Had a great experience at Del taco yesterday (02/07/2025) morning their crew and manager Raquel were so patient and so kind. (Had A long and picky order) Shout for the clean dining room also!

Service was great. I went in early early morning, & the girl, Raquel I believe her name tag said, was very pleasant. For it being so early in the morning, she was upbeat & perky, not like some who give you attitude like they hate their job. She was social, smiling & all like it was mi day. She went above & beyond to make sure my order was correct, fresh, & that I had everything I needed. That's my new Del Taco of choice.

I LOVE going when Raquel is working. Even though I usually go to the drive thru. She ALWAYS makes sure I have all the correct sauces & ALL of my items in the bag. I stopped checking to see if my order was correct since she has been helping me. And that’s a huge thing for me. No one wants to go home just to find out their order is messed up. She’s great. The store always looks clean. Inside & out. No homeless hanging out like there use to be years ago. I know here other Del Tacos in the city, but I purposely drive to this location bcuz I know I can always count on her & her team to make my order right each time. Thank you for always doing a damn good job!

Always love coming here rather than the one next to the college. The staff here are friendly and as quick to get my order out fast and Professional. My son and I go to this Del Taco allot and the staff there are very nice Ladies 😄. The food always tastes great and they will give me a senior discount 👍🏼. They are are always happy to help when I need them to unlock the restrooms. They work hard, keep the place clean and have great customer service.

Best one yet. I thought the one on state and Ramona was great...But this Del taco is by far the best I've been to. My Deluxe chili cheese fries were still crunchy and hot!!!! Go there on Wednesdays I'm guessing the same crew will be working I don't know. I honestly believe that the Manager made the difference. Doing her job 100% an then some. Great job. I came in for breakfast. I was greeted by Raquel. She had a happy attitude and smile. She helped me with my order, because i was having difficulty with the computer screen kiosk thing. The workers in the back made my food quickly, and it tasted great. She refilled my ice tea before I left, which was great, because i was on my way to work, and I work out in the hot sun.

This Del Taco isn't too bad. Food is good, priced well, and the inside is clean. Fairly easy to get around in my wheelchair. Staff has been very nice anytime I've been there.

Love the New Beyond Tacos and they have the best Ice Tea the employee's are really great! But i always go to the drive thru and i can always count on it taking longer than it should but it's not because of the staff more often than not it's because someone ahead of me ordered $35 worth of food in the drive thru lane. Del Taco in general just not as good as it used to be years ago. But it's still okay inconvenient. This location was very slow at getting food out a year ago compared to them in the past they seem to have gotten better with the drive-thru weight time so I continue to go there now I stayed away for a while because of how slow they were.

I got a taco salad tonight.They were busy and the taco salad was not on the kiosk, so it took a min for them to get to me. The crew was really nice, they also took my order. The salad was good and the place was empty, so it was great! The place looked decent.

Took 20 minutes (I think longer) to get food. Four or five cars in front of me but it's del-taco. Isn't half of the food items already prepped.

I love their green sauce, but this del taco is very stingy on the green sauce. They rarely give you a large side of green sauce when you ask. This time they said they were running low on green sauce which I think is a very bold lie.

17 minutes! That's how long it took from the time I ordered until I pulled away. That's not even counting the 8 minutes I sat trapped behind another car ordering and the order taker telling me to hold on. I gave 3 stars because the food was fresh and tasted good. So they have that going for them. Next time, I'll avoid the drive thru and go inside.

For the most part most Del Tacos are pretty decent but the one in Menifee at the Staters Plaza had the worst customer service ever. We asked for fresh French fries the fries we're cold we ask for salsa and napkins there was no salsa and no napkins the guy could not understand our order we had to repeat ourselves four times it was just absolutely terrible

We went for lunch and the crew was super unprofessional, so much so that other people in my car decided not to order and they were ABSOLUTELY correct. My fries were cold, my burrito was gross and my tostada had no beans... literally hard tostada shell, lettuce and a sprinkle of cheese...who think it was an accident. I called the manager and she said she would provide training, but what does that mean these days? The night crew replaced the meal they would get a four stars because it took a while for someone to acknowledge us when we walked in but the day crew gets a -8...Why is it so hard to get people to do their jobs...

Go here pretty frequently. Only have had a great experience once. It feels like the drive through constantly has problems. One time nobody was inside or in the drive through and they had me wait like 10 minutes before I could even order. Confused mainly.

