Employees were nice and I got a egg,ham,and cheese and it was good.

Great Donuts and service was very good. Have been here many times and plan to continue for both Donuts and sandwiches, but I do miss the original plane Donut with the handle on it for dunking in the coffee.

Staff is amazing! Quick friendly service and always willing to make it right if something is off with your order!

Scotia Dunkin Donuts, Mohawk Avenue, is my favorite location to visit. Staff is so very nice, and professional. They make my day!!

The coffee in N.Y. is WAY better than the coffee in Florida. I sure wish the coffee flavor was the same in every state.

The Pumpkin Muffin❣️ is Back!!!! I ran to Dunkin in Scotia before work, the girl was very busy with DoorDash or Grubhub. But she was quick to take my order,,,I got to work on Time with Munchkins & Pumpkin muffin. Everything was great!! But I have to say...I Used to work at Dunkin & I would love to work there again however I nvr would ,,,now that there's DDash,,,it's TOO much ,Dunkin wants you to take dash first,,,but I always helped the guest in front of me First. I disagree with Ddash first.

Some DD's don't stir your coffee after adding the cream and sugar and when you are driving, this is an issue. Like bitter black coffee until you've drunk enough to give it a good swirl while you're navigating traffic. THIS DD is different. They do stir and it makes the world of difference. I'm very fortunate to have this Dunkin in my neighborhood. I would highly recommend you go here, but honestly I don't want longer lines at the drive thru, so don't go here 😉

My favorite Dunkin in the area, not just because it’s only about 0.5 miles from my house. The ladies that work here are so sweet! I always order using the mobile app so they know who I am when I get there. I always get greeted with a smile and a good morning. 10/10 wonderful

Obsessed with the pumpkin spice here! The customer service is always great, and the drive-thru is super convenient. My only hope is that they start offering these new Cup Cucoon 2-in-1 thermal sleeves that unfold into napkins. They are way better for the environment than double-walled cups while providing superior heat protection, their dual-use replaces the need for extra napkins or can be used with food and they would be perfect for absorbing condensation and protecting my hands from iced drinks. It would be a small but amazing addition to their already fantastic service and product line.

Excellent service with a friendly staff. Food was served promptly and as ordered. The store had only two on staff, yet it was neat and clean.

24 hours a day which is rare for a dunkin donuts, best customer service because there is no drive thru there so no being kept waiting at the front counter.

I hate playing the guessing game they have at any dd drive thru... If you can guess what type of donuts we currently have their yours!!!!! At a certain point they should just either have them or don't bother

They just simply do not mix their drinks well enough that the whole bottom is filled with sugar. The bacon is often soggy and very chewy as if it's not cooked enough.

They usually have friendly service but some of the workers here are crabby. Donut selection at this location usually isn’t really the best. Prices have gone up and everything is just overly sweet.

Service is ok. Always hear someone complaining about something in the backroom though. The young lady makenzie is always a joyful greeter and always let's my kid pick the exact doughnut she wants.

It's Dunkin. Fast breakfast food with mediocre coffee. Not their fault but happened to be very, very busy that day.

Food and drinks are always pretty good, but the workers are extremely rude and negative almost every time I go. Really irritating when they get mad at me when they mess up my order. Super awkward ordering in the drive thru because they don’t say anything and then after you stop ordering they’ll stop talking for 10 seconds and you wonder if they even listened.

Restaurant was dead and I still stood at the register for 10 minutes before someone took my order.

This place let me tell you,first of all not enough staff! I walked in and had to wait almost 10 minutes just to order my food! The girl kept yelling from the back she would be right with me yet I still stood there for almost 10 minutes! I recommend going to drive-through if you go to this dunkin donuts

They don't know what the concept of less ice is and most of the time the staff is rude. They are also slow in preparing the items you order. I spend my hard earned money buying from this place and never get my order as I place it.

Service was fine. Dunkin in general just doesn't taste good anymore and is expensive.

Slow service and that's every time I go! And today it took 4 people to make the coffee three had no clue and then they finally found the last person on Earth who knew how to make it!!!

