This wendy's is really good. Everyone is nice there, they got my food out in less than a minute so that was good. But my favorite part of going there is seeing Devin DiPippa, one of the cashiers. She is always a pleasure.

The wait wasn't long, decent parking, workers are very amiable, decent pricing as well as good deals. Inside the building, it's usually very clean and pretty spacious. Sometimes there are lines, but the wait usually does not exceed 8 minutes.

Maybe it’s because I’m getting older, but I find as I do age I can’t eat fast food like I used to maybe the food has changed may be the recipe has changed maybe the ingredients has changed but Wendy’s is one of the few places I can eat and not get sick, but not only that the food is actually pretty good…. I love the Oswego chicken. I know I spelled that wrong but it’s really good. I usually get the combo I recommend it highly. If I had to critique them, I would just say salt the fries a little bit more… other than that, very happy!

I just recently beat cancer been taken into it easy and going out a little bit each day to get stronger and stronger the battle is done I won as far as Wendy's goals I've been eating it for quite a few years it's always good it's always personal and they always take the time to make sure that the world is correct clean spotless and manager is a pleasure to be around thank you so much for your attention.

I generally hit the drive through late at night or I’m grabbing food on the way home for the family. This location is on point at 2pm/10pm/12am. Consistency is such a major thing for any establishment and this staff is on it. Want to give a nod to Tim who even at 12Am was still in good spirit and had great customer service. The night crew is some of the friendliest and best.

Wendy's definitely needs to be cleaned up a little bit. You know the other restaurants kind of updated in this place is a little little long in the tooth, but the food is always good. Service is always good. They don't really mess up your order too much or at all

Wendy's has been ask a favorite of mine since the $4 bag which comes with a burger of your choice, food, chicken nuggets and a drink. The $5 bigger bag comes south almost the same but larger burgers fried and a drink. They open early and syst open late and is a great treat for your children in the weekend or yourself during the week. I prefer the chicken burger myself and my dogs love the nuggets lol remember pets ate people too!!

I had a great experience at this location, I was greeted upon walking in and the cashier was friendly, the manager was also working and she was doing multiple jobs at once, packing food, doing drive through order. Excellent customer service!

This particular Wendy's doesn't normally get too much activity on your average weekend. However it is still a nice, and pleasant fast food restaurant to visit. Their food is satisfactory by fast food standards and their burgers are one notch better than a McDonald's burger in quality. However I will say without a breakfast menu Wendy's is lacking and McDonald's has them beaten in that department. *EDIT* They now have breakfast! Hooray!

Went through the drive through was quick all my items were in the bag. Lady in the window opened window gave me the food and closed the window. Never said a word I chuckled maybe she was having a bad day.

The Wendy's 4 for $4 is a great, not bad for mid quality fast-food standards. Just make sue you get no ice with that beverage. I'll cherish the free water and ice cream until I inevitably get cancer from the "fresh meat." TL;DR: Well... it's at least better than Burger King.

The Wendy's in Shirley L.I. is great. Speaking of the drive thru...they are always fast, polite & accurate. The worker asked me how I was, took my order, said thank you then said "have a nice day" when I was done. I was pleasantly surprised. They are a little slow inside, so the drive thru is the way to go.

We've always used their Drive Thru with no issues. Orders have been correct, wait time quick and the lot has multiple exits you can use to get to the back road, the main road, etc. The only issue we have is ordering through GrubHub. GrubHub can't deliver from this location past a certain time. Otherwise, a good place to get your usual Wendy's cravings.

A very clean restaurant. I was quite impressed with the new layout. (I don't frequent these places too often) Service was standard for a fast food burger joint. Which will vary depending on employee shift. The staff that served me today was quite friendly. So yeah. All good here

The place is always nice to visit; clean restaurant, short waiting times, and high quality food. Sometimes they do forget items, but I think it's understandable and it hasn't affect my want to come back. Even when the place is busy, they manage to serve people in a nice amount of time.. Though this does mean they're more prone to mess up, but that's okay! Even if they do that on occasion, I can tell they're all hard workers and care about the customers. I do miss the old setup, ESPECIALLY with the wall of glass at the drive through. It was always my favourite part of the place as a child, but I'm thankful the restaurant wasn't remodelled into something boring or ugly.

