There was a long line and Evan was the only one in register, there were more people in the back and they were doing nothing but staring and laughing at him. There was a white, short girl with glasses that was literally just standing there and not getting in register to help. The food was great and despite being in a rush, he was great to us. When we got our food in our table I tried giving the short, white girl with glasses our tray because I didn’t need it and she tried telling me to keep it or to put it away myself instead of just doing her job. Food is always on point, can't complain. One perk is the indoor play ground for littlest. Very cool and I wish there were more of them in their restaurants, very helpful for anxious littles with too much energy. Also had a really cool Halloween Event with a pumpkin carving contest.

Upon opening my Market salad, I noticed the chicken nuggets had a green/black film on them. I tried to scrape it with my fork and it definitely came off. 85% of my chicken pieces had it. I wouldn’t doubt these are old and moldy. Added picture to show.

Chicken sandwich sounded good for lunch and one place we wanted to try was Chick-Fil-a. There was a two-row queue of cars at the drive-thru moving pretty steady forward. They have crew members walking up & down the line of cars, taking orders, taking payments ( cash or card). A young lady took our order, we asked what the menu was as we don't see it anywhere, and she fumbled around inside her jacket & pulled out a plastic laminated menu, and handed it to my husband. Too much to read, so little time. We told her to order us a Grilled Chicken Sandwich, regular bun, mayo-lettuce-tomato - that's it, and she figured what it is in the menu that we wanted. She carried her cash in a waist fanny pack which opened all the way, exposing & almost falling out - her cash bank. Not a very safe way to handle cash especially standing outside in the open. She did a good job in managing to not lose any cash in the process, but it was obvious that she was having a difficult time. Her customer service delivery was poor, no smile, seemed upset, nor even a 'thank you " at end of the transaction. The chicken sandwich was OK, fresh, hot, a good size. This location would do well to ensure that their working staff outside is safe from harm while handling cash, and must be trained to properly deliver guest service. Update: 2/23/2023 We ordered the same sandwiches we always get and today was quite a disappointment. The Spicy Chicken sandwich I got had a very thin bun, the chicken didn’t taste fresh (frozen, pre- battered?) and instead of lettuce or tomato, it had 4 pcs of coin- sliced dill pickles it . My husband's grilled chicken sandwich- exactly the same - 4 coin slices of pickles. I can understand cost - cutting decisions but this is not a wise one... we were very disappointed and will not be back.

Not as good as they say!!! First the line was as usually, long, but there were a bunch of workers (young kids) just kinda walking around talking and giggling, not really helping. When they called us to come up to their lane, he said Hi and stared at us. We then asked for a menu, and he went an got one, handed it to us and again stared (I feel like he could of backed up a bit and gave a sec to go over the menu.) We ordered a 12pc nugget with a LG Coke, a #1 deluxe chicken, a LG fry and LG lemonade, and an Icedream cone. The fries were cold, the nuggets were cold, the Coke was a Md sweet tea (he rang us for a MD Coke, it was suppose to be LG, but we paid for a md cause thats what he rang.) The deluxe had wilted lettuce and mushy tomatoes, and some Bute there were hard batter that hurt my teeth when I chewed. We never eat here, I wanted something diffrent, That's what I get for wanting a variety... Should of went to in n out, or even Jack in the box would of been better then this. I will say thier chicken was tender and juicy inside... We called the care line and they'll get back to us...

This is a one star due to what had happened to me today. I always order inside. It always takes a little time due to a million questions from both sides of the counter. My issue today is racism. I never wanted to use a word like that. But, I was in line, a woman cut the line and spoke in Spanish saying she needed a Spanish speaking person to take her order. They took her right then and there in front of me while I was already waiting for 9 minutes and the other 2 customers in front of me.. this is ridiculous and needs to be addressed immediately

Right off the bat Isabel in the drive thu was extremely rude ! She somehow got our order wrong multiple times and acted like it was our fault. Don’t go to this Chick-fil-A. It is an absolute rip off. I just ordered an ice cream cup paid three dollars for it and it was about a shot glass size worth of ice cream. The manager was way less than helpful And completely dismissive.

The ingredients quality is extremely questionable. Service SUCKS. I walked in and was completely ignored. Manager finally walks over and takes my order. The older employee who knew i was there the whole time and did acknowledge my existence promptly takes the older couples order that was behind me. They had literally just walked in. Meanwhile i had been standing there for at least 5 minutes. I ordered a spicy deluxe. It was so cold and dry the cheese wouldn’t even melt! I asked for a fresh one from the same manager who took my order. They indeed brought my back the same sandwhich. And I’m not a believer in sending food back 3x so I’ll accept this loss after going to corporate. But i definitely won’t be back! They also make entirely TOOO MUCH FOOD AT ONCE and it all is just sitting under the warmer! Which explains why i was served this OLD sandwich. 0/10
