortable way. They cover their face and stuff. We wasted 1h just to come here and got nothing, thinking that we could sit like Starbird place in San Jose. It was a disappointing trip.

We use to order this restaurant on door dash often and the quality has gone totally down. the last three times (different days over the course of a month) at normal hours - they have gotten our order wrong (both take out and delivery) and the quality of the food is sad. the meat of the chicken is butchered really bad and the breading has gotten too thick. i really like this brand but i have to stop giving them second, third, fourth chances when it’s such an easy to go to option. save your money and go to gotts nearby.

I’ve had good experiences in the past but tonight was flat out disappointed. I ordered a 4 piece hot tender box make it blazin style and the chicken was barely seasoned. Additionally, there were nasty pickles all over the chicken. I’ve order many times before and there have been pickles included. Is this new? It doesn’t tell you pickles are included and I absolutely hate pickles. Chicken was soggy as a result of the wet pickles sitting on top of the chicken and I only love a 8 or so min away from the ghost kitchen. Gross.

I ordered from them through DoorDash, and the person who showed up was not the dasher on the app. As a single woman I have serious concerns about this practice continuing unabated. We have to demand that DoorDash, uber, Lyft, and all the other companies enact stricter controls to keep us safe. I’m also holding the business accountable because you all can also insist that these companies maintain stronger account controls.

Almost every time there are delivery issues. What a joke, this is a delivery only location and they can’t get that right. Just ordered tonight and after waiting over an hour, tracking shows the driver on my block. I go out front of my building and no food, no sign of anyone. Check the tracking and it says delivered. Great, now what?!? Absolutely No way to contact the location. Really?!? So not only am I out $$ I now have no dinner. Totally lame, never again!!!

I ordered 12, and 4 of them were basically half-sized wings, so for all intents I only received 10. I ended up throwing half the meal away. The fries were cold. And not like lukewarm because I arrived five minutes after they were ready to pick them up. Like cold cold. Pretty disappointed in the entire meal considering all of the positive reviews. Either this was just an off night, or these poor people giving them 5 stars have never had good wings in their lives.

The second time I ate here I noticed the cucumber in my salad was rotten but this last time was worse. I got a bad case of food poisoning after eating their Thai chicken salad. I was vomiting all night. So be aware that the food safety here is lax. I won’t eat here again.

Placed my order early, it was ready for 25 minutes. Was told it was picked up 5 minutes before I arrived. Then had to wait another 25 minutes for a fresh order. Wings and fries came out cold. Wings look like someone squirted bbq sauce on them and not shaken. Didn’t include my carrots and celery. If I could give it zero stars I would. Stay away....