Second time this week the coffee tastes like old dish water. For $3 a coffee I expect it to taste good every time.

It's one of my favorite Dunkin, definitely miss alot of the employees. It's only very few who know me and my order. Since the staff changed, I mostly go inside because most of the time my order is wrong. Sometimes its frustrating because I drive out of my way to go to this specific location. And just think I got turned down for a job because of what I do for a living and was just looking to make some extra money and something different to do. If I did work there, my customer service skills would be on point.

Coffee was weak. Service was indifferent. He forgot to give me my change and then we had to wait quite some time for someone to reopen the cash drawer. I used to love this place, but since the drive thru opened service has declined. We went inside for our order due to long queue in drive thru. Next time we will drive out of our way to a better Dunkin on Freeman's Bridge Rd

Very very slow service. I Sat in the drive thru for 20 plus minutes and the workers gave me a bad attitude. Get better people to work there . The place is full of young adults who aren't doing their job correctly.

This dunkin used to be mine and my mother's favorite, they always made the coffee perfect. Now it's a complete wreck. I watched them mess up every single order, serve people who came in after us (and ordered more then us) before us, and then asked us three times what we ordered and still got both the drinks wrong

This is probably the most disorganized slow Dunkin’ Donuts in the area. They never have enough people working on the inside, which causes the drive-through to back up and I swear they don’t start making your order until you pull up to the window. There are a few pleasant people who work out here the rest have an attitude. I only go here because it’s the only one on my way to work in the morning any other time I’m out I need to stop at Dunkin. This is not the one to go to.

This used to be a great Dunkin’ Donuts to go to about 5 years ago. I am not sure what happened in recent years, but it is understaffed and extremely slow when there’s only one or two people in line. There doesn’t seem to be any urgency with any of the staff, whatever the culture is at this Dunkin, It should to be adjusted.

The girls told me she couldn't break a 10 dollar bill I told her that's all I had she never ran in through the register she hit the no sale and gave me the wrong change when I asked for receipt she just looked at me strange so I hope she enjoys the 7 bucks she pocketed

Completely awful I ordered an iced french vanilla light and sweet I got an iced regular with nothing in it but creamer no flavor no sugar I ordered a pumpkin muffin I get to the drive-thru window she says no you didn't now I have to charge you for it I will never go to that Dunkin again boy has it gone

Staff is non existent inside. The staff left after we were served and we watched multiple people come in for food and left as no one came to the counter. The staff were outside smoking when we left.

Asked for decaf pumkin spice today watched her used a brown handle pot asked again was that decaf the lady said yes. After I drank it I felt very sick I have high blood pressure and cant drink regular Im not coming here again. They dont care what they give there customers.

Was stoked to have some snackin’ bacon this morning. When I looked in the bag after I got to work I just saw a burnt pile of bacon. I like my bacon a little crispy but this falls apart when you pick it up and taste like ashes. 🤮

I love dunkin but this one in particular is terrible. They neve have certain items ready. My food is never hot even though I wait for extended periods of time for them to make it.

Stopped by around 620, waited in the front lobby, waited 5 -10 minutes. Not a single employee in site, cool, rang the bell on the counter, voice screams from in the back "be out in a minute"..... 5-10 more minutes go by. I left, not going to wait 20-30 minutes just to order. Worst dunkin around, will never go again.

The Dunkin on Mohawk Ave is understaffed. I walked out last Saturday without my food. Arrived at 8 am, left at 8:25 without my food because I was going to be late taking my grandson to little league. One person behind the counter, 5 people waiting for mobile orders, no service for anyone. Avoid this Dunkin. As an aside, I contacted corporate customer service and it has been 2 business days without a response. Update....the manager emailed me 6 days later and let me know that I can make an appointment to pick up my order. You really can't make this up. Ordered food at 8am on 5/8/21. Told on 5/14 that my food will be available by appointment. To all considering this DD, reserve you food now!!!!

