Had our small intimate wedding reception there with 50+ guests. Service was excellent, drinks from the bar & food out in a timely manner and that was with a full restaurant on a Friday night. I was very happy with our experience there.

The food was AMAZING. Been in seguin here for a while and my mother in law is a frequent customer. Their food is fresh, hot and so good! Mexican restraunts are really a hit and miss out here, and they were so kind, food came quick, and it was delicious.

Had about a 20 minute wait on a Saturday night, & everyone working was really working as a team! The salsa was delicious & authentic. The beef fajita salad was really tasty, I’ll come back again.

Always a pleasure to dine in. Whether with friends and family or a table for 2; the service is great and the food is wonderful. Very fair price for the quality. AND, we LOVE the Fajitas by the pound for take out. Ask about specials.

I live in new Braunfels but travel to Seguin Texas often. El Ranchito has been my favorite Mexican food in town. They have a gravy chile con carne sauce that goes on their enchiladas that I love. My daughter is very picky about her enchilada sauce and she even likes it. They do give free chips and fresh made salsa before you order. They also have daily lunch specials which I love because I can try many different Mexican dishes. I have had a variety of what they offer and have never had any complaints about their food. Usually the service is good to, but you know sometimes we all have a bad day here or there. But no complaints really and I do love going there with my family or friends. Hope to see you there!

Had a celebration for my mom here 40 people. Can't say enough good things about the staff, food and how special they made us feel. The owner greeted us wishing my 90 year old mom happy birthday. Staff was so attentive with drinks and food, prompt and courteous. Highly highly recommend this restaurant. Thank you Stephanie you made this occasion so memorable.

Went to El Ranchito and they seated 16 of us. Service was impeccable and attentive to our needs. While waiting for our food, they made sure our glasses were full, with endless chips, queso and salsa. The food arrived and could have not been better, it was FABULOUS! I think for being open only 3 weeks, they have done a wonderful job. Everyone wants to do this again when we all get together. Thanks Robby and Stefanie for taking care of our family. Darrell Diane Hunter

I recently had take out from El Ranchito in Seguin and I just loved it. The enchiladas, rice, beans, queso and hot sauce were the best ever. Everything was seasoned perfectly. My favorite was the sauce and meat on the enchiladas. It was delicious. This is a restaurant that my mom, Peggy Archie, and I would enjoy together. The food is even better than I remembered.

My friends and myself went for a birthday dinner. We were seated right away, they took our drink order and came back and took our order. We sat and chatted for about 16 minutes when the food was hot and ready to eat We all ordered enchilada combo plates, and they did not disappoint!! The crew even came out and sang happy birthday to my friend to her surprise!! And I do wanna mention that Jacob our waiter was on top of our drinks Thank you for a great dining experience!! We will be back.

I got chicken enchilada with rice, no beans. The enchilada was great. There was so much chicken inside it was amazing. I will definitely be back. There was a tiny salad on the plate, since I passed on the beans they could have given me a little more salad.

We recently hosted our son’s high school graduation lunch here, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Our server, Matt, was exceptional—attentive, friendly, and truly made the experience special. The food was absolutely delicious, and the food exceeded our expectations. First time trying El Ranchito in their new location. Very good!! Sorry forgot to get photos of the food... I had the #21 (two enchiladas and two tacos) super yummy!! The wife had the half order of the special nachos (I ate her last three... also super yummy!!) Erica G did a fantastic job as our server... made sure to get our order in before a large table ordered.. very attentive, friendly and courteous! great job Erica and El Ranchito!!

The family visited El Ranchito yesterday for lunch and it was absolutely great. The waitress treated us like family thru the entire visit and the food was delicious. We give these folks 5 stars all the way. Seguin quisine was just as we had anticipated, absolutely wonderful and the environment was a South of the Border delight. Take the time to go eat here and enjoy.

Had the green enchilada. Food was served well plated, fresh and hot. Chips were fresh and tasty. Service was pleasant. Atmosphere is a bit worn. Enjoyed my lunch. Will be back.

