When the barista asked how my day was going, I paused because it was genuine and not typical customer service. He actually paused and waited for a response before allowing me to order. That gave me great satisfaction before I took a sip of my caramel frappuccino with a pump of vanilla. The energy at Starbucks is amazing. The variety of beautiful holiday cups add to having a cheerful holiday spirit.

Food : 5/5 i love their cheese danish and chocolate croissant. Double chocolate chip Frappuccino is the most (for me). Service: 4/5 i ordered ahead through app to get it at time when arrived. They made me wait 8 minutes extra. Employees were as sweet as always, in any Starbucks. Ambience: (4/5) music was low. Parking: 5/5 free and ample

It was very friendly service very busy employees however my 2 coffees took almost 30 minutes to make and I was standing at the counter for 5-10 minutes waiting to inform the employees that I had a mobile order for pick before I was even asked what I needed. Perhaps they need to hire additional employees or have a more efficient way to operate

The restaurant was clean and service was quick. They didn't clearly lable the parking area to find the drive thru, for my first time there in a new town. Coffee was great and made as ordered.

Service was not very good at all. We stood at the counter waiting for someone to take our order and finally gave up and put one in on the phone for pickup. One of the baristas was flirting with another customer instead of working and the others were pretty much ignoring all the customers. Do better yall!

I have use the drive-through all the time since they open this location, today for the first time I came inside to take a brake and I find this place dirty, from the entrance all the way to the restrooms, this place have friendly staff, coffee is always good, but the cleaning of this place needs to be better, I got here around 4:30pm on a Saturday, I have seen two workers that meiby their shift was done, But none of them either takes 5 minutes to get the broom and have this place nice and clean.

Ordered 3 hot caramel macchiatos,had no flavor whatsoever.It was like drinking warm milk 🤦🏻‍♀️ . I do have to say young man at the drive thru was very polite

Received an absurd amount of ice in my drink. I was just passing through the area, so this is not a location that I usually go to. My Shaken Expresso tasted fine and was made correctly, but I think this was way too much ice. I feel ripped off.

Took them 20 minutes going through the drive-through just to get the order wrong. Didn’t realize it till we’re gone and back on the highway. Very frustrating.

Drive thru, ordered venti, vanilla sweet cream, cold foam cold brew and was charged extra for the cold foam but did not recieve it. The cold brew tasted more like cream and had very little coffee flavor. Was traveling through the area. Would not recommend this location.

This location is by far my least favorite location, not once not, not twice , but three times in a row have I got a drink completely wrong, Today I order a cameral Frappuccino blend to keep it easy and so I can have the right drink, with one extra shot…. I’m drinking drink with a tiny tad bit of coffee even noticed by the color…. What did I pay $9 for??? My last time at this location.

Don't use a personal cup twice. It's not allowed. Although they are not touching it, they will reject it, stating that "it is dirty." What is the point of the personal cup? Maybe clean your house before pointing at others. Restaurants don't change coffee cups for every refill. SMH!!!