I give it a one as it was busy and the service was below good. They had a car show on Mohawk Ave. In Scotia NY. The car show was excellent. We went in to DD to get something to drink and refresh ourselves. When I paid for for our items I did not bother to check the change the person GAVE back to me. When I returned home I was minus 10 dollars as I know I gave the person a 20 dollar bill. I will blame myself this time but I will not be going back there anytime soon.

Placed an order on the app, they tell me there's no order... they can't make my drinks. I already paid for them! told them to look in trash low and behold it's in there. Waiting around over 15 minutes... screaming yelling going on beyond rude behavior...no one knows what they are doing how about get some adult supervision in there its like a day care center.

They need to hire more people. I placed a mobile order and showed up 10 minutes after ordering. The one person working hadn’t even started my order yet. Someone else was waiting in the store to have an order placed and they left. They are losing money here. Just pay more so you can hire more staff.

I ordered half a dozen donuts here on doordash and when it arrived, the order was almost completely wrong. I ordered 2 strawberry sprinkled, 2 vanilla sprinkled donuts and 2 boston creams. And only 2 out of the 6 were right. And even then. The vanilla sprinkled donut has barely to no sprinkles ://

I waited over 30 minutes to pick up a door dash order they made the drink and left it sitting on the counter and waited 30 minutes to make the food. I question the food quality in this place.

So I've always had issues at every Dunkin I've been to, I almost would consider it a curse. After a few years of avoiding the place after getting good poisoning from them twice, I got dragged here by friends. I got burned coffee, a crushed donut, and they didn't tell me a coupon wouldn't work even though it should have and they charged me full price.

The Dunkin Donuts on Mohawk Ave in Scotia, NY, is the worst. I stopped there, on my way to work at 8:50AM. I ordered an English Muffin/Turkey Sausage and Egg Sandwich, a Med. Coffee and 6 donuts. There was one man waiting for an order of a breakfast sandwich and one woman in the place. No one in front of me. The bathroom was out of order. The girl at the counter, took my order, and started to get my donuts, whole time talking, and proceeded to pick the wrong donuts. When I asked for the correct donuts, she was annoyed and switched them. Then the 2 people at the counter were gone, I assumed to get my sandwich and the guy’s sandwich that was still standing there. At 9:20, after ringing the bell on the counter, a guy finally appeared with our sandwiches. Never again! Absolutely the crappiest DD around!

Go to this dunkin every morning and every afternoon. I had my first bad experience with this dunkin last week. While making my daughters coffee the worker opened the cinnamon bun flavor and dumped it in. Made the coffee terribly sweet and undrinkable. Today on my afternoon stop the man working was rude. I thanked him and even tipped him, with no thank you or anything. My coffee was disgusting. I dont under this, I order the same thing every time, and havent had a problem before. My impression was he was irritated the entire time and chose not to make my coffee correctly. This sadden me. Makes me second guess going back.

Breakfast sandwich made me sick several times and also multiple times getting a iced coffee poorly made. I’ll never get a breakfast sandwich again. Iced coffee is really a hit or miss depending on who’s working and it really shouldn’t be that way. Would definitely give less than a star if possible

My daughter and I stopped yesterday for iced coffee. Only one person ahead of us in line. We thought she was being served by the girl behind the counter. 5 minutes went by and the girl behind the counter came over to take the order from the person ahead of us. After a couple more minutes a man came out from the back and took our order. Both my daughter and I asked for iced coffees with splenda...one with skim milk and one with cream. When the coffees were brought out you could see that they were both made with cream. My daughter asked that hers be remade with skim milk. He remade her coffee and we left. As we rode aeay...we both discovered that the coffees were made with sugar which had settled at the bottom of the cups, so each sip thru the straw we got a mouthful of gritty sugar. This is the first time that we've been displeased but for the cost of a large iced coffee, we should get ehat we asked for...especially when it's marked clearly on the containers.

