Ngoc Suong Restaurant is my go-to when I’m missing my family’s cooking. Everything here reminds me of home—from the vibrant canh chua (Vietnamese sour soup) loaded with fresh veggies and herbs, to the perfectly crispy bánh xèo paired with piles of greens, to the sautéed shrimp and noodles that hit all the right textures.
I enjoyed the Bún bò Huế here, the broth was perfectly tasty and the meat was nice and tender. The calamari was also pretty good and I liked the red bean chè. The waiters were also very friendly and I recommend this place for Bún bò Huế!
First time visiting this restaurant and ordered lots of food and all of them were very delicious and tasty! Nice decor with Vespa scooters! Celebrate your occasion with style.
Best roasted catfish I've ever had the pleasure of eating! The baked scallops and fish mango salad also are delicious! Squid salad was good and very spicy. Service is excellent and the ambience is lovely.
Great customers srv., srv is quick, very good food. You must try to believe.

Personally, I love this place. Food and service are great (when we were there), the decor is wonderful...one of the few VN restaurants that has my kind of ambiance. (We were there late afternoon 2-3pm, so it was quiet...no loud people 😊)
Great food, great ambiance, and friendly staff. This place is also good for special gatherings like birthdays and anniversaries celebration.
Fantastic clay pot fish and crispy rice. And mustard green spring rolls with shrimp and pork. Elegant and clean with quick service. Can't wait to come back.

Restaurant is clean & well decorated. Service is prompt, friendly & courteous. Foods taste quite good but some dishes might not be entirely authentic (still good however). We will be back & definitely would recommend it especially if you have non-vietnamese guests & want a decent place to entertain them.
The food was very good. Our female server was nice. My issue is with who appears to be the lady owner or manager. It was before 8 pm on a Sunday night. They were closing early which was fine. When we asked the lady( not the server) for a to go container for our fish sauce for my huge un eaten leftover fried fish ( which we already poured into a dish) , the lady said they had no container. I asked for a cup that the beverages are( bc we had one for our orange juice but there was still OJ in it). She said she would have to charge us for a drink to get that cup. She then took away the fresh fish sauce ( that was in a big container at the table away like we were gonna steal all of her fish sauce.) Now She came back w a very small container for the fish sauce and very small containers for everything else . We asked for a container for our leftover soup. She gave us a small container for it( which we could have used for the fish sauce) and said that's all they had. We saw our original server and asked for a larger container for our soup. Immediately, she came out w the proper container. Not sure why the owner/manager lady was being so stingy after we spent $130 for a family of 4 for to go containers. It was was so surreal!! I feel sorry for the poor server to work for such a stingy owner! Now, we don't want to return because we don't want to see that lady owner!
We ate here recently for Lunar New Years. The food is good and the place looked nice for Tet. They do have a large selection of dishes. My kids had Pho.. which was good. They ate all of that. We also had the shaken beef with noodles. That was good. Also tried the crispy rice noodles with beef or seafood. The salt and pepper squid was pretty good. If you plan to go during lunch, it might be a good idea to go abit later. Well at least for lunar new year.. it was crazy at 12pm.. but after 2pm, there was plenty of seats. Unfortunately, service was abit slow and could be better. We didn't get our waters on time,... nor did we get our drinks we ordered. We ordered to go, but the orders were never fulfilled. (also my salt and pepper squid was mistaken with a different dish). Since Stater Brothers closed down, it's been easier to find parking in that shopping area.
Place is clean. Large menu of items to choose from. Lots of comfort family style Viet dishes. Get there before the crowds because once the place is busy good luck getting anyone’s attention. There were only 3 servers, all trying their hardest to keep up.
4 stars only thanks to the food, otherwise just 3 stars. This is a restaurant serving Vietnamese food. It's a large restaurant nicely decorated with decent furniture. I called in a carry-out and the person taking the order was cordial. She told me it woull take 15 minutes. 25 minutes later, I walked in, this place that can accommodate up to 300 customers, only had one table of 4 customers. My food was not ready and the server was not cordial at all. Took 1/2 hour for a salad and some pre-made desserts so wonder how long it would take if they had more customers. It appears this restaurant survives on catering & large parties. Love their mango fried fish salad which also had red onions, crisp green apple & carrots mixed with cilantro in a sweet fish sauce. Also enjoyed their taro coco milk dessert. Overall, the food was very good. Service could be better.

Came here for family style Vietnamese lunch. The service was ok. The food was decent but no wow factor. This restaurant is more of an evening place bc of decor.
Food is good. Service can be a little slow. I wasn't happy about tea mugs not washed well.

I was there for dinner on a Friday night, at 5:30. The server (the owner?) was rude, telling us to hurry up so that he can save my table for bigger karaoke parties. There are like 3 small tables that night. At lunch time, this place is always empty. Bad service. Foods is not that special. Karaoke places suck big time.
Restaurant was understaffed. One waiter and one waitress were covering for the nearly full restaurant on Sunday evening. Foods were late. The avocado shrimp salads (4 orders) were served without dressing. This is the fault of management, not the service staff. We reserved the long table for a group of 21 three days in advance but when we arrived at 6:30pm as reserved, another party was seated at our table. Bottom line, this restaurant does not seem to be able to handle large group.

The restaurant charged a cake service fee without providing any actual service. If we return in the future, we would expect staff to properly serve the cake if such a fee is applied. Service was extremely slow. We waited over 15 minutes just to receive a fork, and there appeared to be only one server responsible for the entire restaurant. The staffing level was clearly insufficient (slave driver restaurant). Overall, the experience was unpleasant. Despite the lack of service, an 18% service charge was added, which felt unjustified given the circumstances. Unfortunately, due to the poor service and management decisions, we will not be returning.

I ordered ca nuong from this place 3 times. All of them I had bad experienced with the food they gave me. First time, the veggies is really bad (not fresh at all), 2nd time the vermicelli taste sour. Today, the fish they gave me were burned, when I told the front lady she bring it back to the kitchen within less than 5 mins she came back gave me the same fish, only this time the burned part was scratch off. When I told the front lady, she said the kitchen told her it had to be burned in order for the fish to be crunchy. The paying 75 dollars to eat burned fish, ridiculous price as well 😑

Not even the first time. We ordered the food. They did not bring out one of the dishes but still charge on the receipt. It will take forever for them to help you fix the receipt or to refund to you. Not even an apology. Please always triple check the receipt before you pay and get out of the restaurant.
