Low key the best Krispy chicken 👀 It's crispy on the outside, but juicy on the inside

KKC has become my go to chicken spot. I've been waiting for the day they came to San Jose. Their chicken is consistently good and the chicken is always ready!

The shrimp was very good and chicken is okay the fish is okay too not bad for a gas station go try it out if they have anything left they're always sold out ask for Melissa she's a good worker a very helpful and friendly worker

I am a very picky person when it comes to choosing where I eat. It has to be clean and feel comfortable to eat from. I absolutely love this place! The food is so delicious and fresh. I will continue to from here as long as nothing changes. It's clean and even though I've been there when it's packed, the line moves along pretty good!! Employees are friendly as well, my opinion. I recommend Krispy Krunchy Chicken! ❤️

As crazy as this sounds, fried chicken made in a gas station is pretty awesome. No joke. This feels like some kind of weird urban secret that I accidentally stumbled onto. Next time I'm getting the biscuits and the chicken sandwich too. Heck, I should grab a fountain drinks and desserts from the convenience store section of the shop and make it a full meal for the family. Only reason I'm giving it meh ratings for atmosphere is, well.... it is a gas station after. 🤣 Would be hilarious if this place gets a Michelin star one day. If a subway sushi place in Japan can be Michelin rated, this place can be too. (Hey, Michelin folks.... I'm looking at you! Tires, travel, gas station, historical connection....why haven't you showed up yet?)

I went there today to pick up some wings and somehow someone accidentally took my order. The staffs there were so sorry and decided to gave me some free wings. 10/10 for the staffs

Yo, so my family and friends can all tell you just the type of grand chicken tender connoisseur that I am. I've tried just about every kind from Jack in the Box to Applebee's in my lifetime and the current crown holder was Raising Cane's... That is until I tried Krispy Krunchy Chicken tenders. I have never gotten a chicken tender order where every piece was just as juicy as the last. Maybe Raising Cane's, but it's that Cajun spice that totally kicks its butt. Just absolutely delicious; seriously the best I've had in my near-30 years of existence 👌

The chicken is very juicy and tender but a bit salty. I recommend they should use less salt.

They definitely changed a lot since the opening, way better customer service and the chicken is actually very good. My favorite spot to get wedges potatoes since kfc stoped years ago and the prices are great.

I would have to say it is actually not bad, I had fried check and Jojo fries, the only issue for me is the taste was too salty for me. And since it’s not just out of the oil pot so that I feel is not as juicy as fried chicken just cooked. However as I said it is what it is, still very good consider its from convenient store. I liked the fried chicken. Definitely crispy and crunchy! I ordered the 8-piece to try. I also got a bucket of Jollibee regular fried chicken (they ran out of spicy fried chicken...huh?) on the same day. Price-wise, Jollibee is double. So, I went home and all my family members tried them. We all agreed that the Jollibee fried chicken is more flavorful whereas the Krispy Krunchy fried chicken is salty. Try it out!

The chicken was dry, the wedges were a little stale, and the honey biscuit was falling apart. The food likely sits out longer than at actual restaurant locations. This was a pretty disappointing experience when I was expecting the delicious food I enjoyed multiple other times from the one on Oakland Rd. I wouldn't come to this location to get a good KKC experience.

They close at 9pm i arrived at 745pm and they said we are not making more chicken u can only have strips. Tried to order a family meal but couldn't order. Also asked for sauce they gave me 3 sauces for 12 strips and wanted to charge me extra.

The customer service was mediocore the girl who was working behind the counter was semi rude when I went inside I asked her I'm here to pick up my food and immediately she ask's me in a rude tone "Which one there's mulitiple restaurants here? I really didn't appreciate that not to mention she was on her phone with her feet on top of the table. It would be more helpful as a first time customer to have the instructions on how to order food in layman's term & pictures of the whole menu items on there. Other than that the food was good, but I was kind of dissapointed on how small the portions were especially for the prices they cost. Also I did not receive my beverages and a water (how you run out of water?) not to mention I got no napkins & utencils for my order. Thank you

Also, the crunch of the outside breading couldn’t be better.. Update: Since being back the Fried Chicken has a different flavor. It’s not at all as good as it once was. SUPER GREASY. It taste like it’s been out for awhile. Also, it’s expensive now we got another 8pc. chicken box and just for the box alone it came up to $17.00 it’s not worth that price not even close. We asked for ranch when we got the food and they said it’s extra money which is ridiculous. We will not be back anymore.

Expensive chicken to salty not worth buying

Very bad customer service experience especially the one Mexican woman with fake eyelashes 👁! All other employees and locations are great, however this one employee at the Valley Krispy Krunchy on San Felipe and White is very disrespectful. If she doesn't like her job and helping customers perhaps she should find a new one. I would suggest owner of gas satation (whom all are very nice) and Krispy Krunchy corporate to take this seriously as she is not a good representation of the busines.

Severely overcharged buying a family meal and extra sauce that should have costed $45 and was charged $115. Unapologetic and passed inconvenience to me dispute via bank ;-(

Saw a lot of hype for this place so i I decided to check it out. Worst chicken ever! The pieces that I got were so soggy and tasted like it was left there for a while.

Asked for fresh chicken but they said no we have to sell old ones first. Draw your own conclusion.

The Jambalaya was nasty and dry just gross, one bite I threw it away. it was 15 minutes before closing so l don't know if that's why, but it shouldn't matter you shouldn't sell or serve food that's been expired there's a time limit for a reason. will I eat there again? ... I don't think so. This was my first time ordering from that particular store. what a shame.

I've never had gas station chicken before. But, don't knock it until you try it. Perfectly cooked, Juicy, and seemed freshly cooked. Biscuit, was a little to sweet for my tastes. But, overall 4.7☆'s. 2 pieces and a Biscuit for 5 bucks. 👍🏼 UPDATE: 8/15/2022 Whent in on a Monday morning around 10am to get a 3 piece. Horrible experience. Biscuit seemed under cooked and stuck to my teeth. Chicken was nasty and greasy AF couldn't finish it. Seems like it was old chicken from the night before fried in oil that wasn't hot enough. Will not return to this location. North Park for the win..