Service and ambiance were superb! The food was served quickly; however, it wasn't quite as good as Garcias, in my opinion. I don't salt my food and this time I was tempted. I ordered a crispy chicken taco, cheese enchilada, rice, and beans. It was good. But Garcias same plate would be excellent. I would go again and try another entree.

I

Love the salsa. It is made with fresh tomatoes and peppers no tomato sauce here! The margaritas are very tasty as well. The cheese blends they use on the chalupas are so good. The crispy tacos are delicious, you can actually see and taste the ground meat. Love this place!

The food is good, the service is good, the staff is great. My wife and I are regulars here. It's an excellent restaurant for those days when you've had a hard day and don't feel like cooking. Always busy but never had to wait for a table.

We eat here once a week. My personal favorite Mexican restaurant in Seguin. There is nothing bad on their menu. The tacos are simple and perfect with a perfect fried tortilla. The refried beans are right and the sides are fresh, or not served. The atmosphere is large with a Hacienda feel to it. There's a great hidden bar. Great drinks. Check this place out.

Nice friendly restaurant, and the food was pretty good. During my visit, the restaurant had only one waitress at the time, and it took a little while to get the food. But unfortunately, that happens at food places.

There was a large party that had them slammed, it started out slow and bumpy but the staff pulled together and things smoothed out. The food was good and the Margaritas excellent. Turned out to be an outstanding evening.

I had a very enjoyable experience. It was not too busy when we arrived, so no wait for a table. The menu has a nice variety to choose from, we got the deluxe dinner. More than adequate portion for a hungry person! The beef taco, awesome. Home made shell, seasoned beef was delicious. Tamale done well and had a sauce like I have never had before... better than chile con carne, it is my new favorite!! Sour cream enchilada was really good too. Our waitress and staff were friendly with an 'at home atmosphere'. I would dine here on a regular basis if I lived in the area!!!

Food was good. For three days straight, I ordered the same exact thing. For those three days, I never was charged the same amount and never received the same size tea. Two of the three days it was a pick up order and one of those days I got a child's cup because they were out of bigger lids

Good service. Friendly and efficient staff. Nice atmosphere. Needed more seasoning cooked into the food. Beans and tamales were a little bland. Rice was dry. Asked for gravy and got white gravy with ground beef. I was expecting the wonderful red gravy that comes on a Mexican plate of food. It too was bland.

B
Bonnie Williams

Service was great, but the food was bland. No spice! For a Mexican restaurant, that's disappointing! The interior was dark, and the only pictures on the walls were those of the staff. Some color on those mostly blank walls would be good! Don't think we'll be back.

Our server Erica G was awesome. One of the best servers we have ever experienced with our kids. She brought us a high chair without even asking and she brought our daughter’s meal out to our table before our meals without asking. That makes it so much easier for us to eat as the parents because we have both hands free to feed our child, and then she is happy and fed so we can then pay attention to our own meals when they come out. Thank you Erica G! The taste of the food was not that great. Very little flavor. The price was pretty good though! I got a ton of food for a really great price. The atmosphere was bland. I did like the large fans, but I felt like we were eating in a castle. Overall, we would come back for the server alone, but the food itself would keep us away.

R

Looked like they were short staffed and the (I think it was the owner) didn't know what she was doing at all. She told us it was a 20 min wait when there was almost nobody there (got seated within 5 min tho, she had to push tables together). Our waiter was very nice helped with ordering and kept us updated. It was mainly the cooks who messed up and our waiter had to remind them that we still had a whole other plate we ordered, which took them quite a bit (for it to be and easier plate to cook) to get it out to us, like everyone else was fine eating by the time it came out (30 min). I'm from the south were they have actual mexican food, so the only way I know how to describe the food I got (pictured) is "White people enchiladas". The sauce for it was ground beef based, not much cheese on them and I had to ask for more beeans as you can see. For my drink I had to get a dp cause it did not even taste like tea, not even un-sweet tea more like water with lime. The salsa tasted like spicy tomatoes. Not going to go back.

