Just had a first class meal, I had the special which was sirloin steak, chips, pepper sauce, mushrooms and onions, the wife had chicken and chips and pepper sauce, both were really tender and tasted great, service was really good too, would definitely eat in here again

Hele fijne bediening met altijd een vriendelijke lach. En de beste koffie van heel Santa Ponsa. We komen er graag terug

Vriendelijk personeel. Goed eten voor de prijs. Is het super overdreven nee. Maar daar betaal je hier ook niet voor. Maar het is lekker. En het personeel is echt. Dat vind ik veel fijner als overdreven nep vriendelijk. Erg goed bevallen dus er 2x deze week gegeten.

Best place to eat in Santa Ponca in my opinion. Place is quite hygienic and well behaved staff.

One of the best kitchens I've seen in a long while at a very touristic spot where the food is excellent! We had 2 pizza's that where extremely delicious and the first ones I've seen on holiday ever that weren't burned! The spaghetti bolognese was great and the burger was tasty.

Wir haben bei dem Restaurant Abend gegessen und das Essen war sehr lecker. Wir würden wieder da essen wenn wir wieder in Mallorca sind. Ich würde das Restaurant weiterempfehlen 😋

We had a fabulous meal tonight at Cafe Okay. The food was brilliant and the service even better. An absolute must if you are in Ponca. !! And I don't normally write reviews.....

Die alte Geschäftsführung war besser. Heute schließt das Cafe recht früh und die Sangria ist nicht mehr so gut wie früher. Das Frühstück hingegen war qualitativ absolut ok. Die Kellnerin war recht freundlich.

Lovely staff with average prices but the food also seems to come straight from the freezer and the portion sizes aren’t very big. However the staff are so lovely and very helpful - they split the bill between our massive party of 10 girls on multiple occasions.

Das Café Okay bietet eine Vielfalt von Speisen an, von Frühstück über Mittag- und Abendessen. Wir haben uns hier ein Mittagessen einverleibt und waren mit dem Geschmack wie auch mit der Qualität der Produkte sehr zufrieden. Der Service ist schnell und freundlich. Das Restaurant ist zeitweise sehr gut besucht, aber bietet trotzdem einige Sitzgelegenheiten an. Es gibt Plätze in der Sonne, aber auch Sitzplätze unter der Markise, wie auch im Innenbereich. Die gesamte Gastronomie ist mit dem Rollstuhl gut begehbar. Die Preise sind günstig, die Portionen komplett ausreichend und die Getränke ein Genuss. Auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert.

Nie mój smak. mówiłem spagetti bologne, hamburgera i inne. Wszystko ciepłe, pięknie podane, super i ładny klimat. Jednak to nie jest to tylko. To nie jest moje podniebienie 🙂.

Överlag bra mat. Pasta bolognese var god men pizza salami som ska vara "homemade" var en fryspizza. Hade varit helt okej om den kostat 5 euro.

De bediening was zeer vriendelijk, ze waren behulpzaam en vroegen vaak of we nog iets moesten hebben. Spijtig genoeg stond dit niet parallel met het eten. Kleine porties met een lage kwaliteit. De cocktails bevatten weinig tot geen alcohol, dus best gewoon bij bier blijven. Geen aanrader…

Smoothie tasted like water and pizzas had a cracker like consistency. Lovely waitress though!

American stack pancakes are 2 small pancakes with Nutella 5 euro amd not worth it. King fry wasn't the best the mushrooms were nasty. Served quickly but clearly at cost of quality and waitress was moody.

Los camareros no atienden bien primero nos dieron la carta en ingles y encima casi nos entendian, pedimos unos calamares a la andaluza y nos trajeron calamares a la romana y encima el pollo del wrap estaba crudo.no recomiendo nada aparte de que los camareros no entienden el español y te dan cartas en ingles.

Everything fine at first. Drinks and food came quite quick, once i got to literally the last chip on the plate i found a hair, I picked the chip off my plate to show to my partner and the barman and waitress seen me do this, instead of approching us to ask if there was an issue they made eye contact from across the restaurant and was obviously trying to avoid us. The waitress then came down to give menus to a young family who sat at the table next to us, she turned her back that quick to walk away i had to say “excuse me sorry!” i told her that I had ate a full meal and only when i got to the end of the meal i found a hair. she then said that it “was not a hair, its came from the wind” what does that even mean? She then said that it wasn’t any of the staff hair because they all have dark hair, it was a dark hair otherwise i wouldn’t have seen it! I wasn’t trying to avoid the cost of the meal, i ate it so i had to pay, i laughed when she said this and said that i was not going to leave a tip, i hadn’t finished speaking as i was going to ask for the bill, and she turned round and walked away again!! shocking customer service

Selten so schlecht gegessen und getrunken. Die Sangria war einfach nur ekelhaft. Viel zu viele Eiswürfel, matschiges Obst, die Sangria anscheinend nochmal mit Wasser gestreckt. Der Eistee für die Kinder wurde im Laden nebenan erstmal eingekauft und eine Dose Nestea kostet hier 3,50€! Die Pizza war teilweise verbrannt und der Käse darauf wie Gummi. Der Burger trocken und Pommes lagen als Beilage zu den Gerichten vielleicht 10 Stück auf den Tellern. Wir haben noch nie so schlecht hier auf der Insel gegessen. Die Sauberkeit lässt auch sehr zu wünschen übrig und die Bedienungen sind eigentlich nur genervt. Und zu allem oben drauf, haben sie statt 1 Glas Sangria 1Liter abrechnen wollen, zum Glück haben wir die Rechnung vor dem bezahlen nochmal kontrolliert. Definitiv nie wieder! Geht bloß woanders essen!!!

