Its across from the old Navy on the 2nd floor. Slightly above the msft/apple store. Came around noon, not too busy. Got a set of mini pretzel dogs, pretzel (no salt) and lemonade. Girl here was helpful and quick. Google maps wasted about a half hour of my time with it's incorrect map.

Looks great after the renovation, friendly staff, and tasty pretzels as always. They were accepting cash only and I got several dollars of change in coins, but things happen.

This is a relatively new Auntie Anne's and it shows from the storefront; it moved upstairs near Macy's home from the first floor of the mall. Very pricey in my opinion especially as they are rolling out the pretzels to be skinnier than ever. The pretzels are stringy, and smaller than the ones at baseball games which is saying a lot. I have friends who are suckers for Auntie Anne's and have their app for their bogo deals so sometimes I get a free one. The quality really varies. When they make fresh ones, they informed us it will take 17 minutes and it's quite buttery but when it is sitting out for awhile, it is as hard as rocks. I am not exaggerating. I had to go home and microwave it for 10 seconds before I could bite into it. Nothing longer or it will be just as hard and burnt.

So far the best auntie anne pretzel. I had their pepperoni pretzel, it's soft inside and the pepperoni is very crispy. Unlike other auntie anne shops, this branch has minimum to no baking soda taste.

We ordered the pretzel bucket and the pretzel nuggets were very sweet and bitter even though we ordered the original.

First time here - not impressed - my pretzel was a mess when I got home - had to scrape off all the topping which was just poured in the bag …….. Wetzel’s taste better - just go there

I ordered 3 pretzels and a Diet Coke online. They took 40 minutes and asked which flavor lemonade I wanted.

Pretzels were dry and they would even provide a cup of water, even after we offered our own cup for use....

The service is ridiculously bad. Online order is not processed in time and when asking the staff by counter, he just gave the pretzel with salt while the order is original without salt. I told the staff my order was without salt, he just dump the ones back to butter to wash off the salt he sprinkled on a moment ago. Since the order amount is 2 I mentioned I can wait. And after a while I got the 2 orders from a female staff who claim is the manager, but I mentioned I want the original pretzel, and she gave me the order with salt again. I went back and explain that I ordered the ones without salt and she started to argue with me that it should be called plain instead of original while the online order clear named it as original without salt. She also refused to look at the order on my phone. No taking care of the order and insanely horrible attitude towards their own mistakes. If not I just love pretzel itself, I would never come to this place. The experience cannot be worse and I will file complaint to Westfield valley fair manager.

The pretzels were cold and hard, their menu was wrong, and the manager was super pushy and just made me uncomfortable. Also it’s way overpriced which is fine as long as the service and food is good but when the service and food is terrible the price is just not worth it at all. Disappointing because i used to really like their pretzels but it seems like it’s just gone way downhill for some reason. I guess I will have to find another treat in the mall which shouldn’t be too difficult but still it’s just annoying because how hard is it to be kind to your guests and provide quality fresh food? Wish I could get my money back!

Dont ever go here. The person that helped me was super rude and refused to accept our custom order of a sweet almond pretzel bites. The pretzel they sold me was super small, stale, and cold. I have been going to Auntie Anne's for years and I have never been so disappointed or turned away for custom orders. Worst customer service ever.

Tried ordering food and they responded with 20 mins and they will be done. I came back exactly 20 minutes later and they didn’t have the food I had ordered. Never coming back to this place.
