Yes, it's a little on the expensive side. Gentleman missed my burger in the drive thru. Went in the restaurant. 5 stars because of what he did to make up for it. He acknowledged, got it corrected, put in a couple of cookies to boot.

Unfortunately the receipt was lost and I was unable to leave a ligit review w/the actual CarlsJr. here in Seaside. Always expect outstanding service from Oneida; assuring that sandwiches are proper & the fried items are fresh. Shes been there for awhile as Ive been a loyal customer myself and she is always there. Oneida is quick and aware, therefore she makes my visits feel "old school"..when people used to actually work when @ their jobs. The entire staff, Carmen, M&M -n- them, they're a nice team. The only thing I wish for, Mr. Carls Hardees Jr., are for those little sliders to resurface cause they were dank!

Quick service. Every time I have went there hasn't been much of a line and if there was it went fast. Food always hot. Haven't gotten any stale food or food I've had to take back cause it had been sitting under the warmer for forever. Overall great experience

This restaurant is super clean and even tho it wasn’t busy the food was made fresh and tasted great. The restroom was immaculate, kudos to this team. Manuel and Ariana were very pleasant.

Clean but they seem to have a few homeless people that like to stand in front and argue back and forth making for an uncomfortable entrance / exit. There is really nothing that the business can do about it, it's just the neighborhood.

All of the Carl's Jr. Restaurants are different in the way of service and special promotions. This is one of my favorites. They have an excellent staff in the morning and afternoon. The crew promptly and with a smile, take your order and you receive the order within minutes! Thanks.

Newly remodeled, plenty of parking, easy access drive-thru. Their burgers are tasty, and their self-serve fountain drinks are not watered down.

I enjoy my meal from Carl's Jr. Sometimes I cannot understand the person taking my order, due to the language barrier and accent, which is fine, I would just ask that they slow down when speaking. That would help tremendously. I don't want anyone to change their accent or language, just speak a little slower. Thanks so much!

The restaurant itself is clean and well maintained. Food is pretty consistent. The only concern I have is the homeless that congregate. Usually theres a shopping cart or two parked in front of the door and outlets inside the restaurant with electronics plugged in. I take my food to go because I don't like being approached while I'm eating.

This Carl's Jr is okay. The burgers tend to be well-made but the staff have a hard time getting our orders right. On this most recent visit, they still got it wrong after reading the order back to me. So, minus one star. Also the facility itself appears to be in poor condition, so minus one more star for the lack of asthetics. We do love Carl's Jr, so we will definitely come back. If you visit, make sure to double-check your order when they give it to you.

The wait in the drive thru seemed unnecessarily long, based on the lack of inside or drive thru customers. Additionally, after the wait, the food was considerably less hot and fresh than the wait would sugguest.

It's a fast food joint so go in with low expectation and you should be fine. The employees were kind and the burgers where good. The facility was clean and the drive through is usually fast. My only gripe is when I ask for large fries the container is always very empty.

I had to drive ahead and wait for my food, even though no one was behind me. My order was not correct and I was charged for food I did not receive. Due to construction I could not just go back into Carl's Jr.

Very slow drive through. And you have to order one thing at a time or they will not get it right. Also Carl's is expensive these days, almost 20 bucks for 2 beyond burgers, burger only not even a meal.

I give Carl’s Jr. a 2 star because they don’t fill my strawberry milkshake all the way to the the top that’s supposed to be at and also because I heard that Carl’s Jr. is supporting the president donald trump and are giving him money for being president for next year !

Food is awesome, but the prices are high. Service is garbage though. When I walked in the staff wasn't even paying attention or acknowledged me. It took several minutes for them to realize I was present before the guy behind the counter slammed his mop and bucket into the wall so he could even take my order. Absolutely unprofessional.

They do not give veteran discounts, only senior citizens, but only for a single item instead of the whole bill like other franchises do, i.e. McDonald's and Jack in the Box.

Many time I have been asked to drive away from the Drive Thru, even when there is nobody in line. Very annoying! Just complete the order and don’t cheat the system by making it look like the car leaves sooner than the order is filled. Manuel was not happy when I said I wouldn’t leave and pull forward. I hope nobody messes with my food. May not come back.

Ordered a salad... It shouldn't be call a salad. It should've been called 'THINGS YOU PUT ON A BURGER'. So I came here thinking it would be better.I ordered a Santa Fe chicken combo no sauce.I start eating my burger and it had sauce .Fries are stale.I. I would avoid this Carl's Jr. I ordered a California burger and everything about it was sad. The onions made my bun wet but my wife ordered 2 spicey chicken sandwiches with extra mayo and she said they were perfect. So I decided to try again, threw away my burger and ordered a spicey with extra mayo. The cook put so much mayo on it it was insane, probably 1/4 cup worth, both me and my wife were shocked at how much. I think the cook was just mad he was the only one working there. Love Carl's Jr. Be ware of this one though. However Order takers were friendly

Worst experience ever! 9p on a Thursday and we waited 15m and finally left. Drive thru girl could NOT understand her own menu, took 5x to order combo, she rang up a la carte!! Once order was in we waited, noone looked at us once in 15m, we left! Carl's Monterey.. EPIC FAIL! BK got your business!!

I was told I couldn't use the bathroom as I was not a customer even though I advised the cashier that I had intended to order something for lunch after the bathroom . I didn't use the bathroom, and they did not get an order from me.

I was running doordash, and I drove up to the drive thru menu and they said okay to go to window and then I sat there for more then 15-20 minutes while no one (absolutely no one) came to window to greet me or get the name on the order. One that they had not even started.

My bill came to under 5.00 I was charged 18.61 and I got upset and they told me to CALM down ...Pay Attention do your Job...also there was a greasy dime in my bag. The Mgr didnt charge me ..SO..I threw it out the window....Drive thru check receipt and order at your own RISK

Ordered 2 breakfast burritos. After i paid at the in drive thru i was told to pull ahead and waited for 5:36 . They did the same thing to the car ahead of me, btw. Are they manipulating their DT times for corporate? Burrotos were carelessly wrapped---more like a taco than a burritos.
