I've tried other places and keep coming back here - one place I tried on Central Ave gave me an allergy rash that I've never had before - the food was clearly off - so I come back here where everything is fresh.

I ordered from here for the first time through GrubHub. I was told it would take 15min for my order to be ready, but when I arrived to pickup my food a little early there it was waiting for me. Friendly staff - they even gave me a free soda when I mentioned that it was my first time trying the place. The food turned out to be really good. I will definitely be back soon.

Great for local asian dining in or take out. Staff is usually very friendly and food is tasty. I've been here many times since they've opened and never had an issue. My go to is their basil chicken or pad see ow. Their green curry is yummy too

My order today had completely different ingredients than what their Pad See Ew normally has/what is listed on the menu. Good thing I don’t have any food allergies, but I am quite disappointed they didn’t tell me ahead of time and didn’t even bother to ask if it was okay. It tasted fine but it definitely isn’t what I ordered.

I do like Thai food allot and this place can fix my craving but the quality can vary depending on who's cooking. Lately it has been better, but still the previous experiences didn't leave a good taste....pun intended. Although I plan on updating my review (positive or negative) soon after giving it another three tries to see if they have improved.

Rude over the phone. Took well over an hour to arrive, after 2 phone calls. No apologies, just combative. Chicken satay and drunken noodles were very good. My duck nasi goreng had tomatoes in it. The dry curry chicken was watery with a thin sweetish soya sauce. Won't be ordering from here again. Top flavour note was sweet. It used to be so good.

Food is very good, but nothing is worth the insane wait times that we’ve experienced ordering delivery from this restaurant. They fail to answer the phone and lie about whether or not the order is on the way. This has happened multiple times, with the latest incident being 2+ hours and still no food. Do not order from here.

The food is delicious. The problem: they hardly ever answer their phone. The last 3 times I ordered online, the delivery finally came after 3 calls to remind them and after nearly 2 hours. It is the only restaurant I have ever ordered from where I never know if I will actually get food. It is very disappointing because I would love to order from them multiple times a week. But going hungry is not worth the risk any more. :(

Most delicious Thai food I've had until now. Small place but the service is very good. The greatest part apart from the taste of food was that they have a bunch of vegan options in the menu. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who likes Thai/Chinese style of food. Update after around a year: They happened to serve something that was specifically asked to avoid in the food. Gross negligence on their part. Never went back after that. Never will.

The rent here must be very high. The prices are what one would expect for extremely good food at a fancy sit-down restaurant. This is not that. It's a small take-out place with nowhere to park. The prices should be half what they are based on the food quality and portion size. I hope they can move to a cheaper location and make the prices more reasonable.

They got me the wrong food! The opposite that I ordered. The mango Thai stick rice looks like a rice pudding. Could be better. The beef dish is pretty good.

It took two hours for my food to be delivered . I asked for my food to be mild spicy and they also ignored that request . When we had asked the delivery man what happened, he said “idk it took me just 4 minutes to get here and then continued to be rude. This is the worst service i’ve ever had at a restaurant , called twice , 30 minutes in between and they ignored my call after the first . If you want good thai food, with an accurate wait time , go to ChU Chok Thai in sleepyhollow. They have better quality service and food.

Rude and unreliable. Find an alternative. My wife ordered here last night and before she could explain the reason for her call, they said “you call and cancel after you ordered!” We are never ordering food from LTK-Scarsdale again.

I just called and was out on hold and then hung up on 10 minutes later. I ordered 4 dishes and only one was even edible. I relayed this to whomever picked up so they knew when they placed me on hold which is even more disgusting. I will never order from here again nor tell anyone to order. I expected a refund or at least a credit for spending almost $100 on a meal I couldn’t eat. Shame on you.

I ordered through Uber Eats. Called the restaurant and they confirmed food was on the way. After 30min we called again and they said they would check the status and placed us on hold, but we could hear them laughing and speaking some foreign language and no one ever came back on the line to update us on the order. We called and called again (at least 30 times; this was before their listed closing tome) but no one picked up the phone ever again. Our food never came (while it was supposedly on the way). We are left here hungry and angry. It’s one thing for an order to go wrong (it happens) but the customer service here is non existent, they are rude and don’t care about their customers. Wish I could give negative stars.

They are not clear on their online ordering platforms that they have a delivery minimum. So after your order has already been placed, they will call you and ask you to order more food or else they cannot deliver it. They only offered to deliver after I asked to cancel. Have better customer service or be clear about your delivery minimums.

DESERVES A ZERO. Do NOT order from here. I placed an order on grubhub. This restaurant delivers their orders themselves and it is over an hour late. I called when it was 10 mins late and was told that it was on the way. The restaurant is 10 mins away. After 30 mins, I called back. They didn’t answer. Called grubhub and they reached out to the restaurant and was told the driver is 3 mins away. After 10 mins, still no food. Tried calling again- no answer. Had to call grubhub to cancel the order. Absolutely horrific customer service. I hope grubhub doesn’t use them as a vendor anymore.

We ordered pad Thai with tofu and a vegetables dish. the veggies were burned and the pad Thai was way to fishy and so sweet it was not edible. The pricing is outrageous! money wasted! Never again!

This was the most outrageous experience I’ve ever had ordering. Upon ordering, the employee on the other line asked “When do you want your order delivered?”. I responded saying as soon as possible, taken aback by this question. I was told that my order would come faster if I tipped more. Terrible customer service all around.

