This was our first time eating at a restaurant in PR. We enjoyed the Caribbean salad and salmon pasta. The salmon was crispy on top and tender the middle. We would eat here again if we were staying another night.

Food was ok and nice to have within the hotel, but the best was the service from Reuben at the bar. He made great drinks and easy conversation

I’m giving a five star review to Jason, the bartender. He went above and beyond for me. It was late at night and I wanted dessert and a mojito. He said the restaurant was closed, but he could make me whatever I wanted. However, the manager told him no. He still managed to get my dessert, but a huge disappointment based on his managers response. People like Jason are what makes people return. P.S the tiramisu was excellent. Wish I could say the same about that mojito. 07/13/24

Stellar service here. Diego has been an excellent server when I’ve been here- attentive and friendly. The food has been really good as well. I like the garlic fries and burrata a lot. Honestly $32 for a salmon filet with no side is kind of ridiculous but it was good nonetheless.

Excelent ambience from start to finish.. We spent new years eve in this amazing water venue. First we dine at Ohrno restaurant, were they atended our every need. We had Pez Leon friters for starters, we've never had it before, very rich and wonderfull texture as well as some burrata cheez acompanied by this great mermelade and toast, we just loved it. We had great main dishes on the barb, skirt steak really good with great sides. Great wine list, we had some Spanish red wine Teofilo Reyes very good wine.... In all great food, great taste did not break the bank!!! ended with incredible fireworks, since it was new years eve. P.S. Everithing had that new smell!!

We went yesterday and stood at the host stand for 10 minutes without being greeted. We eventually asked the bartender if there was someone that could help seat us and she said that we should just keep waiting. After 13 minutes, we left We thought we would try them again today and the line was crazy long but we thought we'd stick it out since we saw someone at the podium. Manuel was cleaning tables, setting tables, seating guests and doing a lot of other miscellaneous tasks so getting sat took forever. We gave up and asked the bartender if we could just sit at the bar which we did. There were a ton of people working in this place but no one has urgency or cares that you're there. The coffee urns at the buffet were empty for 15 minutes and lo and behold, Manuel came out to fill them while the line at the podium was extremely long. The bottom line, Manuel is a very hard worker but no one else in that restaurant cares We went back this morning, Monday. Rolando was working and it was a completely different experience. He was very upbeat and friendly. A complete 180 from the past couple of days!!! Keep Rolando happy!

I had dinner and breakfast at this restaurant. My food for dinner was delicious and the service was decent. There was a buffet for breakfast and it was terrible. The selection was lacking, and the service was non-existent. Definitely not worth the $25 price tag. I’ve had much better buffets (for free) at Hampton Inns.

The food came out for only half my family and thirty minutes later the rest of the food did not come out. When talking to the manager she said “It is because you did not have a reservation”, which if you couldn’t handle it you should not have given us a table. When the food did come out it was already cold was not worth the wait. Avoid at all costs.

Nice place very clean and service is great. Drinks are great but the food was so disappointing. Only here for 3 days and I wasted a whole dinner on this place. I got the skirt steak and it was the most aggressively smoked piece of meat i’ve ever had. Pizza was terrible, no crust no sauce toppings just thrown on. Chicken carbonara just terrible. Not upset just disappointed… also they forgot 3 of the dishes we ordered.

The way staff speaks to guest in a rude and unprofessional manner is alarming. Definitely not Hilton values showing there. Especially from Gabriela morning server. I hope this changes as it's sad that beautiful hotels like the Hilton Garden Inn and Hilton Condado Plaza,get tarnished by situations like this.Guest services make and break buissiness . FYI
