A STAPLE in my weekly eats/drinks. Enough combinations to have one busy for a year. Motivated to take this to states still not exposed to such a wonderful treat. Who knew such great food was available!? Careful with who you get at the register - there is one who must have been British military outside the Queen's gates....she can't smile to save her life. The rest, very helpful - a MUST to Beginner's. Those who are open and helpful make what could be an intimidating experience to some, the beginning of a new lifelong regimen. Don

Try their "crispy popcorn chicken" 🐔 ... It's the best popcorn chicken out of just about anywhere. Served super hot, you may want to let it cool. They also have quite a variety of boba drinks. Definitely try one.

Great variety of flavors and add-ins, a very huge menu, but not daunting. The tapioca pearls were made well and the flavour/sweetness was not bad. Would definitely go again if I am ever in Santa Rosa again.

It's an incredible restaurant, known for it's exceptional boba tea and unique, authentic dishes. It is very customer-oriented, and the workers are lovely. It had a fun, bubbly atmosphere and is warm and comfortable. Nice music, good temperature, and charming design. There is also a wall of sticky-notes and pens, where customers can leave sticky notes with messages, drawings, and more, adding onto others, or creating their own. Everything there is wonderful and absolutely charming, and I would beyond recommend this spot to anyone in the area, whether visitoror resident.

Quickly is awesome! There is hundreds of flavors and toppings and different styles of drinks, as well as delicious snacks like curly fries pancakes and waffles!! Quickly is a great place to hang out with friends and get bubble tea. I LOVE BOBA!!

Friendly staff, tons of flavors and variations of drinks, the snacks are good, and they're open late! My favorite things are the Waffle Fries, Thai milk Tea, Lychee snow, and Superfruit tango smoothie. Best toppings in my opinion are tapioca pearl, Litchi coconut, and mango star.

The people who work there are so nice and helpful. It was so nice especially because it all felt overwhelming with all the different options on the menu, but the people there helped me through it and made it so easy and enjoyable. Really cool place to go to get a delicious refreshing drink!

The tapioca pearls aren't the best. Sometimes the middle is hard and not chewy and that's my pet peeve. The prices here are expensive but I rarely find a place in soco that sells takoyaki and fish balls. I like quickly occassionally.

Location is good being right by the JC. Space is nicely designed but feels to immaculate to be comfortable. I find the music to be somewhat obnoxious but that's down to personal preference. The food is good but the drinks taste both too sweet and a tad artificial.

Nice environment, there’s room to socialize but not really sit. Sadly my Milk tea and honeydew snow were too watered down and the boba was hard-ish, not chewy. Parking for this location is a hit or miss: street parking or in the small parking lot.

But if you are in a hurry or just busy, this is not the spot for a quick bite or getting a drink. For a Typical shake it will take 5 minutes to 10 minutes for them to make it. After that, other customers that ordered after me were served first. After more than 12 min I asked what was going on with my order. We had to rush because of the movie we were going to was going to start. So the manager or whoever she was, printed a ticket from the register and put it very close to the face of the girl making the orders and demanding "hey did you make this"? So at that point I asked if I could just cancel the order and get a gift card or money back. Note that I even offered the chance to get a gift card so to support the business. Then the manager came up with the box of the waffle that was already done (drinks still were not) amd said, ok, I'll refund you for the drinks. At that point, I said well in that case I want the tip I put in your jar back. It.was $2. Actually it was closer to $3 but not gonna bother with the change. Generous tip for a $16 order at counter. She then went to the kitchen to ask if I had put money. At this point I just left, looks like she doesn't have a clue of customer service. Once out in the parking lot telling my date that they probably need those $2 more than I do, the other couple that was just after us overheard and laughed telling us they also had an issue with their order. The name Quickly is a play on words. In Mandarin Kuai Li means quick and convenient. Santa Rosa franchise is none. I don't mind if the service is slow, I'm reasonable, but I didn't like that loser manager pushing around her employees and not trusting me and also just not taking care of the customer experience. Anybody with any real experience in the customer service will make instant deals to make the customer happy.