We ordered from there last night because Thai Shack in Yonkers is closed Mondays. Pad thai was dry with noodles stuck together and burnt. Frozen from trader joes is better. Tom yum was tasteless. Beef salad not much food for the money but that was the overriding theme. For 16 dollars for tofu green curry there should have been more tofu and maybe more eggplant. We will never order from there again.

I used to LOVE this restaurant. I called them today placing an order and they asked what tip to leave. I live about a 5 minute walk from the restaurant, so I said leave a 5 dollar tip. The person on the phone said it would be two hours and then hung up. I called back again and asked if they said two hours and they told me yes two hours because of the little tip. They told me If I wanted to leave a bigger tip then the order would arrive faster because nobody wants to leave the restaurant for a 5 dollar tip. I will never be ordering from them again.

This used to be our favorite eat-in and take put place. Food was excellent - and still is. But terrible, terrible service. I ordered in advance and when I was there for pickup the food was not there. Instead of being apologetic they were arguing with me that I shouldn't have ordered in advance. I had to wait for additional half hour. No apologies, no sorry. Won't go there again.

They have the worst customer service. We ordered through UberEats (for 8.30pm), the order was never delivered. In general, they don't pick up the phone. When they do (after half an hour), it's so noisy you can barely hear and understand them. The lady said the order was on the way. I called several times, at one point they forgot to hang up and we could hear them laughing and cheering. No awareness/sense whatsoever about people not getting the food they ordered The order supposedly "arrived" at 10.30 at some other address. Was waiting for 2 hours, spent my Friday night on the phone trying to get someone to find what happened.. I got charged of course and then had to talk to UberEats to get a refund..Lame!! Never ordering from them again.

Ordered delivery on a Friday evening, and it ultimately arrived over an hour past the stated arrival time. When we called to inquire, it took 5 tries for someone to pick up and sounded like absolute chaos, with no useful information except “we’re very busy” and them ultimately hanging up without an actual update on when we can expect our food.

Delivery Order took over 2 hours to arrive, went down to restaurant and asked for the food and the guy just shrugged, food ended up arriving 20 mins after that. On the bag there was a giant marker annotation with the amount I had tipped, looks like they decide to prioritize orders based on how much you tip and don’t care if your order takes close to 3 hours to arrive, avoid if you can, there is much better Thai food in the area anyway

I've had Thai food hundreds of times, and the tamarind duck is one of my favorites. It usually comes with the thick sweet and sour tamarind sauce, juicy yet crispy-skinned duck, and some delicious white rice to go with it. This tamarind duck was dry, old, and such a tiny portion to boot, about half the size of my palm, and, at $18.50, I’m sadly not exaggerating. The rice is old and bland and the vegetables are flavorless. The spring roll was the worst part of all! Or was it the Thai Iced Coffee that tasted like a pound of sugar?? Or was it when the waitress double-checked in my to-go bag, which only had one item, yet still I opened my bag to find no cutlery? And yes I left a small tip for pickup! Geez! So disappointed, but you live and you learn. (Spoon in photo showing space where duck was placed… tiny!!)

Anyway, we have ordered Squid salad with shrimp ($14.95), Pad Thai ($14.95) and Pad See Ew ($14.95). Every order came very sweet sweet and sweet, no other flavors. Our salad came with 2 shrimps and 5-6 pieces for squids. For Pad Thai, it was very wet and sweet with (again) a few pieces of chicken. As Thai person, I am trying to support Thai business, unfortunately, this restaurant will not be one of them.

Huge pieces of chicken breast tenders literally wrapped in breaded flour. The picture on Uber eats showed small stir fried chicken pieces. This was a huge disappointment and completely tasteless. Once again, labeled Spicy but was not, it was very bland. Thai Curry Puff - expensive for 4 pieces but probably the best thing we had.. and it was an appetizer. Not great but just good.

Come to find out they sent their own driver and not a subcontractor driver so there was no update on driver tracking and it randomly said delivered with no proof of delivery. Now I’m fighting DoorDash to get a refund for a $38 meal and they wanted to offer me an inconvenience refund of $14. Trust me they have no idea what I can do. They are a foolish restaurant and I would suggest you go anywhere but here if you actually want food. I will give a horrible review on every platform for wasting my time and money.

Well, another 20 minutes later and still no food, maybe they deliver via messenger pigeon? After a follow-up call went unanswered, an overworked (and likely undervalued/underpaid) employee delivered our food. 95 minutes later. Was the food remotely hot? We all know it was not. Is this the end of the world? No. Would I recommend ordering from here? I’d rather eat gas station sushi.

I called to place a take out order for a pad Thai with no meat and a drunken noodles with shrimp. $ 51 dollars … I asked if this was a dinner portion and the individual rudely screamed that there was only one size. With so many options for great Thai do yourself a favor and eat elsewhere!

I have ordered items from here many times. Last weekend I called and the lady was so rude. I asked for vegetable friend rice (I order that every time) and she said what kind of fried rice. There is only one type of vegetable fried rice. She was not at all interested in taking the order and she hung up. Like literally banged the phone in my face. I tried calling her again and no answer. She just wouldn’t pick up. Haven’t had such a terrible experience in Scarsdale. Pls try many Asian delicious restaurants on central Avenue. People are much nicer and kinder.
