This has been my favorite Chinese restaurant in San Francisco for as long as I can remember. They have to go service in the front and a restaurant in the back and he women who work there are very nice. I recommend the Pork Chow Mein, General Tso Chocken, and Wanton Soup.

Decent standard Chinese dishes. Owner, Cindy, and Alice are so friendly, you'll keep coming back.

This time around the customer service was not as great as the first time. And there is always a old lady there that makes me feel like she doesn't like Latinos in her restaurant. She is always with an angry looking face.

Nice lady, but that's about all I can say here. Very cheap in quality Chinese food, no rice when I was there at lunch time. $16 for a plate that lacked flavour and should have cost $10. Don't go here unless you need to. This place makes Safeways "Chinese food" at the deli looks good and affordable comparably

The food isn't hot when you order in the front and the lady handling my order is so rude and obnoxious, I can't see why she has to behave as such. I wish this wasn't the only chinese place to order from within walking distance of my job.

I love Chinese food and was craving some but this place is horrible. They're lucky I had no choice but to give a one star just to write a review. Over expensive for no reason (food isn't that good). They charge more for sitting down to eat ( and okay, that's fine charge away) but the portion they give to sit and eat is half of the portion you'd get if you'd ordered a medium to go. I asked for a can soda, she said it was $1.25 (no biggie) then says $2 something because of sitting down to eat there. They're acting like the place is packed or something. Anyways, DON'T GO HERE! I knew I should of went to Savior.

Price is a little bit higher than average, temp is cold, the taste is below average, the and the customer service is...well, nowhere to be found. My overall experience for this place is so bad that I regret for stepping my foot in here 30 minutes ago.
