The place is currently open for business, smells very clean in there, they are constantly disinfecting. The same friendly service as always, a staple in the community for years, on Main St. Very very delicious, try the locks bagel, my eyes were rolling. It3 a friend's favorite, sowe both got pne, all I can say is OMG tasty 🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪👌👌👌👌🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉💖💖💖💖🙏🙏🙏🙏
Great selection. Tasty Bagels. I like mine toasted with butter. Everything bagels and Raisin bagels
Best bagels so far in LA. They're also ginormous and cheap. Better than Western, NY Bagel & Deli, Hank's, bagel works cafe, pop's, yeastie boys Don't get the egg sandwiches, go for the lox.
The bagel and ingredients quality is really good. They actually had turkey bacon. I ordered the egg sandwich with turkey bacon. It was really good. Wife ordered a bagel with strawberry cream cheese. Also very good.
BEST BAGELS FOR A NYC/JERSEY PEEPS So far.... I am on the hunt for the best bagels to satisfy the craving on a Saturday morning after a night of dancing on your kitchen table... don’t ask what was in the cup... Anyway, the bagels are big and fluffy and when they are not in a rush, getting an Everything Bagel, w/cream cheese, bacon and hot sauce or a Toasted Cinnamon Raisin Bagel w/ butter and cream cheese is a God-send for this east coast-er turned LA Transplant. Speaking of the rush, it’s rough on the weekends especially in the morning but good things come to those who wait.
Great bagels, but the shop needs help! We went on Christmas morning and they were overwhelmed with orders, and a line out the door. The staff was accommodating as they could be, but clearly needed help. Managing that many orders in a tiny kitchen is difficult! Nonetheless the bagels were great, thus the popularity. I hope they get some help soon so they can really maximize their potential. Definitely will be back!
This bagel place is pretty good. They even have black cherry and cream soda drinks. I stopped by on my way to work and their food is all natural.

The bagels are pretty darn good here, the guys seem to always mess up the order but they make up for it later. I think this location is moving soon enough in the meantime I'll enjoy bagels after a nice ocean swim! Funny thing is this place is hard to spot I must have walked by it for a year before someone pointed it out. Cheers
Great food, went back several times. Some of their sandwich could be downsized. A bagel sandwich should be easy to eat with hands.
Great place! My only thing was the egg, I got an egg sandwich and the egg was extremely thick and rubbery, I had to take it off my sandwich and make a new one at home
Stopped by Sam’s bagel to grab a lunch sandwich. Around 1:30 pm there were not many options left. I’ve ordered a Turkey sandwich on a Jalapeño Bagel. Sandwich comes with lettuce and other veggies and sliced turkey ham, 11$ for the sandwich is a fair price. The taste was good but nothing special, just a good sandwich. It’s more a shop for to go orders. Service was ok, had to wait until the staff took my order even if nobody was in front of me.

In Europe, governments enforce standards of food quality. In America, anybody can call anything "a bagel". And as a result, most of the bagels I encounter are simply rolls shaped into a ring. No crunch, no dense texture. Sam, however, makes bagels that are decently dense. They may not stand up to New York or Montreal bagels, but this side of the Mississippi, they are among the best I encountered. I especially recommend his sourdough bagels, which are hard to find. The service was efficient, and the 2.50 a bagel this is a good deal. I would recommend, however, getting rid of the automatic tip option, which is an insult. Nobody should be tipped for handing you a bagel. Employers should pay their employees living salaries, and not expect the customers to do that.
Someone ordered me breakfast and got me the bagel and eggs pairing. The bagel was decent. I'm pretty sure it is New York style which is cool, just too much cream cheese pre-applied for my taste. My main issue was the eggs. Scrambled, but I'm positive they overcooked them because they look like this and felt rubbery. 😬

My bagels today tasted like they were at least three or four days old. Disappointing.
I once was a regular of Sam’s Bagels, their BLT, in particular. Always ordered on an egg bagel. A few months ago the bacon was suddenly reduced by half, while the price went up. Disappointing but I could live with that. Unfortunately, about the same time, every order came on a dry-as-sawdust, thinner-than-sliced-bread, whole wheat bagel, that made the sandwich inedible. HORRIBLE flavor bagel I did not order. So I started calling ahead. Every time I got someone on the phone (difficult to do) I got an egg bagel. Today, I couldn’t call ahead and got a terrible “whole wheat” bagel. I just tossed a $15 sandwich in the trash. Apparently they fob the awful, inedible whole wheat bagels off on delivery orders. Be forewarned.
Their bagels are decent. The service needs A LOT of work. They try to rush through, not listen to the orders, and the result always comes out wrong or missing. The staff does not care.
Really bad. Eggs tasted microwaved, a small sad piece of bacon, and a whole wheat everything bagel when I asked for a plain everything. The cashier was cool though.

This place has good bagels, but the service is chaotic, and the people working there seem overworked. Last time I was there I had to order more than once and follow up on my order several times. In addition, I've gone by there several times to get a bagel in the early afternoon before their closing time, but they were already closed. This happened again today when I stopped by at 2:15. (Their closing time is supposed to be 2:30, but they were already closed.)
I ordered a bacon, egg and meat breakfast sandwich. Egg was rubbery. Bagel was hard. Sausage was rock hard around the outside and softer in the middle. I think they might be microwaving the meat. Honestly super disappointing. Also the coffee seemed to be microwaved to heat it up because the cup itself was incredibly hot and I could hear the beep of a microwave door opening moments before I was given the cup. I ended up walking down the street and just getting a different breakfast.
fake eggs and seemingly microwaved bagels. lox nowhere near fresh. took three people to write down “toasted bagel” order mod via doordash … and the inside of bagel wasn’t toasted anyway. avoid.
This place has okay bagels, but they do not treat their customers appropriately. Today they charged me an extra dollar just to toast my bagel. No toppings, just for toasting. $3.50 for a plain toasted bagel with no toppings is too much. The bagel was dry and seemed like it was not baked today. I will not go there again.
Had a bacon, egg and cheese on a toasted sesame. The bagels in the display shelf looked really tasty. When we got the sandwich, it looked great but on first bite the bagel had no flavor, a microwaved egg with no salt and one strip of bacon I couldn't taste for $9. Disappointing to mess up a simple breakfast bagel this bad. The bagel sandwich and coffee ran $16 with a 10% tip.
