This is my favorite Cafe in Puerto Plata. Every time I visit the city I make sure I come here. Everything on the menu is great, reasonably priced, and the staff are attentive and friendly. Nicole is my favourite 🙂 I also love how the cafe is situated deep back on the property, far from the road, so it is so quiet and peaceful. What I love most about this business is that the owner is often present making sure that things are running smoothly and that customers have a good experience. She really knows how to run a business! So if you are looking for a place to eat or drink that is clean, affordable, and will leave you with a positive experience, then I suggest you visit Noe's Cafe ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Este es mi café favorito en Puerto Plata. Great spot for a day-date; breakfast, brunch or lunch. We (2) arrived around 11:20. Menus are via QR code (internet available). We were the only ones at the restaurant at the time. We were told to "call" the waitstaff when we were ready to order 🙄 Ordered a frappe and chinola, along with food. The drinks took almost 15 minutes to come out (we were the only people in the restaurant). Chinola was so good; sweet and cold 👌 ... Frappe was just OK. Food: Bagel with cream cheese, avocado, egg and bacon -- probably the best thing we ate! Everything Bagel, the fried egg was still just a little bit soft, but not too runny. Bacon was good. I could do without the cream cheese, but still was delicious. 5 🌟 French Toast: seemed more like a cinnamon suger coating on the bread, rather than a true French toast. We might be wrong, they just didn't taste like they had been soaked in milk with spices, etc.... a real French toast. The fried eggs were 👌👌 & bacon were good. The sausage is not an 'American style' sausage. 4 🌟 Pancakes: The pancakes were very dense/thick. The scrambled eggs were great; bacon was good. 3 🌟 We think one thing the restaurant needs is some music playing. Nothing too loud or fast (slow jams, neo-soul, R&B, etc...) I think that would enhance the vibes. The restaurant is far enough away from the main road that it's pretty quiet. Lots of space, a good amount of tables, but I think even if it was full, you'd still feel comfortable. The food is good. The environment is very nice. We very much enjoyed ourselves and our meal.