C
Carla Torres

Not what I expected both in $$$ and food. Ordered the chicken fried steak and it was a small piece. Salad tasted like it was bagged. Hubby ordered ranchero steak and it was a small hamburger patty smothered in a sauce. Chips, salsa and queso were delicious. Place clean and staff friendly.

Came here on a Saturday night expecting to have a nice date night out with my husband but as soon as we stepped in we knew we shouldn’t have came here. The environment was really awkward! There was absolutely no music, not even a TV! Just pure quietness, you could hear everyone’s conversations! Our waitress Meredith was nice and helpful, the food was ok but didn’t taste authentic to me,the salsa was watery and tasted like tomatoe sauce. They really don’t have many options on the menu. They have a bar area in the back and yet they still weren’t playing music back there! The roof looked nasty and old like it could just fall out any moment! It’s sad cause this restaurant has a lot of potential if they would fix these problems. I definitely do not recommend if you are looking for a good restaurant, however I do recommend if you are older and like to eat in complete silence. We won’t be back here ever again!

M
Misuki Nagay

They had our friends’ baby shower in their agenda and still we’re not able to have appropriate number of staff members available that evening . Which prolonged our appetizer and meals. While we waited we also ordered margaritas and about 10min later we were told they no longer had margaritas available.

Great wonderful cast of supporting characters. The main plot of the story, was unfortunately unsalvagable. Bring salt peeps, I had to add cheese to my Carne Guisada to make it more favorable. A sin punishable by public stoning. The overall taste will pass along the lines as another chain Mexican restaurant. A little more comino and spices would really help out their menu. The tortilla soup was said to be good by my dining companion. He stated that the consistency of the tortilla strips was a welcome suprise. It's was tortilla soup instead of tortilla mush.

Z
Ziv Marshall

Service was great and fast. Everyone was really friendly. But it's giving Mexican food in Utah; taco salad with chicken was likely made with canned chicken and the enchiladas were covered with Velveeta cheese lol. There wasn't any flavor to anything besides the taco shell which was fantastic. Overall come here for the service, not the food lol

J
Jacob Murray

Drinks were great. Service was awesome. Food was out right awful. Refried beans were watery, spanish rice tasted terrible, in short I do not recommend El Ranchito to anyone. Too many other nice Mexican restraunts to waste money where the tortillas double as frisbee's.......respectfully

I got the Deluxe Dinner that comes with one chalupa, enchilada, taco, tamale, three cheese nachos, rice and refried beans. I posted a picture of the plate with the Chalupa (has guacamole on it) and the the three cheese nachos. I was surprised to find out it was LITERALLY 3 regular size tortilla chips with a partially melted shredded cheese on it! Not 3 cheeses, but 3 chips with cheese. And the chips were burnt. They were so bad I only ate 1 of the 3. So I guess 3 is plenty. The meat in the enchilada was disgusting. I took one bite and couldn't believe how bad it was. I had my son take a bite to see if my taste buds were off or something and he couldn't believe how bad they were either. I do like the chips and salsa they give you. The chips are delicious, light and crispy and the salsa is spicy and flavorful. The chalupa, rice and beans, and beef taco were good. My son got the Chile Relleno. It is supposed to be a stuffed Poblano pepper. However, when it arrived it was just a mound of mess and the only part of the pepper was on the bottom. His food didn't look appetizing because it was in pieces but it tasted fine and he ate everything. This was my first time eating at the new location. I had eaten at the old location dozens of times over the years. Although some of the food was good, about half of my meal was terrible. I will not be going back.

