I picked up a Bacon Double Smashed Jack this morning. I would compare it to Whataburger's Patty Melt. Taste: not visually. If I ever again want a fast food burger, this is the burger I want again. I went through the drive through at breakfast time, and understandably, they didn't have lunch-foods prepared yet... which means I received a piping hot, fresh-tasting burger. The curly fries were crispy. I prefer soggy fries, but that's just me! The Dr Pepper could have more Dr Pepper ...flavor, but the carbonation was satisfying. Thanks!

Just moved here from Gainesville. The food here was 100% better, but the little young Mexican dude at the drive thru kept giving me a look like he wanted to fight and being pretty rude? Not sure what the deal was with him since I'm a person who never gives fast food workers a hard time. Maby you should hide him in the back cooking or something. Definitely not a people person.

While I have to admit that the drive thru was a little slow the food was still very good and my server was very friendly. I had the meat lovers breakfast burrito which is very good the jumbo jack cheeseburger with extra onions is also very good but I think my true favorite is the tacos. Very reasonably priced and very filling. Definitely would very much recommend this restaurant.

As I entered the building on a cold autumn evening I was embraced by the interiors warmth and aroma of coffee. The staff were all enthusiastic, attentive and friendly. My custom orders were all honored. Their garlic Parmesan wings are as good as the wing spots at a fraction of the cost. A great place to visit when you’re in the area.

- your google location isn't accurate. -your service isn't great You pulling your drive thru line to the parking lot for a single breakfast sandwich at 5am when there is no customers behind me is annoying. Trying to fudge your speed of service numbers when there is no other customers????? It's annoying. However, food was hot and fresh.

I had an amazing experience at Jack in the Box! The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavor. I especially loved the variety on the menu there’s something for everyone, from burgers and tacos to salads and shakes. The service was quick and friendly, and my order was made just the way I wanted. The restaurant was clean, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Definitely one of my favorite spots for a quick, satisfying meal! Highly recommend!

Seems like fast food is getting more expensive and smaller. The taste is there, but the portions are not what you'd consider 'large'. Even our burgers were small inside the container with a good inch around the burger. And a large curly fries fits in one hand out of the sleeve. Got 7 onion rings in our order. 7. Paid $23 and change for 2 burgers, 1 large fry, 1 onion ring, no drinks. Just sad.

So I just ordered Loaded spicy popcorn chicken, don't think the chicken was spicy and on top of that they literally gave me like 5 popcorn chicken ( Small ) for dang near $7 bucks . Then I ordered online didn't have my order ready when I went , had to wait when I had already ordered online. Very disappointed, even if you're busy don't rush what someone paid for .

Good food always hot, good staff. Super friendly never had issues however accidents happen and I highly recommend checking food before leaving. Missing an egg roll and got a 1/2 medium fry when ordered a large.

I hate that this locations drive-thru line is always long no matter the day or time!!! Crazy. Periodically has staffing issues so closes for 4 hrs without notice! When staffed appropriately, line seems to move fast tho. Orders are usually correct & fresh. More pleasant staff the last 3 mos. Food quality of all Jacks have gone down since last year it seems!

Went through drive thru at 9am on a Saturday. Got a small burger with fries, nuggets, French toast sticks, and some tacos. I requested to have no bun on the burger since I cant eat wheat. Fries were not even slightly warm and even my 5 year old was complaining about them. Burger had a bun on it, tacos had minimal taco sauce with no additional sauce in bag, and the French toast sticks were overly crunchy. Was disappointed as I honestly love jack n the box. Please be better. ✌

Had someone attempt to take my order in Spanish and did not switch to English when I answered in English. They stopped mid-order without notice and went silent. I sat there for 2 minutes waiting for someone to come back on the speaker, so I drove to the window. As I sat behind the car in front of me, I could see them pointing out at my car through the glass and laughing as they handed the food to the patron in front of me. When I pulled up to finish ordering my food and pay they had me sit there for an additional 5 minutes. This was at 1 am so nothing else was open and my only option. Throughout the 5 minutes, they continued to talk amongst themselves and laugh while occasionally looking in my direction. At the end of it, they finally told me that their system had crashed and couldn't fulfill my order. Needless to say, I was already irritated at this point. Will not be going back to this location. The woman who only spoke Spanish and the younger man who was working with her should be retrained or fired. Not because of the language barrier, but for the sheer neglect and poor customer service skills. Do better guys.

My husband went and ordered 6 tacos and was given 2. In the past I've gone and ordered a number 4 and been given a number 2. I'm not sure if your employees are deaf, or just don't speak enough English to properly take an order. Either way, this is ridiculous.

First time customer. Ordered Jr bac cb, jal poppers and buttery jack combo. Patties were thin and barely warm. Bun was fairly dried out. Fries were excellent. Poppers were filled with cheddar where I prefer cream cheese. Water has a lot of chemical taste that the soda syrup doesn't cover. Service was prompt and courteous.