Window chick was cool. Couldn't hardly understand her until we got to the window. Bathrooms were clean and available. Our food was fine didn't take long.

I got the grilled chicken burrito. I felt like there was less meat than what I usually get. I understand rationing between "Epic" and regular. The cheddar quesadilla was okay, the chilli peppers make it watery if not cooked long enough.

I got a red bean burrito , the drive thru was steady and the dine in was empty. It took them a bit to get to me, ya not so good and I know it can get a bit hectic but I believe she was shift mng helping pass food to drive thru looked at me and even came to the front a few times and she couldn't take my order? Girl....I've been there done this ! She coulda but didn't want to. If you're a short employee you gotta work just as hard as they all do get yourself a drawer. The burrito was boring I have no clue why I got that but as for how it was made it was good size beans good consistency it was good for the bean burrito lovers.

Although this location is much better than either location on Florida ave in Hemet I have one big criticism. Allowing team members to have loud speaker phone conversations in the dining room while on break is quite annoying.

Filthy bathroom I had to take my step-son into because the wait in the Drive-Thru took so long, asked to speak with manager none was present. Both employees were clearly working quite hard I will say. Fries were skimpy and had to return the strawberry lemonade.

Missed 2 items in my order after repeating every item as I said them. They never read back my order at the end or I would of noticed. Why don't any of these drive thrus read back the order anymore? They just sit in awkward silence as I wait for a response. Wiped shake off her shirt with napkins, than wiped excess shake from the rim of the shake into the cup with the same napkins . Gross 😝. The carnitas tasted alright, took a whole 2 hours before it turned into diarreah.

I only ever really come at night after work, but they need more crew members at night. I usually end up waiting no less than 30 mins for my food, from the drive thru, just the other day I waited 26 mins at the window, not including the time I waited for assistance at the speaker. Not only do I wait way to long on a regular basis but I'm lucky if 1 out of 5 times they get my boyfriends order right. He asks for no sauce on his chicken soft tacos and almost every time do they end up drenching his tacos in sauce.

Apparently I didn't know burnt beans is possible at all. This location made it possible. Bean and cheese burritos had burnt beans, also 3 layer queso nachos had beans too and burnt. Drive thru took forever to end up missing items.

I go to DelTaco for lunch, most times they charge me for sour cream and tomatoes which I ordered but don't add it. I end up with dry chicken soft tacos. I also have the snack size guacamole and chips, today I only received the guacamole, when I asked for the chips the lady at the window was flustered and told me they don't come with the snack guac (news to me) and made a fuss over adding it. I was already at the window more then willing to pay for it if need be. I get that the drive through was packed ,most cust picking up dinner-NOT on their evening lunch break. I needed a good lunch to get me through to closing shift. Don't think im going here anymore. Tired of the inconsistency. When I've called in the past to let them know about mistakes they say sorry and that's that till next time when we repeat it again. Sorry DelTaco but your San Jacinto location needs work!

Most people are nice and willing to help you however they can. Unfortunately they have some weeds that make their establishment look not so good. I understand needing a paycheck but please do not make customers feel like you hate your job with treatment. Now I have to enjoy cold soggy nachos due to a lady’s lack of paying attention(I feel on purpose) and me having to get out my comfort to go fix the wrong items she provided to my fiancé because he didn’t want to cause a problem and maybe she would spit in our items next. You never know. 🤷‍♀️

When u go into the drive threw they always ask u to back up and wait so there drive thru timer doesn't run. 😐Because it takes 10 mins or more to get order. This was one of the worst Del Tacos I have been to. I usually enjoy Del Taco for what it is, decent fast food at a reasonable price. This place was not fast at all. I am usually a patient individual but this place really tested it. I waited in the drive threw for about 30 minutes for an iced tea and 1 burrito. It was not busy. There were 2 cars in front of me and no one inside.

Went & paid for the wrong order, when I told the girl is wasn't my order she said she took off the $1 lemonade off my order as a way to fix it when I originally paid $2.38 for a drink that was like I said not my order. Had to cancel one of my chili fries to be able to pay. Came home & the strawberry lemonade didn't even have strawberries in it as it's suppose to. The lady at the drive through was RUDE. I ended up telling her that I was going elsewhere. The soda machine literally never is cleaned or changed properly there soda always tastes flat and gross it’s literally such a waste of money I just threw away a whole large sprite. This happens every time too.