The food was good. Came out hot and didn't take too long. They remodeled the place since i was last there and it has a more modern setup. Bathroom was clean and the table was also cleaned. Easy to see from road but parking is a bit difficult

They try. Sometimes the man at the drive thru that takes our order sounds very nice other times he sounds like he hates his job. Overall they do a good job but sometimes they mess up the order and I end up throwing food away. At least we haven't gotten any hair in our food like we did 2 weeks in a row at the Center Moriches location. That's just gross so we won't be going back there.

Wait times at this location are usually pretty bad. The workers move with 0 enthusiasm and of the manager isnt around cracking the whip you can easily end up spending 30 to 45 minites inside the store just to get a cheeseburger and fries. The drivethru is permanently backed up and wait is even worse there.

Wendy's food is Wendy's food 4 for 4 deal is always a good choice. If I have one complaint it's that the drive-thru Personnel always has an attitude towards the night hours which is the time I get off of work. So after dealing with attitudes all day at my job I don't appreciate coming here ordering my food with good conscience and getting an attitude in return Because I ask a question.

Very convenient but the line can be too long on regular days since they decide to cram it in that small section out there near a bunch of traffic lights. Burgers could be made with a bit more love as well.

Okay. Only like chicken and fries. Went thru drive through fries cold. Did not like when i asked what drinks have referred me to board. If u pay by Cc ring up give it back to me right away almost left with out it as she put it on side giving food first then rang it through. Thats backwards how usually done. Staff pay attention to customers not each other

The food is good but I ordered 10 piece spicy bbq nuggets ,bacon cheese potato and a coke when I got home I only had 8 nuggets I called the location they answered then hanged up the phone I called back and they did not answer I just wanted to tell time to be careful next time because I payed for 10 nuggets and that's what I was expecting

Typically good, but hours on door need to be adjusted if locked before 10pm. Went to both doors and they were locked at 9:27pm on a Wednesday. App also confirmed and allowed two orders to be made.

Food was great and so was the manager Lisa. She was very helpful. The drive thru lady who took my order was very quick to respond and I could tell she just wanted to get the night over with. I ordered a drink and thought about nuggets until I was cut off to the price.

I pulled up to the ordering kiosk at 10:23 AM. I asked for a spicy chicken sandwich with onion added and a medium chocolate frosty. I was informed that they were serving breakfast and lunch starts at 10:30. I asked if I had to wait seven minutes and he said, yes the food won’t be ready until 1030. So fine. I parked and then got back in line at 10:30. I re-ordered what I had asked for previously and was told the Frosty’s weren’t ready yet. I said but it’s 1030. It’s lunchtime. he said yes, but we don’t have any Frosty’s right now. So I asked for a small Coke. Wouldn’t you think he would’ve mentioned that the Frosty’s wouldn’t be ready at the same time as the food? Or better still, don’t you think they could flip the switch on the frosty machine at 10 AM so that the frosty would be ready when the food is?

Placed a mobile order and they handed us a bag and cup and said that was everything. I assumed the cup was my frosty but it was a coke, which I didn't order. So my boyfriend said we were supposed to get a frosty and they said that the frosty machine was down or something like that (which would have been all good). But instead of asking what we wanted to replace it with, they just assumed a coke was okay and we had to ask before driving away. Like are we supposed to read minds? Then we started driving away and I saw that they forgot our burger and chili. So we head back to the drive thru and they said oh we don't have chili so we took it off your order. They also didn't inform us of this previously. Best part is it's looking like they charged us for the chili on my card anyway. I went after a long shift at a fast food place myself and I hate to be a complainer but like, these people clearly just do not care. Just communicate properly and do your job.