Well started off with the sign when you walk through the door . “ Today’s special Margaritas “ . Sounded great . All six of us seated and waitress came by for drink orders . We all ordered frozen margaritas. Waitress came back and said the machine was broken. This machine has been broken for months and months! So we ordered a strawberry margarita on the rocks , sorry we are out . Ok how about orange juice ? Sorry we are out , how about pineapple? Sorry we are out . So frustrating. Instead of a full time bartender they have a waiter doing double duty. Probably why no inventory is being done. I ordered grilled pork chops. Says it comes with grilled onions . I’m good . It came out smothered in green peppers and onion . I hate green peppers and it wasn’t in description . Food was ok . The sign out front is still broken . And seating is complicated, they only sit one side or the other? Unfortunately soon we will see the for lease sign in front. Sad because I’ve been patronizing since the original. The place has no vibe , no music. It feels dead inside and the waitresses all seem unhappy because they don’t have customers, and tips

Food wasn’t good at all! I ordered an enchilada plate with rice and beans. It was extremely salty and just tasted horrible. I couldn’t even eat it, I had a few bites just paid and left. My grandfathers plate was the same. He has high blood pressure so he was unable to eat the meal as well. Just a complete waste of money!

How do you get bad Mexican food in South Texas?! My husband and I were truly shocked and very disappointed. We stopped here on our way home from a road trip to Indiana. The parking lot was full, the lights were bright, and we were starving, having not eaten since breakfast. We were seated right away, and the dining room is nice. That was the end of the positive aspects of our visit. I was asking the server about some menu items; her response to each question was "I'm not sure". This was never followed with "Let me go ask someone and I'll be right back". And I was asking pretty basic questions, like "On the meal with two enchiladas and two tamales, do I get to choose what kind of enchiladas and tamales? Because I'd like cheese enchiladas and pork tamales". I wasn't asking if the food was locally sourced or contained gluten or was made with organic ingredients. A simple question. Then came the chips and salsa. The chips were nice, but the salsa was watery and had no flavor. We asked for queso; when it came in a little bowl, it looked like soup. It literally just ran off the spoon. We did not even try it. Then came our entrees; the enchiladas were indeed cheese, but the gravy on them was not the rich, flavorful gravy that comes on every plate of every other restaurants' enchiladas. It was watery and flavorless and whatever sort of tiny bits of meat that was in it were gristly. I don't know what was in the tamales because they were pretty tasteless. My husband had tacos that were marginal (how can you possibly mess up a *taco*???) but the rice was hard and rather cold. The only slightly acceptable offering was the beans. Again, we were ravenous so at that point, any food we had should have tasted like ambrosia, right? Not so. And on top of all this, our server never came back to the table. We had to ask another person for more tea. We will not return!

C
Charlyne Smith

Tacos were so greasey and the chili rellano was so little. We left our plates 3/4 full. Only thing halfway good was queso. Never got refills on tea or water. We went when only 4 tables being served and wait staff was just standing around. Have been going there for over 18 years, evening held a rehearsal dinner here. Was truly disappointed this time.

N
N B

Hands down the blandest tasteless horrible mexican food I have ever had. Tamales are so tiny, minimal filling and tasteless. The meat gravy over tamales and enchiladas was....well like brown slop. They didn't even know what a skinny margarita was and refused to let us tell them how to make one. The salsa has a little kick very ordinary. The server was very nice and attentive.

Food was awful but service was great! Hope they gave my waiter his great tip! They sent him home before I could tip him. Front greeter was very unhappy. Dont know if it's because she works here or life challenges or both. Hope the waiter finds a happier place that suits his amazing talents and has much better food. Food was really awful!!! Wasnt food poisoning bad, just tasted really bad!!!!!!!

First time visit: 1. Good location, nice building 2. Good selection 3. Under staffed 4. The basic side dishes were bland 5. Refried beans were the texture of baby food. 6. Flour tortillas were dry and flat like flour drink coasters 7. The carne guisada was tender but the seasoning needed to be notched up a level. 8. Cheese enchiladas - MORE LIKE PROCESS CHEESE FOOD similar to Velveeta but not as good. 9. Crispy beef tacos,SO SO 10. Overall experience - 🚫 save your money 💰 unless you don't have teeth or taste buds then thıs is just right 👍.

Well, normally it’s not a terrible experience but today was the last straw. We were sat at a filthy table to start things off. We continued to sit there 5 mins with no waitress coming by. That’s when we decided to try and get their attention. That didn’t work, they all hung their heads low and paid no attention. Try not to look so glum and maybe you’d get more tips. Very disappointed. No stars. Others who showed up after us were getting served.

