The cheeseburger was cold .. onion rings was hot staff was friendly and professional

On 11/24/24 we stopped in to use the restrooms which had pee on the women's and men's toilet. Then we went through the drive-thru and ordered our food. Service was polite and fast but the food was COLD.

Got the jalapeño bites and had to wait for fresh ones and when they gave them to me they were cold!

I come here a few times a year and remember why I don’t eat here. They always get my order wrong and the beverages always taste weird. One time I had to wait over 40 minutes for two burgers and chicken nuggets. I got a sweet tea as well and as soon as I took a sip I immediately spit it out. It tasted gross and I asked them to replace it but they just poured it out and gave me another cup. I took a sip again and it still tasted the same so I just poured it out on the parking lot and my burger honestly looked like it was on the floor and stepped on. I demanded a refund for my food and left. I honestly don’t recommend coming here.

Carefully not to take more than 60 seconds trying to finalize your order. The rude and nasty cashier will curse you out. Take your hard earned money elsewhere. 9:45 am 10/28/2025.

Hi i went to Burger King store 821 on 8/15/2025 at 10:38. The order taker was yelling at my family member and saying 'if your going to yell at me get out of my drive-thru' while my family member was not yelling at her. We were just trying to make two orders and she said 'stop saying the same thing' . We had two of the same orders and er were just trying to get food. Please fix this. Thank you.

My order is always different even though I order the same thing lol Sometimes ranch, sometimes its spicy, you never really know. They're nice tho

Every time I’ve been to this burger my food is never cooked correctly. I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but every time it’s the same thing. The patties are never cooked correctly. Save your money, I even told them to make sure the patties were cooked on both sides and it wasn’t.

Store 524 Dalton GA, Out of Coke, CO2, ketchup, worst whopper I ever had. Whopper was cold, onion rings were cold. My wife had a chicken sandwich which was cold also. Wasn't fully cooked. Garbage can was at a door that customers weren't going out anyway. I gave them a review of one. That number was by the grace of my heart.

We ordered a chicken fries meal and a double whopper meal with cheese tots. Drove all the way home, and they forgot the chicken fries. It's not like we ordered the entire menu. We ordered 3 things. Do not come here, no one can do their job right. They didn't give us a receipt or pick up the phone.
