Thank you for the service. I ordered a protein bowl. The meat and cheese was cut up in small pieces. The server took time to cut up the cucumber and tomato also. The lettuce and spinach looked old. I opted not to have it in my salad. Can subway buy smaller packages of these items? A small community can not use these items fast enough to keep them from getting old. Cabbage is a good base for a salad. And last longer than head lettuce. Thank you Big Piney Subway
My wife and I used to stop here all the time on our way back home but we stopped until about a month ago and met the new manager Julie, she introduced herself and the place looked alot cleaner, the food was fresh and the service was excellent. Thank you we will stop in on our way home now

During a sub giveaway, one of our sandwiches was incorrect. They were so busy, they still took the time to make the right one. They were courteous about it. And the new sandwiches were delicious.
Come on! This Subway is just as good as any other Subway I've been to. Some people are just never happy. So they have to complain to feel better about their pathetic lives!

Wasn't served due to managers policy of filling online orders prior to customers in line. This was 25 minutes prior to closing. Myself and at least one other customer were turned away.

Won't come back here. Didn't get to eat nor did we get an explanation why. They were clearly open when we arrived around 11AM, the woman working said nothing to us while we stood in line and looked at the menu. It was just two of us, and there was one person in front of us. We stood there for 2 maybe 3 minutes and when she finished up with the person in front of us she walked up and pulled the glass down over the food, then set a paper down that said "Sorry, Subway will be closed today" and said nothing else. No apology or explanation, just a piece of paper saying they would be closed. I'm not sure if she was short staffed or what, but there were only two of us in the line. I don't know why she couldn't serve us, and I would have been okay with it had she given us the slightest explanation or apology, but she just rudely declined to serve us with a piece of paper. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I won't waste my time trying to go there next time I'm going through the area.
Subway Manager April is anything but professional. From cursing at customers and employees alike to verbal abuse to staff and patrons, this so called "Manager" is driving away customers and her employees faster then she can make a sandwich. I'm surprised I am the first to leave a review here, and hope to see more reviews from the patrons and employees of Marbleton/Big Piney alike.
I went in there today and ate subway and had ok service. Then I went in tonight and a different person was working. The subway worker was having a very inappropriate conversation with the gas station worker. Almost every word out if the subway girls mouth was swear word. How is this even acceptable or tolerated.
Never order online here. I know they hate it but I have to drive about 20 minutes to get there, on top of being disabled. Today was the last time. Because I wasn't there to watch them make my food it came to me at a very low quality. Management and workers just don't seem to care
