Opiniones de Taqueria 3 Estrellas Santa Paula
excellent food and owner run mexican food. fresh corn tortillas al pastor was amazing. wife had fish refried beans and rice.. so good
Delicious, generous and reasonably priced dishes. Staff is incredibly attentive and kind. Everything is made from scratch, from the tortillas to the Jamaica— a must try!
Forget five stars, Taqueria 3 Estrellas deserves a whole galaxy! This hidden gem in Santa Paula had me singing mariachi tunes with every bite. I dove into a fiesta of flavors with two chorizo tacos, an asada taco, and a carnitas taco. The chorizo was perfectly spiced, the asada tender and juicy, and the carnitas were melt-in-your-mouth amazing. The supporting players didn't disappoint either. The rice was fluffy and flavorful, and the beans were perfectly seasoned and creamy. But the true star of the show? The salsa roja! This wasn't your average watery tomato concoction. This was a thick, rich, and flavorful masterpiece that had just the right amount of kick. Thank goodness that they sell the stuff in mason jars. The best part? The lovely lady who owns the place takes the orders and cooks all the food herself! Talk about dedication and passion! You can truly taste the love in every bite. This placr is a must-try for any taco lover!
Such a cute small quaint taqueria!!! Honestly made tacos & burritos I will be coming back thank you Paula was amazing service from her they make their own delicious natural juices!! 10/10 would recommend

Great food, simple and casual
Small and delicious 4 booths 2 tables. The Fish taco was great. Nice batter crispy, not oily. The Michelada was "extra"
Taqueria Estrella is awesome. We were driving through Santa Paula and saw it in a little strip mall. We stopped and walked in and felt transported to Mexico. It’s a humble, clean space but feels special. Everyone eating here is local. The staff is so friendly and the food was DELICIOUS! I ordered 3 tacos carne Asada and my husband ordered the chicken enchiladas. We were blown away. This is a must stop restaurant. Keep in mind that it’s small with only 7 tables. What a gem!
I stopped to eat here before heading to Oxnard. The food was great. I got a sope de pastor (which was amazing) and my kid got the taquitos dorados de pollo and he loved them. The salsas were also great! The lady with the short hair was so sweet and welcoming. They played karaoke and sang while we ate. The atmosphere was great. A real authentic Mexican place! Would definitely come eat here again.
Hidden gem!! This was the best food I’ve had in a while! The staff was very friendly during our visit, it felt like we were part of the family! We got the asada plate and mojarra frita and it was amazing!! Everything, down to the tortillas, was delicious! Not to mention, our son loved the fries and horchata too! This place should be called 5 Estrellas because it’s that good.
Asada burrito was amazing. The red salsa is maybe the best I've ever had. That might not sound like much from a guy named Brad Miller but despite the way my name looks I'd consider myself a connoisseur of asada burritos and they're accoutrements. Hands down this is a straight up banger.. 5 stars
OMG I just discovered this amazing Mexican restaurant I went there for the birria tacos, they were absolutely the best tacos that I've ever had. Big chunks of of tender beef in the cup of dipping juice.. also got the rice and beans with the chunks of beef that were so tender you could use your fork and hot flour tortillas.. they treated me like family and absolutely love this place kept secrets in all of the area.
The best restaurant I’ve tried in Santa Paula. The tortillas are homemade and delicious. Everything we ordered was so good. Definitely comming back!
We got a steak and chorizo burritos for breakfast before our flight back home. Amazing way to end our trip, they were they size of a small baby and absolutely delicious. The salsa was great too
All the stars for this great spot in Santa Paula. The best chile rellano I've had in many years, freshly prepared with a deep complex sauce I can't forget. Thank you, chef Paula. The welcome was so warm and matched the sincerity and quality of the food.

The food was good and the price was fair.

Food here was just ok but overpriced, not sure what the other “reviewers” had. Carnitas meat tasted like it was good when it was made, but didn’t really survive the reheat. Salsa is good but I’m not a fan of paying for something that is placed on the table without asking for it. We really went here to try the chile relleno but it was not available. Overall, there’s too much other good food in town to come back here.

Tables weren't clean. I sat down, server came and took my order. Customer services was 10/10 I ordered a shrimp cocktail. I hear they were really good. Food came, tasted like ketchup, taxation and lots of lemon. Not worth paying $22.00 for a shrimp cocktail that tastes that nasty. Shrimp were old, they had an ugly smell. Didn't even finish it. Payed and left.