Whoever the girl is working tonight (September 23 12:10 AM) is the absolute worst woman I have ever met in my entire life. I walk over from my hotel across the street to go inside and order food when the door is locked, which is completely fine knowing they close in 50 minutes. The girl inside points to the drive-through and I give her the thumbs up. Mind you I didn’t go and get my car but instead just walked to the drive-through and after standing there for five minutes saying hello to the intercom, no one answered. When I went to the actual window and knocked on the window, no one responded and I kept going back to the front door, then to the microphone, then back to the window and the girl was nowhere to be found. By now it’s 12:40 AM and I’m still waiting and she finally arrives to the window and tells me that it’s too late for me to order food and they are closing soon. I asked to put my order in as I’ve been waiting and then she says that because I’m not in a car, she’s not allowed to serve me would’ve been nice to know. I’ve been waiting for the past 30 minutes. Then ask her if there’s anything that I can get before they close to Which she proceeds to tell me how rude it is that I’m coming before they close… I GOT THERE AT 12:10 like WTH

I'd really love to know how every time I come to Jack in the Box they are out of stuffed jalapeños. I suppose who ever has the job of ordering INVENTORY basically gets paid for doing a lousy job. If the product is in high demand...you order accordingly. Certainly someone, other than the 2 employees i just spoke to, has noticed that you are ALWAYS running out of a listed menu item. Certainly someone has the job of saying "hey we should probably order a bigger shipment of those since they're really popular and we ARE ALWAYS OUT" so inventory Mgr. Please do a better job or take a pay cut. Im sure you're just doing the bare minimum. Part 2 This is the worst taco I've ever seen from Jack's. Really, a few pieces of soggy nasty lettuce and only one one corner of the taco. C'mon take some pride. Lettuce should be cold and crisp and cover the entire taco. Does this look at all appealing? Of course not. Management, get your house in order. Take some pride in what you do! Just because you work in fast food doesn't mean you have to provide CHEAP SERVICE. OR does anyone really even care?

every time I go through past 12 AM they act like they aren’t able to serve me. They always get your order wrong. You have to argue to get them to make it right. They left over half my order out. Ordered 2 party bundles and only received 3 burger, 3 chicken sandwiches and ranch. My fault for not checking before pulling off, but it was late and the drive is 20 minutes one way. Tried to call and the website gives you an out of state number that nobody answers. Not worth going here.. I have plenty more options for food in my town. I will frequent them instead of this establishment from now on.

Every time they have you pay then shove you to the parking lot up front. If I wanted to park I would come inside. They say it's because they need to decrease window time but cheating and making people sit out front doesn't improve service, it is more of a hassle because you never put right sauces in there. Crappy store.

The whole truth and nothing but

I was traveling and stopped in for a bite to eat. Went to the ladies room and found a new iPhone someone left in the stall. Came out and asked a worker if they remember the person on the screen cover. They tried to get me to give them the phone. I didn't! I looked at a picture and searched the photos on Google and found the owner then in messenger sent them a message. I waited for them to turn around and come back and get the phone. The whole time another customer and an employee was trying desperately for me to leave the phone with them. It was clear they weren't interested in returning the phone. Good deed did go unpunished but it wasn't without a struggle, if you know what I mean. They returned and gave an incoming call to the phone then I requested the unlock code just to make triple sure. I did my good deed for that day.

Every time I've been inside or the drive through the people working are rude. You can never understand the person at the drive through speaker, it's not the speaker, the person can barely speak English. Order is wrong most of the time. It's a nice new jack in the box, I thought they would have fixed some of the issues they were having at the old one but no.

We saw that it was a new location and thought we would give them a try... No wonder there's always a line the Indian fellow that takes your order can barely do his job. Tonight he shorted us 2 ultimate sausage sandwiches from the combo meal, fortunately I did receive my hashbrown even tho my heart was set on more and I paid for more... No receipt givin. I made a review before because of one woman who worked there charging us for sauce, however I decided to take it down because of the amazing kind gentleman who works there as a manager and who always provides the best service he can. Tonight I went to jack in the box and that all changed. I waited for 30 minutes to get food as a last resort because it was so late and jack in the box is luckily always open. However, nobody answered the speakers. So I parked up front and there was a worker literally sleeping in the lobby. I understand being tired from work but there was also an elderly person also waiting for food. As much as I love some people there, I feel as if there is no excuse for sleeping and getting paid for it. Even though that would be nice, there are people who are using their time to go here.

During my visit to Sanger, I stopped by Jack in the Box and enjoyed the food, but the customer service was disappointing. The Indian staff member at the window omitted several items from our order, took our card payment, and gave me the card after providing our food. I wondered what was taking so long with the card. I didn't think twice and went about our day. A day later, in the same town, just up the road, the card was used to empty our account. Notably, we rarely use the card; it's our primary card, used mainly for transferring funds to personal accounts. So, I advise caution when visiting this location to avoid card information theft. Unfortunately, I've been unable to contact someone about this incident over the phone. I wanted to inform you about this situation.

The guy in the back had an attitude problem just because I didn't want to use the kiosk to place my order. After getting my food he kept giving me dirty looks everytime he looked over at me. The fries tasted like they had been cooked in old grease, I took one bit and threw my food away. Won't be back.

