I’ve had such a good experience with this wash-and-fold service. Communication is super clear they let me know exactly when they’re coming for pick-up and when to expect my clothes back. Pick-up was right on time, and I got everything back in a timely manner. When I opened my bag, all of my clothes were fresh, neatly folded, and even my delicate pieces were handled perfectly. It honestly feels great knowing I can trust them with my laundry and not worry about a thing. If you’re looking for a service that’s easy to work with, on time, and takes care of your clothes like their own, I highly recommend them. The price is worth the service. If you’re staying at a local hotel and need a laundry service. I recommend this.

They picked up from our hotel and kept texting while he was on the way so we knew exactly when our laundry was going to be picked up, then the Laundry was washed and folded faster than expected and got it delivered right back to our hotel We couldn’t have asked or received better service Thanks again

This is an excellent service. We stayed at a local hotel whose laundry prices were very high so I contacted TL Laundromat and had a very quick reply and had my clothes collected, laundered and delivered back same day. Payment on line, all very easy and brilliant communication. Clothes in great condition and smelling lovely!! I highly recommend!

The service and communication was fast and extremely convenient. They pick up at our hotel really fast, and delivered within 3 hours as mentioned. They are really reliable from the beginning to the delivery. The quality of the whole service is high as the price but we have no problem paying the price when it's worth it! Quite simply fantastic service. We were in SF for a week based near Union Square and wanted a reliable laundry service. Following some research we found tlwashandfold. We decided to drop the washing off ourselves to check all was OK and can vouch you will have no concerns. We were served by a really friendly guy who was most helpful and professional. They also wash whites and colours separately for a small surcharge. Excellent communication throughout the process and delivery back to our hotel the same day. Competitively priced as well verses a hotel.

Place is relatively clean, some staff can be helpful, abbreviated hours and slightly more expensive than most coin op laundromats. Drop of service (wash and fold) for a fee. Been there multiple times, but went in on a Saturday afternoon and was the only one there.

Visiting from out of town and went an extra distance to go to this laundromat because there was a Google review saying there is an online system/ card that can be used at this location, which is not true as the card system seems to have been down for a long time. No other contactless pay options available and staff was not helpful regarding the issue. The dryers were not that great either unfortunately. Re TL response: As was said there were no contactless options for me including the ATM that you stated was in the front. The employee up front told me there were no other options for ATMs and went back to the fluff and fold services while I was struggling to firgure something out. The only part of this that was correct was that a customer unaffiliated with y’all suggested a CVS half a mile up the street that was an inconvenience. If there 8 shirts 2 sheets a a pair of jeans was too large for the THREE dryers I used, there is definitely a problem. One of the customers also complained while I was there about the faulty dryers and how it kept stopping. There was not going to be a next time for me to return to this horrible establishment but there definitely wont be a next time after your defensive and inaccurate comment. Thank you