My fiance and I went to this del taco today and we were in the drive thru. I needed to use the restroom so I got out while he waited in line. The restrooms was on the outside and the doors says for paying customers only. So I went in to see if I could have access to their bathroom. The first lady I asked was really nice but it seemed like she needed permission. A black lady comes over and says "O you need to use the restroom" I replied yes. So she replies" Our bathroom is for paying customers only but I will let you use it". So I tried to explain to her that we were in the drive thru but she cut me off with "I said I will let you use it" her tone was so nasty and her customer service was horrible because I was indeed a customer. I was so upset. It was a good thing that my fiance was still waiting in the long line when I got back to the car because I refused to pay for food after that. All she needed to do was listen to me and realized that I was there to get food instead her attitude got the better of her and the result was a hungry customer using her restroom and not paying for food. All it takes is communication and listening ears. This situation could have gone completely different.

Worst service I have ever received. First they didnt take my order for 7 mins Second they didnt even apologize for it, and was very snippy toward me. Third they had no one in line but me and they still asked me back my car up and they said I can pull forward when my food it ready.

Easily the worst Del Taco experience. As i sit in line for then next probably 15 minutes I write this review and can still hear the employee on the speaker saying “sorry about that ( bc each of us are waiting around 5-7 minutes to order once getting to the speaker) GO AHEAD ?! for the customers to order. I know this isn’t policy to speak that way. After everything I said this employee constantly said “are you done?” This employee was sweating profusely, touching her face, couldn’t even fit her shirt, and was all around a humongous disaster. I completely understand the having a bad shift, but this is just blantant disrespectful and unsanitary how the entire situation has been handled. Being busy and having business is nothing but good for employee paychecks, yet these particular emploees tonight act as if they get paid without the customers... on top of that I got overcharged for burritos I did not want !!

Honeslty one of the worst del tacos ive ever been at, there fryers are never cleaned and if they are there not done right because out of all there managers no one was able to clean that , there food is nasty any thing that comes from the grill is just gonna taste wrong for the reason they use the same tool to get old chunky oil off the walls and fryers to clean there grill so have fun eating there chicken and steak. For the most part the older ladys that work there are good cooks its the lazy managers and drive thru cashiers that are killing there service there but its fast food still so what do you expect from fast food workers .

I ordered a mega bundle meal and when I got home I seen that I was charged twice for the same meal I tried reaching out to them, but they didn’t pick up phone it went to fax , I called customer service and still haven’t received a refund..

Ordered through the drive thru. Cashier told us the price and to pull up to the window as we were pulling up a lady at the window stuck her hand out and said wait ✋. We waited for about a minute or two, we pull up to the window and the girl is just standing there shaking her head talking about whatever. We wait another couple mins for her to come up to us and tell us the price and hand us our food but nothing. 1st and last time coming here.

I bit into my double del cheeseburger and a long red/brown color hair came out. I called to let them know and the girl who didnt give me her name says well nobody in my store has that color hair. She was very rude. When I arrived to get my refund the manager would not even acknowledge me at all instead she had some other employees hand me my money. Not one person apologized for the hair or offer to remake the order. I will never eat at this place again.

I normally love del taco. However, this location messed up my order and when I went to ask them to fix it. The cook did nothing but complain about it, make rude comments, and made it worse than the first time. I am never going to eat at Del-Taco again. They tried to tell me they couldn't make my food because they were "cleaning the grill." Yeah, I've worked in fast food too. I've cleaned the grill too. We didn't stop taking orders. Either we did one side at a time or we made a little extra before starting the clean. Also, it doesn't take long to clean and I could have waited, but they just didn't want to make my food. For whatever reason. The food at del taco has been tasting worse and worse for years anyway, so, I'm done for good. Adios.

Then when we went in to get the MISSING ITEMS. She tried to get my husband to pay again. She also told us she couldn’t replace the drink that was OVERCARBONATED. Ok where to start? I ordered 32 dollars of food and they try to change me 45 and some change. So we waited like 8 minutes in line 2 cars in front of us to ask why so much. We get to window and asked me to back my car up? I know this is because they are getting timed on there servicing of food. So now I was there 10 minutes so only looks like they did it in two. Anyway I asked her to read me my order with the price and she ignored it and said it's 45 with taxes. I asked her again with the brake down 18.99 family meal 3.00 for crunchy tostada and 3.99 each fry I asked for 3. She looks at order says nothing to us runs to back talks to cook comes back gives me receipt $32.00 she tried to change $13 more dollars for fries and no apology. Also my food had no red sauce an any of my burritos fries where cold still kind of frozen and asked for hot sauce and ketchup only gave us 4 packs of each asked for more and got 3 more pieces. Manager boss or owners please check camera dates 12/30/23 5:35pm treat customer service better don't rob people by over charging them. People check your receipts. Scammers everywhere.

