It’s my second time ever at this location. As I sit here typing this there is a worker on his break, I believe, (he has purple hair), sitting 5ft from me just cussing left and right on the phone. Downgrading his co-workers. Very inconsiderate of the customers around him. Gossiping non stop. No customer wants to come in a place to eat and relax for a few and hear that.

hmmm...ordered a $4.19 Cinnabon...along w/ a frosty. The roll was hard and dry as an old biscuit!! If I were a hockey 🏒 player....I would have a useful puck! Just saying!!

In the Drive-Thru ordering my food then notice they messed up on my chocolate shake. Then get home and my fries are missing from my combo. Really!!! Call and no answer. And they're not even busy crazy..not happy. And don't reply back. Don't want to hear 🙉 it. Order #3322 8-24-2021 7:00 pm

Ordered drive thru blond lady with tattoos on face and arms rude from start to finish. Spent 45$ on 3 meals and get home and its not all in the bag. Good luck trying to call them they do not answer thier phones!

They always forget something in your order and if they forget through DoorDash you get screwed!! The quality of the food is just trash Find another location these guys suck

Had to drop a review today. One time too many. 5 in a row to be exact. ALWAYS something missing from my order. I have yet to leave this location with everything I've paid for. NEVER coming back to this store. Dirty inside, filthy outside on top.

TODAY I went to Wendy's, my mistake...I paid for 4 breakfast but I just got 3 😡 when I got home I noticed that my breakfast was missing...I called them and they told me to go back and get the breakfast...and they told me that I have 5 mins because they will done serving breakfast for today.....I went back later to get my money back took me 14 mins to get there. So is better to check your orders before you leave Wendy's......obviously they not professional. I will never goback to that place. But they never give you a chance when you're short 5 cents 🙄....san jacinto ave....hemet..really bad experience. ...no stars....o yes 😱 0

Place is dirt as hell. I got ice and saw black grime in cup so I dumped it out and yet again when I put ice into cup more black grime so I look at ice dispenser and sure enough disgusting dirt like it’s never been cleaned so I got a paper towel and wiped it off to get ice. Nasty as hell

I always come to this location and sometimes have problems with cold food because they ask me to wait in front of the store for long periods. I came this morning, and I asked if I could have the bacon well done because the last time I purchased a breakfast baconator, the bacon was raw and un cooked. The "host" preceded to tell me that they get the bacon from a factory precooked and warm it up in a microwave. I was immediately grossed out. Again, this is what she told me. I wanted to try the breakfast burrito, and I asked if I could please substitute the bacon for sausage, and she said yes. When I received my order, not only did she charge me for the sausage, but there was NO sausage, only egg and potatoes in the burrito, and potatoe wedges were as cold as ice. Needless to say, I won't come come back to this location, which is disappointing because I, as well as my son, prefer this breakfast over other chains. They need to do better or retrain the staff.

Just sharing the fries on the biggie meal I ordered. I went in the shop and when I got back my friend and I opened the bag this is what the fries that was included. There was barely any and I’m not lying I have a witness u could have said something but that’s just not me. I usually don’t post things like this. I love my Wendy’s but that day wasn’t it.