If you end up going to this dunkin you’ll be waiting for a good 30 mins or more. Workers are slow and we seem to run on their time. What a waste of a good dunkin

Is a good place but when taking someones order they should pay more attention insted of rushing the order and not listenjng to your customer when someone come and order a Frozen Coffee with vanilla bean it dosent mean just vanilla bean colata like how u gonna get that wrong i go to the one in glenville sunoco they always do it right this place dont

Walked in and was greeted by 50 yellow jackets, stood in line for 10 mins with 3 other customers in the whole place, got one salted caramel cold brew, revived a black coffee with no cold foam or caramel, asked where the cold foam was and was told I have to say that when I order …like the picture of salted caramel cold brew wasn't on the door when you walk in

If I could give zero stars I would. The staff is typically slow and unfriendly. Orders are not ready when we get there, resulting in frequent waits of almost 10 minutes for a coffee. Multiple times have ordered a mobile order for a walk-in to find out that the lobby is closed and I now have to wait in a line of 10 plus cars in the drive-thru. Ever since the drive-thru was put in this Dunkin donuts has gone downhill and is now the absolute worst. Avoid it all costs

This place has gone down hill. I know it’s hard to find good workers these days, but the workers here really do not care. It’s like the owners are so desperate they’ll hire rude people. Don’t go inside to order, you’ll never be served. Don’t expect mobile order to be any faster. If you do chance mobile order it’ll take 15-20 min to get your stuff. Drive thru is fastest, but sometimes you have a nice worker, other times it’s a rude worker. Avoid if you can.

Worse Dunkin donuts in the area, 2nd time I've placed a mobile order and getting there in 15 20 mins, still not completed as all the girls are hiding out in back eating and ignoring the front counter.

If this is the dunkin in Scotia rite after crossing bridge. The WORST DUNKIN in capital region! Couldn't make a cup of coffee,or sandwich correctly, even with the exact directions! Chatting with coworkers as orders that were place never got attention until showing up and having to ask. 30 minutes for preorder. If she stopped talking and prepared orders you would be better off. Not just my order! I told her to tell her manager the service sucked!

I visited the shop when it wasn’t busy at all today. After I paid with Apple Pay, the staff immediately walked away without asking if I needed a receipt. When I got home, I realized I had been charged twice for 10 munchkins. 🙄🙄🙄 Very disappointing experience.

Terrible customer service and unprofessional behavior! For many of us, coffee is a crucial part of our day, but for the past two weeks, my order has been consistently incorrect. The way the manager, Jennifer, handled the situation was unacceptable. As regular customers, both in person and through mobile orders, we’ve decided we won’t be returning.

Yet again, another terrible customer experience at this location. The clerk at the counter acted like I inconvenienced her by order $24 worth of food/drinks. It was 3 basic drinks, 2 sandwiches and a muffin. She commented that if she knew I was going to order so much she would have made the bagel for the guy in front of me first. She also commented on the line behind me. This is unacceptable behavior and makes me want to spend my money elsewhere.

Slow service, otherwise just a regular Dunkin’ though. Update: Was hungry and decided to stop here again. Forgot how painfully slow this location is. This visit I was also fortunate enough to see a cute little fruit fly hanging out near the baked goods!

I've come into the restaurant for the last 3 days each day there was no other customers either in the drive through or in the restaurant It took nearly 10 minutes each day for me to even be acknowledged. Today I saw that 1 of the employees was counting the drawer so I gave a little bit of time for her to do that When I came in I said hello and she just kind of made an annoyed face at me. The employees here are very rude and unprofessional

The drive thru takes forever; like now I'm late to work forever. The food (bagels and hashbrowns) consistently tastes like chemicals and the drink; ordered the exact same way, every time, is always incorrect, but now I'm late for work from waiting in line so I have to take it.

There is absolutely no sense of urgency at this location. I placed a mobile order for an iced chai latte and a donut. It took a full 40 minutes for me to receive my order, despite there being two people working on the floor in the front. And this was AFTER I asked them where my drink was - only then did they start making my drink, which took them an additional 10 minutes for a simple chai latte. If I had not asked where my drink was, who knows how long it would have taken to receive my order. This is a consistent issue that occurs almost every time I go to this location, regardless of whether I go inside, use drive thru or mobile order. I will no longer be going to this Dunkin because it literally takes me less time to drive to another Dunkin that is 10+ miles away than to order from this one and wait 40 minutes for a single drink.