Recieved absolutely awful service from a very rude waitress. Ordered our food which was bland and average and they forgot my chips… went up to ask about it never recieved them. Then asked for the bill because we wanted to leave asap at this point and they waitress ignored us and we were sat for an additional 20 minutes… there was only one other family in so being busy isn’t an excuse

Catastrofic. We ate breakfast. I wouldnt feed my dog with the food we got served. Zero service, zero for food. The worse part is that it was so expensive, it cost half the price of a luxory restaurant nearby, were we ate three main courses, a starter, two soft drinks and a whole bottle wine. Save your money and dont even look at this place. Scammers!

Pour commencer, je commande un jus de pêche. Je vois la serveuse 2 minutes plus tard avec une brique de nectar de jus de pêche dans la main qui sort de la boutique d'à côté. Serveuse pas souriante du tout Heureusement que nous avons payé ma femme et moi 5 euros le sandwich ( 2 tranche de pain de mie toaster...) cela ne valait pas plus voir même moins . A fuir.

If you were rescued after being shipwrecked for more than 90 days it still wouldn't be OK. My wife spent 14 Euros on a crab and prawn salad that was a salad with 5 prawns on and chopped up seafood sticks on. When I challenged the waitress she said that it was crab and they chopped it into the salad with scissors. We sent it back as it was so bad, I normally just walk away from places like this but this was just too bad not to mention.

Service was absolutely disgraceful!! Ordered a cheese and bacon toastie and asked for it with suasages and he rudely shouted “NO” and I was like excuse me ? He kept saying no no and I was like I don’t mind paying extra and he was like it doesn’t work like that no it would not fit , so I asked for it on the side and he wrote that down with a rude face when I got the toastie it was small and could fit 2 suassges in it no problem… we then asked for the bill and he said no problem and ran acrosss the road and was gone for ages then we just went up to the till , do not go here !!! Cafe was not ok

Sold as Sirloin steak, clearly not! I would say pork but a guess at that! Sent it back. Pizza could’ve soled my shoe. The worst part was the waitress who clearly would’ve rather been anywhere else! DIRE- would put 0 star but no option 🙄🙄

Alles andere als ok... Bedienung mit unzufriednem Gesichtsaudruck aber ja, ja essen kommen, sehr gut, frisch. Sehr gut aufgewärmt triffts besser. Wurden zudem auch bei der Rechnung nicht aufrichtig behandelt google policy. Lokal einem besseren Pächter überlassen und Ende!

Arroz incomible. El peor de mi vida entera! Y dicen q tienen las mejores paellas de la ciudad. Yo no me esperaba la mejor paella pero, si, algo comestible. Hemos dejado mas de media paella ( y la parte que hemos comido era solo por tener hambre ) y aún así no les ha importado cuando les dije el porqué. Ni te miran ni te entienden. Por favor!!! No vayáis!!!!

Experiencia pésima. El servicio es maleducado y nada profesional. La comida estaba mala y, para colmo, encontramos un pelo en la pizza. Al comentarlo, el encargado reaccionó de forma grosera, golpeó la mesa y aun así pretendía cobrarnos. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

No recomiendo este establecimiento. El precio algo elevado para lo que ofrece (esto lo entiendo ya que es una zona turística de playa). La atención de los camareros, muy mal (eran muy bordes, desagradables y no hicieron nada por intentar entendernos). Habìa dos camareros (un chico y una chica). A nosotros nos atendió el chico que SOLO habla Inglés (no entiendo que un camarero SOLO hablé en inglés). Nos trajo una carta que estaba en inglés. Cuando le dijimos si nos podía hablar en español fue a buscar a la camarera que se negó a venir. Después de 45 minutos esperando voy a la barra y le pido hablar con el jefe. La camarera me indica que el jefe no está por que se le estropeó la moto. Le digo que quiero que me atiendan en español. Me dice que ella habla castellano. Al preguntarle por que no vino a atendernos cuando se lo dijo su compañero me dice que estaba comiendo (mentira,estaba atendiendo la barra). Le pido la cuenta y el TPV no funciona. Al terminar le pido una hoja de reclamaciones y primero hace que no me oye y cuando insisto me dice que ellos no tienen eso y me da una hoja del block de notas donde anotan los pedidos.

Increiblemente malo todo, la carne muy pasada de punto para que no se note que no es fresca, la pasta muy pasada y flotando por el plato en el agua de cocción. Precios estándar, fotos irreales en el menú, y cerquita de la playa, lo que se suele llamar un engaña-guiris

Objednali jsme si burger a wrap. Burger Double Texas hruuza, rozhodne nebyl homemade. Maso byla rozemleta kase bez chuti, jeden list salatu a ovadle rajce. Caesar wrap s kurecim masem jsme objednali pro dceru. Byl bez chuti a zality hromadou majonezy. Hranolky ani nekomentuju, plne oleje a nechutne.

Service was awful. The waiter brought us drink and accidentally spilled on the table. After that, just took same glass and filled more drink in the same glass. After, didn’t properly cleaned table, it was wet and we needed to clean by ourselves. Food came kinda quick, but was bad compared to the price. Really really thin peace of salmon. Pizza looked and tasted like frozen. Paelia wasn’t good. Pasta was okey. Everything seemed expensive. I don’t recommend at all.
