We waited 20 minutes just to have our order taken. Then we waited almost another 30 minutes to get our food when there are people behind us in drive-through getting their foods before us and then on top of that we had to push the button again then they brought up they brought off the food and then tried to charge it again, even though we stated clearly and tried to show them that we were already charged for the food, I work in the food business. I understand that it gets busy things happen… it’s ridiculous that they literally forgot that we were there. Definitely poorly managed this evening

My boyfriend and I ordered ahead on the app, drove up, checked in, and proceeded to wait 25 min. We then push the button (because we are the only people here at this point) and ask where our food is and had the most rude worker. 10 minutes later she brings out our food with an incredible attitude and our drinks filled to the top with ice as if it was our fault they forget our order.

I was glad I was able to go for my drinks here all the time usually went earlier than today so Today ordered some cherry limeades which definitely not taste the same went back and supposedly they re did them but they were still not tasting good the girl attending me I was giving her the drinks back which she was like ok what size are they but there was this guy in the back said like ok give me the cups seemed like he was upset not like if I was going to turn back just to lie about the drinks and we usually just go for the drinks so sad

Worst sonic experience in my entire life but the car hop was great. The food however was questionable and a lot got thrown away because it was inedible.

This location is horrible. Takes extremely long to get your order even if its just a drink. Ive even tried ordering ahead on the app still same experience. Seems like no management or poor management with a bunch of younger people trying to figure out how to run things under pressure. I live minutes from this location and will literally drive 20 mins away to the next towns sonic just based off the fact I will spend just as long waiting in my car for someone to take my order or bring out my food.

2 cars parked at drive in. We pulled in drive through. They asked us to wait........12 minutes later they took our order........waited at window 10 more. Coney burnt! Not first time...but will be the last.

Restroom is out of order. Instead of allowing me to use their restroom, the manager asks me to walk to the bank on a Saturday. I wasn’t going to make it, so ask for a large cup. They said I can’t go in a cup, unless I walk behind the shed. Do not go to this location unless you intend to be treated like a dog.

I was so excited to revisit this Sonic after our last trip because it was so good the last time and BOY was I disappointed…. Couldn’t even put in an order because the girl on the speaker kept repeatedly putting in the wrong thing even though we kept repeatedly saying “a number 7” and reiterating we wanted the foot long chili cheese coney and she asked “American?” So we again said “No, a chili cheese foot long coney, a number 7.” and then she put it in as a 6 inch coney and we were so frustrated having to repeat ourselves and her not listening at that point so we just left. I have never experienced anything that insane. We were very clear and there was zero reason for confusion we said the number and what the specific item was. We won’t be going to this Sonic again. I’d give zero stars if I could.

This is a complete dumpster fire of a Sonic location. So far every single time we have ordered, using the app and at the location, the service is absolutely slow as hell. Tonight ordered with sonic app and it said it would be ready for pickup at 822…well at 840 there was still nothing. And Tuesday was the same. Try to avoid this location at all costs. Wait till you can get north or south of here.