This is the second time we have been here and the second time that service has been non-existent! Last week it was a 45 minute wait to get two tacos, rice and beans. Today, we waited in the bar area 30 minutes for ANYONE to bring us a menu - never happened - we went and got it ourselves. Waited another 15 minutes after that before the server even came by to check on us and she still didn't ask if we wanted anything. This is the WORST restaurant I have ever been to - we will NEVER set foot in this place again. Save your money and go somewhere else - there are plenty of other Mexican restaurants that treat you much better!

food has no flavor. drinks taste watered down. salt on everything. queso was very thick not worth the money. only thing that was simi good was tortillas. i don't recommend going at this time of year to eat. and my bill came out to 60.00 and i was confused, Because i can eat out at a fancy restaurant and pay 50.00.

UPDATE FOR THE UPDATE: My husband and I are officially sick merely a couple of hours after eating there. UPDATE: 6 whole years later! We gave Ranchito another try bc it moved locations. We had hoped they would get their act together. We Hi sealy have no idea how they are still in business. Nope. Food was not good and as I look at my old review from 6 years ago.. (that i completely forgot about as i came to write a fresh and new review) nothing really changed even though the location did. This time I got to listen for 20 minutes during our meal as the now female owner of the restaurant stood and droned on and on to customers at the table next to us about "haters in the comments" and how "it's been slow lately but that ok were putting in a patio area!" She gossiped so much I knew who she was and her whole business because she would not shut up about her personal and business life. She didn't take any responsibility for the failures I heard her talk about... it was always just other people's fault. She seemed... oblivious. Like lady... listen to some criticism. We are locals! I heard her say reviews were only coming from people that don't even live here or disgruntled employees. That's such a lie! The waiter was a young man and he was AMAZING! His customer service was the gold standard. They better be paying him well. I think this place is only still running because of senior/older customers that loved the place from back in the day and their taste buds fell off bc the food just isn't good at all. They are coming out of habit at this point. To the lady owner... I know you're reading this because you blabbering about how you read these comments. Today it was all YOUR fault that your customers felt completely uncomfortable while trying to have their meal in peace. Can't blame anyone else but you for that. -------------Original Review------------------- The waiter mumbled a lot and i could barely hear my order and it wasnt even crowded. He seemed like he was just tired of being there. Poor guy seemed done with it all. Turns out he wasnt just the waiter he was the owner of the place. He seemed nice enough. The staff was nice. No problem with the service. However the food was awful, unfortunately. We order a "chile con queso" and it was just melted cheese with nothing else. No flecks of spice or anything let alone "chile". The salsa was digusting. Like someone threw an old tomato in a blender and poured it in a cup. Watery and flavorless. The chips tasted like they need to change the fryer oil. They were soaked in grease and smelled bad. The enchiladas werent very good (thick rubbery corn tortillas and over salty enchilada sauce) the tacos pulled pork meat was dry and flavorless and the flour tortilla was stale and and hardened. Again.. Service was courteous the food was just terrible. Id definitely come back if they sort the food out. They seem like good people.

Not very happy with the new company running this restaurant. Very vague, high priced menu. Food is mediocre. Loved the previous owner restaurant.

I used to really enjoy El Ranchito however this meal was awful. Starting with the chips and salsa that was flavorless. The chips were plane and the salsa just tasted like tomato water. Then on the main course I had the taco salad and the shell tasted like three day old grease. The meat lacked any flavor along with the rest of the ingredients. The best thing I had with my lunch was the Dr. Pepper and that was not by much. I definitely do not plan to return until they get there food turned around. I do want to leave one positive comment and that is for the hard working wait staff that were very good and attentive to our table.

Thank for not being open tonight. You need to update this on your Google post. I was able to get some good food at HEB.

