Terrible service. I wouldn't recommend it. When I arrived, there was only one other table occupied. After half an hour, they served the drinks. An hour later, they said the food was almost ready. Another half hour passed, and they only brought tortilla chips to the table. We thought they were finally going to serve us, but they took even longer. Finally, after almost two hours, they brought the food. It was a Saturday, lunchtime, and there was only one cook, one waitress, and one person in charge sitting around, not even offering to help us. It wasn't until they saw we were desperate and about to leave that they came over, supposedly to "see what we needed"... which was EVERYTHING. The food and the price were awful. I won't be back. Lesson learned: Read reviews beforehand and be prepared for a long wait.

Don't come here if you enjoy waiting two hours for your food, one at a time, and getting small portions. It's not worth it.

What a disappointing place! Here's my personal opinion, which you can see as an experience for the owner to read and improve. I understand they just opened, they don't have enough staff, and today, Father's Day, they were overwhelmed. But I would NEVER return and I would NEVER recommend them. Here it is… Upon arriving at 3:10 pm, according to our reservation, they didn't seem to have any record of the reserved tables because they didn't have any slips of paper with the "reserved" information. I ordered a horchata, which took 15 minutes to arrive (no ice, just warm). When we ordered a mixed grill platter around 3:35 pm, we ordered the refillable one, which the lady told us was two platters to share. There were 5 adults and 2 children in our party, so we said okay, you'd expect "big" platters. We started ordering 3 micheladas for those who arrived later, and they brought us two. After much arguing, they finally brought the third. We then opted for large beers, which were also… They were taking forever to order, and at that moment we started noticing that the other tables (who arrived after us and ordered the grill) were getting their food brought to them 😒😒🥴 At 4:30 pm, my sister asked the "waitress" (who was also the owner) if it was going to take a while, to which she replied that no, the grills were coming out. After another half hour, they brought us two grills with raw sausages, cold meat, and the grills were tiny 🤡🤡 We "ate" because, after all, we were really hungry. My niece threw up the sausage she had eaten during that time, and my stomach started to hurt. My experience at this place didn't end there. They brought us the bill without us asking for it; the card reader wasn't working. And to top it all off, the food made me sick, so here I am at the doctor's. ☹️🥴

More organization was needed; it took an hour and a half for our food to arrive. When it did, it was cold, and the meat was tough. They bring the bill without asking for it. I don't recommend it; we definitely won't be back.