I like Del taco but I hate going to this location. This is the closest to my house my food is always cold. This is a picture of my quesadilla. the tortilla is cold and the cheese is not even melted!

took 20 mins to get my order when i was the only inside order. when i went up to the counter they had my food ready in the warmer and forgot about it and was just talking the whole time while we were waiting. when i got home like 3 mins later since i live close the burger was cold and my fries were super salty.

Never in my life have I been told you can only have 1 taco sauce for each item ordered. I like a lot of the Del Scorchio sauce in my burrito. But apparently Sheradain, the cashier, said I couldn't have more. I even offered to pay for extra. She looked at me with a blank face and still denied my request. To make things worse, I never even got my side of chips that I paid for. Sad that even $20/hr can't employ competent workers. Order #58 at 7:51 for management reference.

Avoid THIS store at all costs!! I ordered TWO tacos this morning along with other things and not only was the so called manager at the drive thru extremely rude and disrespectful, she charged me extra for one of the menu items when I CLEARLY said TWO tacos. TWO. If she hates her job, don’t project it on somebody who doesn’t have nothing to do with the fact you are so miserable. I also got a feeling she was prejudiced to me and I didn’t say anything to not cause any problems, but she was not professional at all which is ironic considering she is in a minority group. Just go to another Del Taco for what it’s worth, they don’t care about their store here or how it’s run.

This evening i go to get food for my 3 kids mind you i have one teenager that has allergies to dairy (anaphylaxis). I ordered 25 tacos and out of the 25 I asked for five with no cheese Since my son has allergies. Maria, who is the nighttime shift Manager takes my order and confirms my order about five times reiterating that I needed five without cheese, I confirm with Maria that five of them will be with no cheese. I get to the window I pay for my order and I asked Maria what bag has the tacos with no cheese she indicates in a rush , pushing the bags on me that the first bag she gave me are the tacos that have no cheese. I say thank you and I park right in front of the restaurant just to be sure that these tacos did not have cheese, My husband and I are going through both bags and all tacos have cheese mind you I only had 18 tacos in the bag so I was missing seven tacos. I get back in line frustrated because she reassured me that the first bag had tacos with no cheese. I get to the window and I explained the situation to Maria nicely. She then proceeds to tell me that the tacos did not have any cheese and that she counted the tacos and made sure there was 25. I then explained to her that I would not waste my time and another 45 minutes in line just to sit there and argue with her about the tacos having cheese. I explained to her that my son .has allergies and if he would’ve ate that he would’ve ended up in the hospital. She then proceeds to blame it on the new cook in the back and tells me that she has a new cook in the back and she made sure that there was no cheese. The way she was arguing with me was unacceptable and unprofessional. She made it seem like we were lying about the missing tacos and about the tacos having cheese at this point it’s 12:30 am & I decided to give her both of the bags back and get a Refund. I was just wanting to get my son his tacos with no cheese and the missing tacos however because of her customer service and the intent to continue to argue we will not be going back!!

Legit the most sub par del taco in the country. I have been to many del tacos as I travel for work like every construction worker and all we want when we are hungry is a hot bag and all items in their when we get home after driving 8 hours on top of working 10. ALWAYS check your bag, don't make eye contact with the workers or they'll mess with your food, don't question them or they'll get aggressive. Funny thing is I haven't been to the state street San Jacinto location for about a year because they never fail to eff up the order. LMK when yall need a real manager and I'll put that store in check big time as yall simply don't know how to run it right point blank period.

Ordered EXTRA red sauce and EXTRA cheese for my red burrito, and then when I called to correct the issue, some immature female argued with me that they won't replace their mistake without a receipt- even though they have the order right in there system as she read it back to me. If you want DRY food, be my guest, eat here and waste your money on chefs who can't even cook and customer service that denies their mistakes. This has been a re occurring issue - I'd give 0 stars if I could for poor service, and terrible consistency!
