Stopped by because of the reviews and I immediately ran to leave my own review after my experience.. Tim is SO welcoming, friendly and DOES make great coffee! I got an oat milk mocha and it is delicious! Highly recommend to anyone😊

So much better than any chain coffee shops. I'm a tea drinker and was even able to have a Chai Tea Latte made to order with no sweetner. My friend is a coffee drinker and found her Coffee Americano perfect. A few food items. We opted to split a warm chocolate croissant.

My husband and I stopped in for breakfast got a flat white, a breakfast sandwich, and the fried rice and everything was absolutely incredible. Tim was so friendly and hospitable, which made the experience even better. The service was warm and welcoming, and it’s easy to see why this spot is so loved, everyone who came in seemed like a regular. We sat and ate there, and it felt like such a great community vibe. Highly recommend this place

I tried the breakfast sandwich and it was fantastic! The flavors blended perfectly. My husband went for the Hawaiian breakfast with spam, and he thought it was delicious, packed with flavor, and very satisfying. I definitely recommend this spot for anyone wanting great coffee and a superb breakfast to kickstart their day.

Came here for a quick coffee and enjoyed the experience. Tim is the owner and was at the counter taking our order and making our coffee. He was very friendly and made a great cup of coffee and chai tea latte. He was just about to close but had no issue making us coffee. We sat outside on the bench, there is also seating inside. Next time will try some of his breakfast items.

I’ve been coming here every Thursday and just want to say I’ve met Tim every time. He is a really nice guy and goes over the top to serve you. He has a great breakfast menu. Makes a really solid breakfast sandwich. I honestly can’t stop getting the Hawaiian breakfast. It so good! Really nice relaxed vibe. It feels like waking up and enjoying a cup of coffee in your favorite corner of the house. Very relaxing quiet space. Tim makes you feel very welcome. Even if you don’t believe anything he’s real salt of the earth kind of guy and loves the Lord. I just really value that quality! Please go support him! He has certainly made a good cup of coffee.

Our go to spot in south OC. Tim is a rock star, always there and ready to get you what you need. The food choices are fantastic and he makes them all himself right there! Can’t beat that. The coffee is fantastic and on par with the title “great”. The music choices are always enjoyable too :) Spam and pancakes is always an easy way to improve your day.

The breakfast sandwich is absolutely incredible. Just a meld of flavors that I couldn’t replicate if I tried. Excited to try more food when I’m back in the area, and Tim is so kind and clearly takes pride in everything that he makes. A delicious sandwich and lovely experience!

I live in LA and found this incredible coffee shop on my way to San Diego. The coffee IS great! Dare I say it's amazing! And Tim is an absolute GEM of a human being. I came back down to San Diego this past week and stopped in again. So glad I found this coffee shop!

Both the breakfast sandwich and the scramble were surprisingly unique and very tasty! My SIL and I were very impressed. I was even more impressed with how kind and personable Tim was. I had my 9 month old niece with me, so my hands were pretty full in trying to carry breakfast and drinks for two back to my car. Not only did Tim help me carry them out, but he even included an extra avocado for my niece to eat! He was a sweetheart. Thanks again Tim!

Was in the area and starving. Didn’t want burnt Starbucks so tried Tim’s. Wow great egg sandwich in fact really great. Coffee was excellent as well.

Tim recommended the iced banana mocha for my bf which was really good though it could use a little more ice as it was a little warm. And I got the macadamia cold brew and Tim said it would taste like peanut butter… which is did! It was also good. My only recommendation is maybe adding cold foam to the menu. I love cold foam drinks, but this is just my opinion and not a necessity. Other than that, we will definitely come back!

I ADORE THIS MAN. I loved the dirty chai and the breakfast sandwich. Omg I loved how he suggested the peanut butter in the dirty chai- expert move there. I’ll definitely be back. He’s so freaking cool

Today (1st time) I only had a cup of black drip coffee and a croissant, and both were 1st class. I liked the relaxed atmosphere. I will definitely be back to try the food, which looks delicious.

Tim is a one of a kind special person that you can tell enjoys and takes care of not only what he makes but the people he’s making it for. I love up in LA and stopped in on my way back home from San Diego. I had the most delicious vanilla latte and 10/10 recommend the Hawaiian breakfast!

Nice place. Locally owned. Plenty of seating looks like a dinning room. Kinda cozy. Parking lot is in office center. Thought coffee would be cheaper cause local but still starbs prices…rates better tho for sure. Bathrooms , outlets , seating, nice stop along the way!