We waited nearly an hour for our food. It came out I plate at a time. The food seems store bought. Mostly bland, doesn’t appeal to the eye or the palette. The waitress was nice and attentive just young and not able to get the kitchen to work quickly. Do not spend your time or money here. They will not be here long

The worst customer service. While I'm waiting for my food, they're asking us to move to another table. Got the bill, and we have not even gotten the food. When I asked why the waiter said so, I didn't get confused. I want to leave and go bad she was, and overall, I prefer El Patron. The salsa got more garlic than tomatoes and. No napkins, food was not good either. Just my opinion 🤷

Great food, the wait staff was kind. Unfortunately, they’re having trouble keeping kitchen staff. Went with my family on two occasions. The first the food took about an hour. Not ideal, but at least we got food. The second time, the food took over an hour and my wife’s plate came out 20 mins before the next plate. Ultimately, 4 members of my family never got food, so we just ended up cancelling the ticket. Hope they get it figured out, but right now it’s gonna be a tough sell to try again.

Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but our experience was so poor that I felt compelled to warn others. We ordered nachos — a simple dish that’s hard to mess up — yet somehow, they did. Instead of the usual toppings, we got large chunks of lettuce and tomato, not even shredded, with store-bought avocado plopped on top. The cheese was barely melted, and the nachos were soggy from the moisture of the vegetables. To top it off, the salsa was bland — it tasted like chopped tomato and jalapeño with zero seasoning. Overall, a disappointing dish and a waste of money. We won’t be going back.

Waited 45mins for 1lb of fajitas and never got them. Was told there were big parties on the other side of the restaurant causing a back up in the kitchen. I spent 18years of my life in restaurants and I can tell you, there were not enough people in that restaurant to cause a 45 min wait on food unless the kitchen is incompetent, but even then that falls on the manager's shoulders. After 45 mins I asked to pay for what we had which was a small order of queso, a tea, and a water. It cost me $15! I went down the road and ate a Mexican meal and it was $15 for two plates and drinks. I will not be giving them another chance. Overpriced, rather rude server, and unable to handle a light dinner rush.

TERRIBLE experience!!! Had a wait getting sat and they said it would only be 15 minutes or less. We ended up having to wait over 30 minutes… Then after we finally got sat, we got our orders taken and were given some chips and salsa as normal, except the servers were all just hanging out talking to each other in the corner not checking on any tables including us and we couldn’t get our chips refilled for over 15 minutes until we finally had to go and ask our server on our own. We were also told they had no straws but every other table that was already sat and that got sat after us received straws and once we asked again, they magically were not out of straws anymore. We did not receive our food for another 40+ minutes after ordering and when we did, the “side salads” on the plate were not salads at all. It was just two pieces of lettuce and half a tomato. They forgot toast for one of our meals. It was just a complete mess overall and NOT a well ran restaurant top to bottom. Will not be coming back and would not recommend to anyone.

We we last night, the front hostess was on there phones and completely ignored us coming in. We got seated and got our salsa and chips. The salsa tasted like tomatoes only. Zero flavor. We ordered some queso and it was good. The food was so horrible. OMG. It was cold and no flavor at all. Do not go there. RUN. They should have kept GG Cafe there.

Waited almost and hour for food while tables that were sat after us were served. I ordered beef fajita nachos with no guac (can’t stand the stuff), when the food arrived there was guac all over my nachos. They took them back and we waited another 20 minutes for nachos that look like they had scraped off the guac and there were not any beans. Unfortunately, I couldn’t eat most of them. The waiter said he would comp our ticket and then came back saying he could only remove a tea, not the nachos because he couldn’t find the manager…very odd. Not a great experience and will not be returning at all.

For one, the manager and wait staff has less than a clue of as to how to run a restaurant; how do you lose a ticket and NOT notify the customer in an HOUR of them asking where their food is? Strange. Highly suggest you look elsewhere, you would probably receive better food and service almost anywhere else.

I would rather eat a rancid can of half opened Hormels canned tamales out of a Philadelphia dumpster than eat here again. I had better customer service in jail. It’s taken me less time to peel a roadkill armadillo off the side of the freeway, age it, smoke it, and make chili than it took to receive my entree. To cap it off, they “lost” their liquor license, so I had to endure this cuisine enema stone sober. I recommend Taco Bell.

