Tried to place an order online and it got the dessert, but dropped the rest of my order. Couldn't get the app to add it back in. So I drove in and had to place my order in the drive through. So no time saved. They put to much mayo on the burger and when I got home and picked it up the mayo ran out, like a river, down onto my shirt. It was a mess. The bread was soggy and falling apart and everything inside was falling out.

Today was my 3rd time going into this place.I am not a fast food person but for some reason i like the burger king fries with no salt. 3x i have ordered the large fries and everytime i bring it out the bag it looks like i ordered the small fries. For $3.50cents you wud think they should put in some effort to atleast file up the paper they put the large 🍟 in. It is very disappointing. But the place is clean and the environment looks cool.

I hate leaving bad reviews. But this place is just a mess. They seem understaffed and stressed out. Kitchen floor is a mess (bottle on the floor entire time I was there), lost my order ticket and generally not the convenient experience you expect from fast food. I love that they have an impossible Whopper and that's why we still come here but they really need to get the right people in here and get it organized better.

I placed an order on app b cuz I was on my way out of town and lady toni at the window rudely didn't repeat my order or say hi she just opened the window and told me I need to wait 10 mins b for I place my order online and come pick it up cuz they dont make it right away. I said ok im not complaining. What was the point of telling me that.. number 1 i know burgers are pre made and sit in a warmer bread and meat i worked for burger king as a kid. And my food was given in a matter of minutes not 10 like she stated and then handed me my food and told me to have a blessed day lol.. no u need to have 1.. i came in with a smile on my face no complaints not sure why i was greeted with such sarcasm. But do better toni.. dont like your job find another one. I'm in no rush.

I ordered one Whopper and two tacos. The two tacos for a $1.99 were not bad. The Whopper costing more than $6 was horrible. Why are fast food places serving dry stale buns and cold meat hamburgers? This overpriced piece of garbage was so dry that I could only choked down half of it. The other half I had to throw away. Burger King's not the only one doing this crap. McDonald's is no better. There's a lot to be said for Whataburger and waiting for them to make your order fresh because the food is worth it. Shame on all you fast food places that are just nuking everything and getting it out as fast as possible with no quality shown in its ingredients or service.

Burgers are cold, messing up the orders, and this is the last time I'll go there. Do not call me, do not offer me a free meal and do not email me. Very disappointed! I'm done. Whataburger will keep my business. Oh let's not forget every bite had too much salt. Avocado bacon burger at whataburger was delicious and no seasons on the meat requested. Look at whataburger sandwich in the picture. You wont get this at Burger King. Keep in mind those who think the food is good don't take their suggestions on other places cause we know the food at BK is cold and the other places they give 4 or 5 stars probably the same. Update: Food is now hot but night shift is like 1 order at a time. Super slow. Your at drive thru and they don't respond. You pull up to the window and honk no response. What are the workers doing if they aren't taking care of their customers. They sure aren't washing dishes or making orders cause you can see inside.

This location is a complete mess. The food quality was terrible, service was slow and careless, and the overall atmosphere felt unclean and poorly managed. Staff seemed uninterested and untrained, and basic customer service was nonexistent. I waited far longer than reasonable only to receive food that was clearly rushed and not prepared properly. I asked for ONLY ketchup and they gave me only pickles on my cheeseburgers. Good thing I checked because I'm allergic to pickles. I've called them 6x and they dont answer. Just a machine stating there's no voicemail activated

Employee wouldn't take my order. Had to order from Kiosk. After 20 minutes no order. The manager demanded I show a receipt. All I could give her was the order number and show her my credit card transaction. I tried to repeat the order to her and she would not accept it. Manager tried to use the excuse of "i just got back." Technology doesn't work when just getting to work. I wont be back and I will have to contact my credit card company to dispute their charges.

Waited in the drive thru for 35-40 mins for an ONLINE ORDER! After seeing several cars leaving which I'm assuming was due to the wait, I finally drove up to the window. He comes to the window and asks, "Did they take your order?" Me, "I have an online order." He goes to get it, hands it over to me and closes the window. My first time at this location and my last one too!! Won't be surprised if this location ends up shutting down cause these ppl don't care about their jobs.

Was told to wait while at the drive thru. I waited 15 minutes before I decided to just go up to the window and ask for my order that I had already paid for online. When I get to the window I see the girl roll her eyes at me and she didn’t even have her headset on. I would’ve left had I not already paid for my online order. No one else was in the drive thru so I don’t know why we had to even wait in the first place. And then I open my order and see they didn’t even give us the sauces we asked for. That was my first time going there and I’m Never going there again.
