I had the breakfast burrito and it was really good. The tater tots were super good too. I hate when they are soggy and to much oil or cold. But mine were done to perfection. This Carl's is putting in the effort. Worth stopping in .
I'm sorry but maybe it's the area of food service that's at the end of the route because the famous star was awful (I love Carl's jr so that's saying alot) .It was a great atmosphere and customer service was very nice.The ranch didn't even taste like it used to and the bun was not cooked all the. way or had been frozen prior to using .So disappointed . This is part of a truck stop. We tried to stop here on the way out to Vegas on a long road trip. Problem was there was no place I could park with a camper. On the way back we stopped again and I was able to get gas and then pull over to the side a bit at least long enough to eat. There is a lot of truck traffic at this location but not a lot of parking. I tried the Western bacon burger and it was delicious. Just the right amount of bbq sauce. It was a tasty burger. My son had never been to a Carl's Jr so he was excited to try it. He ate his entire burger and fries so he must have liked it.
01/02/25 04:40 am. I came to this location and requested a famous star (single) but i wanted my buns to be grilled cheese sandwiches made out of sourdough bread, top and bottom. Casey was my cashier and I am happy to say he and the cook (don't know his name) got it right. Just as I asked and the presentation was AMAZING. This location just gained a loyal customer. This burger had to be recognized because it was AWESOME

This Carl’s Jr. is attached to a Love’s, and while the parking lot situation is rough and not very convenient, the food and service made up for it. When we went inside, it was extremely packed, and nobody wants to wait around for fast food when it’s not actually fast, so we decided to use the drive-thru instead. The drive-thru worker was incredibly sweet. Genuinely kind, patient, and pleasant enough that we made sure to tip her well. That level of friendliness stood out. The food was also surprisingly delicious. This was our first time trying Carl’s Jr., and we were really impressed. Everything tasted fresh and satisfying and my XL Cali burger was HUGE! We’ll definitely be going back to Carl's Jr. at home. The food and service were worth it so if we ever come back this direction - we'd stop again at this specific location.
I was quickly able to get a bite here while road tripping. My go to order is a famous star single with onion rings. The restaurant was clean and had good seating. This stop got my belly full, my gas tank full, and I got back on the road.
My husband and I went the drive thru here. We both ordered different burger meals with waffle fries. Service was quick and easy. Food was hot and good. No complaints. Would definitely eat here again.
I just had a fantastic experience at Carl's Jr. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendliest staff, who were genuinely helpful and made ordering a pleasure. Beyond the great service, the food was absolutely delicious! Everything was hot, fresh, and perfectly made—a truly great-tasting burger and fries. It's rare to find such a wonderful combination of friendly staff and genuinely high-quality fast food. This location is a solid five stars!
I had a good double cheeseburger and it was ready pretty quickly and it was tasty. I really liked it. If my budget was a little bit better that day I probably would have gotten two of them and I would have had some chicken tenders as well. I love their chicken tenders but they're burgers is the flavor I've been looking for so I really had to dig in this place. Had great customer service. Next time I'm coming through I'm getting two burgers

Tucumcari Loves. Needed two breakfast burritos to begin our day of driving to Silver City. I'll recommend ordering any breakfast burritos they serve. Real Adult Lady's actually have a conversation with us. You see they really enjoy helping us & being at a business they are proud of. Very clean + many travelers are ordering - dining - checking their phones 🤳. This is a busy place at 9 am.
I had a very pleasant experience for a late night fast food visit! I came in just after 10:30pm looking for a quick bite to eat. I was the only person inside and no one was in the drive thu. The cook who was upfront gave me his recommendations and immediately went to work after I placed my order. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, and the western burger meal. It was very average; as one would expect from a fast food joint. No complaints!

I stopped in here for a few great Carl's Jr. Burgers for myself and family members. What a bad decision on my part. As I waited for good period of time I thought I was getting fresh cooked food, but sadly as I got back on the road with the orders, myself and family members discovered our sandwiches were cold and no way could they have been made fresh or meat kept under a warmer at least before they were prepared. This was the most disgusting burger I've had ever. This was very disappointing as I was back on the interstate traveling on and didn't want to go back so that they could waste more time to make it right. Do not stop in here for food! YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!!! ALTHOUGH IT IS CONNECTED TO A LOVES GAS STATION, GET YOUR GAS BUT DO NOT GET FOOD FROM THE CONNECTING RESTAURANT CARL'S Jr. One of my family members contacted their customer service agent by email, because they wouldn't provide a phone number to reach that particular location wasn't available to receive calls from consumers so we were able to get an agent from corporate and the agent said they can only offer a $10.00 voucher for the order. I was driving and hearing the conversing I was in disbelief! I stated please end your call with the agent. PLEASE BE ADVISED, YOU'VE BEEN WARNED, Do not stop for food here unless you're out of options and don't mind cold food!!!

Let’s say first time and last time. Fries were the worst I have ever had. Even as bad as McD’s fries have gotten these were worst. Burger was bland even with all the condiments. Came thru the drive thru and was "helped" by Alicia. She said that they do not "do the apps" when we tried to redeem our promos. I haven't heard of a Carls Jr. that doesn't participate in using the apps for their rewards system. She was incredibly rude when we had to ask for her to fix the overcharge she made on our meals. Definitely do not recommend this location.
Paid for a double get a single cold pattie are you guys serious? Fries were hot at least you have that going for you.. -Edit- You post a link that doesn't open to share more info. I have pictures posted now of my receipt for a double and my single pattie. Not sure what else you need to verify how you serve your customers.
Unfortunately, our recent visits to this location have been disappointing. On multiple occasions, the food has been served cold, and the overall quality has not met expectations. Additionally, the service has been underwhelming, with long wait times and minimal customer engagement. It may be beneficial for the management to consider additional staff training, particularly in areas of customer service and time management. A simple acknowledgment such as a friendly greeting or an update on wait timescan go a long way in creating a more positive customer experience. Standing in line for over 10 minutes without any recognition is not ideal in any service setting. A brief, courteous message like, “Hi, welcome in! I’ll be right with you,” would make a significant difference. We hope to see improvements in the future, as this location has potential with the right support and staff training.
I was really disappointed with my recent visit. My order was wrong, and it seemed like the young lady working the drive-thru wasn’t paying close attention. I think better listening and double-checking orders would really improve the customer experience.
The sign on the door says that the dining room and drive-thru are open 24 hours. Google Maps says 6:00am as open time. I can’t go through drive-thru because I am towing a travel trailer. The dining area was closed at 6:30 am, and I didn’t see a single employee. VERY disappointing. Please fix your sign. Now I have to try and find some place else for breakfast where I can park and get in/out with the trailer.
