The girls that work the cash register are rude and cake that makeup up on. Worthless. Rude to the door dash guy. Had the audacity to ask for a receipt for my crazy bread that should’ve been free at that point. They are too worried about getting away from the counter and to the back to be on their phone. 45 min wait!!!!! For a $7 pizza. Don’t go to the Main st Location! Pizza was hacked.

My wife occasionally does one of the food delivery services. Today she needed to go to Little Caesar's on Main Street in Santa Maria. First of all, the store looks like it's in a third world country. The entryway is filthy as well as the floor inside. My wife asked the young girl wearing the Black Ops hat if this order was ready for pick up. She rudely grunted, "It's in there.", referring to the automated storage container sitting on the counter. My wife plugged in the code number, the machine made a noise, but the door did not open. She tried it again with the same result. She told the girl that the door didn't open. After a glare and an eye roll, the girl reached in and grabbed the food and without a word, tossed the items on the counter and turned her back. I can assure anyone reading this that this will be the last time I do any kind of business with this place. A decent manager wouldn't put up with this kind of behavior from an employee.

I love little caesars pizza, but recently i went to the location at main st of Santa Maria California, and the service was really rude from the cashier which was a young girl who tries to push us to order faster and when i got my pizza she tossed my change and she never apologize for it and also the employees at the back in the kitchen speak rude comments outloud that we can hear them clear they might hate their job or they have terrible salary , but that isn't customers fault, this happened on tuesday 10th of june 2025 at 10, 30 pm.

I went to eat with my family the restaurant closes at 10:30, I arrived at 10:00 and they simply shouted that they would not make my pizza, I think I was in the service hours, the truth is very bad customer service, and the quality of the bad food, it hurt me I think because they did it to me with a bad intention don’t eat here please!!!!

Services was good but I bought buffalo wings they were dry and the taste was really bad call to get a refund they wanted me to drive back with the wings to be able to get a refund I’m 15 min away I wasn’t gonna drive back

Terrible customer service management needs to go back re-train their employees and themselves on basic customer service. Livid after the experience that I just had. I get that they're busy but there's no reason for the cashier to be rudely hand money back to were it falls on to the floor.

Terrible customer service, I ordered a pizza through the phone and it hasn’t even been baked when I arrive. Not only that I had to wait 15 mins on top of that. Total time was one hour. Come on guys it shouldn’t take that long 💔

I ordered an extra most bestest pepperoni and a crazy bread combo they tried charging me 18.20 the price shouldn't be close to that and they didn't justify any reason to why. I didn't add anything on. Just horrible service & price gouging.

Ordered online got the message that pizza was done when arriving to portal no pizza inside. When asked why my pizza was not in there they said it could have been stolen. Had to wait an additional ten minutes.

I order online . Went 20 min later my order was not ready. They told me to Waite another 20 went inside and was still not ready . 15 min later I ask for refound. Because they couldn't find my pizza , they made an effort and found it under someone else name water an total of 45 min in parking lot for my pizza

Went to Little Caesars on Main St. June 3rd between the hours of 5:25 and 5:45. I was greeted by a rude employee working the register. Ordered my pizza at the storefront. When my order was ready the young lady slammed my pizza on the counter with a sacastic "thank you". Opened my box at home to no surprise my pizza was burned.