The food was horrible, I ordered the tortillas soup and it was so bad I couldn't eat it my husband ordered the enchiladas and they were not very good but he did eat some of it. The tea was good, our waitress was wonderful and everyone was super friendly just bad food oh the hot sauce is too die for

Went in with my son this morning and everything seemed cool. Our server came and asked our drink order and said they were remaking tea. We waited over 15 mins for our drinks while I kept seeing other servers refill peoples sweet tea cups. I thought okay no big deal, and then we get our drinks served seconds before our food and the food was just not great. I took two bites out of my beef enchilada plate and left it just like that. Nobody seemed to inquire why I left my whole plate and still paid in full for my meal which again, cool but it would’ve been nice to be offered something else. My son’s chicken strips also tasted funky he did not eat them, plate was full. So many servers saw us without our drinks and not one of them seemed to care, nobody also cared we left our full plates there as well. Will not recommend this restaurant to anybody it’s not worth the hype, worst $33 ever spent on dining out.

OMG I thought the food was going to be delicious. I was wrong. I'll never go there again. Salsa was like blend. The meat was too salty. The rice uggggg. The only thing that was good was the lettuce and tomatoes plus my tea. Looked petty but looks can be deceiving. Service was good but the food wasn't.

Had lunch here yesterday for the first time and can say with certainty that I will never be back. The server was clueless when asked about gluten free items. I thought the chicken tortilla soup would be safe, but it was inedible. It was extremely salty liquid with a glob of shredded chicken and had a few tiny things floating that I think may have been tomato pieces. The salsa was ok, but the chips were stale. The desert flan came out, after a very long wait, frozen solid and served on a super hot plate. It was not creamy and had no caramelized sugar. There were five other people at our table and when we left the restaurant, everyone said they would not be back. I gave everything one star only because there was no way to give a negative star.

My worst restaurant experience in 70 years. Food was terrible, service poor, and the restaurant smelled like a toilet had overflowed. Deserves less than 1 star.

Ordered enchilada taco plate. Food was tasteless. Enchilada sauce resembled Alpo dog food. Took 2 bites, paid left. Never to return. Get a new cook.

The salsa was just watery tomatoes, no flavor. The flour tortillas had no flavor. I ordered a crispy beef taco and as you can see from the menu, it should have only been $4.50 but when the cashier rang me up, it was $5.00. I know it's only 50 cents, but that's false advertising and not good business. The cashier did not try to make it right at all. I will not be back! Good luck to these people.

We walked in knowing it would be busy just by the full parking lot. Understandable 20-25min wait and decided to stay. As we waited, we could see how unorganized the front staff were. (Side note: If wait staff are wearing a white collard button up shirt, shouldnt the hostesses be in similar dress code, rather than shorts and white flat sneakers?) After being seated, waitress was welcoming. After returning with drinks and to take our order, I asked if the flautas were made w/ corn or flour tortillas. She went to ask and confirmed flour. Great for me! Kids plates: Tamale plate & taco plate, MIL ordered chicken fajita salad. 1 of 4 plates correct. My flautas were corn, 1 kids plate was a cheese enchilada not a taco plate, MIL chicken fajita salad was clearly a chicken taco salad. MIL went back & forth with waitress that it seems to be a chicken taco salad bc what she had orginally ordered had other toppings. Waitress claimed no it's correct its a fajita salad and does not come w/avocado. I suppose the menu must be wrong and both salad options w/ meat are the same salads. So much for variety! Also pretty small and skimpy for the price. I didn't want to keep pushing the issues w/ my plate as we would have waited longer for replacement as stated by waitress. Now waiting for a taco for my daughter, I decided to try the enchilada that came on the already served plate, the cheese wasn't even melted. At this point I was over it. I wish the salsa was good enough to drench over the food to at least enjoy it but it wasn't. The salsa is made with fresh quickly blended tomatoes, not bad for some instances but this one did not have much flavor as roasted or sauted salsas would. Never again returning. No attempt from management, waitress or hostess to make things right and didn't take accountability for mistakes/ experience. We should have just revised the food and left to taco bell.
