I order here pretty consistently because it's convenient and right before the on ramp to I88. This is BY FAR the slowest service I have ever seen at a Dunkin. There could be 2 people ahead of you and it could take 10+ minutes before you get to the window.

Frequently ring up orders and counts incorrectly. It's a game every time I go through the drive thru. 10 donuts please, response: $3.17, got that order wrong. 4 coffees? Nope, you're getting 1, cause we're too busy.

The workers here are great, they are very nice and try their best. But when I tell you I wait in like for 30 minutes every time I come here even if I’m the only one in line for 2 drinks when they have 6ish people working is crazy. They need to do something about this. This is getting ridiculous.

Staff very nice here. Problem. They use " schoharie water" as they described it to make beverages. Tastes horrible for the prices u charge. Use filtered water!!! 🤮

The worker “Allie” was amazing! She’s was so nice and attentive. Her manager “Shelly” however, is VERY rude and talks down to the other workers in front of the customers. She’s condescending and unprofessional. If she needs to discuss work related problems she should do so in private.

If I could put a lower rating i would. Food always cold. Drinks watered down. Never a good atmosphere. Wait times are TERRIBLE. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS. cobleskills dunkin has a long wait time but thier service and food is always exceptional. Ill wait for correct orders and hot food and coffee.

The worst dunkin I have ever been to, incredibly slow and the last time I ordered cold brew it tasted so bad I ended up throwing it out after a couple sips.

I drink coffee to start my day and would be going to Dunkin’ every day to spend $10-$20 on coffee but unfortunately EVERY SINGLE TIME I go to this Dunkin’, busy or not it’s gonna be massively inconvenient!! Always a 10-20min wait to be served for just coffee or a latte!!! I would never order food here for fear I’d be waiting a half hour!! Terrible service, bad attitudes, taking orders wrong, or just messing the orders up; this place is the worst.. plus every time I get an $8 latte, the cup is only 2/3s full.. if I order large I’m getting a medium! By the way giving me a little more steamed milk to fill the cup won’t break the bank!!!!!

The lady was extremely rude to me, saw me on the counter- looked at me and yet ignored me! I had to call her out like 3 times before she could answer me. And even so, she was just like “what do you want” very rudely! No greeting, no sense of politeness nothingg!! Other people were being greeted well.! I felt racism in the air! Or was it because I was wearing a burqa?

It was probably 6:45pm on a Sunday , they close at 7pm. Female ginger with glasses took our order, I got three sandwiches, three hash browns and three refreshers (all for my children bc it was a very long day of driving) & two wake up wraps(for myself). Totaling $39! We are not from this area I explained to the lady at the counter hoping she would be understanding as to why I ordered so much & accuracy is important. I wasn’t aware that they closed at 7pm at the time. They gave us our food and basically rushed us out the door to lock up ( girl was just standing behind me waiting as I grabbed napkins and ketchup , didn’t have time to check the bag) checked the bag when I got into the car and was missing a whole sandwich ! They already locked up and their avoidant behavior told me not to go through the drive thru because I know myself and I already know where I’m willing to take it 🙃 YOU DO NOT HAVE A HARD JOB IVE WORKED FOR DUNKIN AND ITS ONE OF THE EASIEST JOBS WHEN IT COMES TO CLOSING ! I also seen one of the girls handling food with no gloves and I will be notifying corporate. Play with someone else’s time and money if not your own ! Can’t even handle a simple task don’t expect to make it much further than Dunkin’ Donuts.
