A spacious and welcoming place, with a very friendly owner and staff. The pinsa is a must-try experience. Topped like a classic pizza, it's much lighter and easier to digest, thanks to its dough made from a selection of different grains. Truly delicious.

A truly positive experience for us. The staff was courteous, the place was beautiful, modern, simple yet warm, and very clean. The idea of ​​setting the table with a fork and pizza wheel instead of a knife was a great one. We had four different pinsas and a gluten-free pinsa. They were all delicious, even the gluten-free one, although unfortunately it wasn't the classic pinsa shape. The desserts were average, except for the cheesecake, which we couldn't quite figure out. The price was fair for the quality of the product and the location. I definitely recommend it.

Highly recommended! The pinsa is delicious. Light and well-cooked, you can choose from a wide variety, all very inviting. I had a Monterosso pinsa (with anchovies and capers): flavorful yet delicate, with a wonderful dough. The location is also beautiful and refined. Reasonable prices: 4 pinsas, 4 small beers, 1 bottle of water, 1 coffee for a total of €48.

Cutting board and wheel The pinsa are served on a cutting board with a fork and a cutting wheel. The cutting board is visible everywhere; the wheel is the first time. It actually works well. The place is nice and quite large, with several rooms. It's located right in the parking lot in front of the Sarzana train station (which isn't ideal), but it's actually just a stone's throw from the center and a stone's throw from the parking lot. I'm afraid they take a bit long. There were three of us with a child, and they kindly let us go first, otherwise we would have waited a bit. Prices are similar to a standard pizzeria.

They took over an hour to serve us and the food didn't wow me. One of us was served cold mozzarella on her pinsa and another found what looked like an animal hair.

It probably was a coincidence, but waiting 1 hour and 45 minutes for a pinsa seems excessive to me. We went on Saturday and there were 13 of us; the place is nice. A pinsa is basically a smaller pizza but costs the same. It has the same amount of dough, although thicker, but fewer toppings than a regular pizza. The food isn't bad, but I don't think the wait is acceptable.