We came in and placed a mobile order at 8:27pm and another at 8:34 pm. The second order came out first, after waiting a LONG time. When we asked about the first order they said they didn’t have it and then said they deleted it. 🙄 Granted, they were busy but the service was horrible. The food took forever to come out and every order was wrong in some way. The employees were put out that they had to fix their mistakes. They acted incidence that they actually had to do their jobs. I’ve never had customer service this horrible at this Jack in the Box. Do better.

Twice in 2 weeks I have ordered tacos from here and been given the wrong amount. I also have worked at jack in the box at the previous location in Sanger so I can confirm that it’s not hard at all to get orders right or to count tacos. This is getting ridiculous. Edit: I finally came back after a month and they gave me the less tacos than I ordered AGAIN. Like seriously does anyone know how to count at this place???

I've been waiting at the drive-thru menu to order for 20 mins after being told to wait... I had a mobile order. It is very ridiculous at this point. I was in the second lane, and then they proceeded to prioritize the first lane. I got skipped over 2 times. I said "hello" quite a few times to get the person's attention and still got ignored. The customer service is still as terrible as it was at the previous location, but the cherry on top of it all is that they didn't have my order ready when I got to the window. So they had me pull into the parking lot to get it through the little parking lot window.

I just went to get the boneless wings I was charged for the 12 piece and only got 6 pieces. On top of that your people working in drive thru rush you and don’t sound pleasant. Do better.

Not sure when they started putting 2 tacos in one bag, they get soggy and smashed onto each other. Tacos was thrown in the bag, service was terrible, drive through was not friendly at all. Not a fan of the relocation so far. Do better please

There is always a car blocking the second drive thru lane and has been blocking it daily for a month or longer. Most of the workers are rude and don't get the order right.

Had to wait over 20 minutes to get SAUCES they forgot. Came back up here for sauce, The two girls kept talking and wouldn't help me. When they finally came to assist me they charged me money for the sauces they forgot in my order. I'm disappointed. It's crazy to wait that long for sauce.

I ordered a side of ranch but got a full serving of attitude. The only thing colder than the fries here is the people that work at this location.

Terrible service, very rude. We were passing through, and ordered. They gave us the order wrong. Then when we asked to fix the order the demanded payment for the correct sandwich. We had our kids so we did not want to make a scene. Unacceptable! If we say mustard only , and it comes out with mustard and ketchup, we have to pay for the correct order .... the said because we didnt say no ketchup.... then told us to park for 15 mins. I think they wanted us to drive off, we would have had we not been forced to pay for the " correct order " a second time.

Found a bug leg in my food. Reached out to corporate but they didn’t reach out or do anything. Very disappointed and disgusted. I really loved this place. Now it’s all I think about and don’t see myself ever going back.

I only went through the drive thru because I was on my way home from cleaning a house that's what I do fur a living is clean houses and I ordered a Oreo milkshake and 2 tacos. The shake was great but those 2 tacos I tell you if I wasn't as far as I was down the road and it was rush hour traffic I would have returned then and get my little bit of money back because those tacos I know sat out under a heat lamp or something they were not even edible they tasted just like cardboard I had to go as far as taking the bite I had and spit it back into the little paper bag they come in individually. I tried the other taco heck I think it was worse than the first one. I'd never had a taco from Jack in the box that bad

They say they’re open 24 seven but they don’t take orders at 4 o’clock in morning I’ve tried a couple times now to order around then at that time but all they say is there not taking orders

I come through the drive-through often food is always decent, but customer service is always rude and very negative my cashier today in the drive-through Arcella G is was by far beyond rude, no communication no hello no thank you no no nothing. Try to ask her a question. Continue to argue with me about some ranch. If you don’t like your job then maybe you should go somewhere where you can work where there’s no people around you instead of customer service

We’ve been to this location before but we have never had a rude experience until today. My husband ordered through the drive thru & the gentleman was nice. Once it was time to pay & receive our food, the girl named MARIA, was flat out rude. She gave my husband a Redbull, & my husband asked for the sugar free Redbull. Maria said “you didn’t ask for it though” & my husband NICELY said “yes I did I told the guy when I ordered.” She left & handed us the correct drink. When giving us the food, my husband asked for ranch. With an attitude, Maria said “how many?” And my husband replied “just 2 please.” Maria then said “I’m only going to give you 1 since I already gave you BBQ.” My husband then said, “never mind it’s okay like that , thank you”& drove off. We’ve neverrrr had someone tell us we can only have a certain amount of condiments… plus we never asked for BBQ & it was only 1.

Ordered a ultimate bacon cheeseburger full meal don't live far from the place So I figured the food would be fresh and served right nope I get home and I have a pice missing from my burger as well a nearly filled large fries spent 29$jst for my wife and I. Come on jack yall gotta do better then that smh and my food wasn't even that hot so I know it was sitting there for a bit not freshly made as well mmm

To day around 6 15 I went through the drive threw in the sanger jack in the box simply order 2 orders of tacos and 2 spicy chicken sandwich with cheese no tomatoes instead I get to different sandwiches labeled as spicy but clearly aren't had only mustard bacon and lettuce tacos were cold I don't recommend buying form this store if a simple order can't be taken made its a disappointment what this store has become.