I just got my bag and I went through it to find out it wasn’t my order. The manager took both bags and went through it with two other employees. Then they all started fighting each other (playfully) regarding the mess up of the order. I was so surprised to see that AND that they went through the food and will most likely return it to the heat lamp during a pandemic. Im just shocked how the manager behaved mostly.

This Wendy's is a local staple I feel as it's been there pretty much my entire life. I do feel by now after 35 years they should know how to make a simple order correct. The last 4 times I went. 3 out of the 4 were horrible!! There is alot of competition around Wendy's.

Very sweet girl at the window Fries cold and only got 1/2 full in the cardboard holder burgers were good but wet slimy rolls and 2 orders were $27. !!!!! Not worth it

Went to wendys in my town and ordered the chicken avocado salad. The tomatoes were disgusting. Did not even look like tomatoes had to take them off the salad. Not even sure what it was.

the only reason i’m giving a bad review is because the blonde women whose the manager here is an absolute beast. she’s nasty and down right mean to all her employees. watching her talk down and belittling them even in front of customers makes me never want to go back.

Unfortunately I have to leave one star if I can leave 0 I would. The kids u have behind the counter at 10 o’clock on Sunday are god awful, especially the heavy set one with wolf tattoo. I’m also a general manager and I wouldn’t have this for my store. Def lost my business il travel 25 min away before I go 2 minutes down the road to this place again.

Unfortunately a bad experience today. They offer uber ears for delivery, I had placed an order that cost $17 more than if I picked it up myself. Uber eats cancelled the delivery after I waited 20 minute. I went myself to pick the food up and informed them of what happened, no response. On top of that, the fries were too heavily salted. Usually a good experience, not today.

Horrible experience, I went to this Wendy’s the other day and they locked the lobby so no one could go in. I went to the drive thru where I wait 45 mins and then when I got up to the speaker the girl taking my order couldn’t understand anything I was saying. She was totally clueless. Then when I got to the Wendy she handed me two bags with just fries. I told her the burgers were missing. She gave me a dirty look and closed the window. I definitely won’t be returning to this location.

Drive through was terrible. No spoon for our frosty. No straws for our drinks and no napkins. I know exactly who the person who served us was and she gave us such and attitude just cause we just wanted some extra sauce which I only got one of!! This Wendy’s has been just getting worse and worse, Burger King is better by far!!!!!!

This used to be my fast food place of choice. I would go here all the time. No longer. They have lost my business. The customer service here is pretty terrible. Each time I go the person behind the speaker on the drive thru seems to get more and more rude and impatient to the point of asking me if I want spicy or grilled chicken before I could even finish ordering the chicken sandwich we're talking about. I have had missing pickles on sandwiches which I had specifically asked for them. Missing sandwiches, missing fries, etc. I have now, 4 seperate times, had something wrong with my order and had to get out of my car, walk back up to the drive thru and wait for them to fix my order, which sends the entire resturaunt into a chaotic frenzy as they try to find the components that I actually wanted, holding up everyone in line. I also had the experience of ordering a Big Bacon Classic, driving almost all the way to my house, getting a weird feeling and checking my bag to find that it was a regular hamburger. Then, driving all the way back to the resturant, telling them about what happened, and have them give me a new bag. I drive home, open my replacement sandwich to find... a regular hamburger. Absolutely pathetic.

Very disappointed. I placed a mobile order and ordered a special offer for a Baconator and one free but it was not honored. Manager was impolite and indignant when asked why the mobile order i placed for the special offer wasn't honored. She said this is not a corporate owned franchise and they were not going to honor the mobile order deal!. Well, Burger King honored my special deal mobile offer!!

ordered via doordash a little bit ago. no utensils, no napkins, no salad dressing and to top it off MY CHILI FOR MY TACO SALAD TASTES LIKE CLEANING CHEMICALS! it's horrible. doordash refunded me for the salad n claimed they'll contact you so I hope no one gets sick

A very I'm professional team, after waiting 15 minutes inside and several people ordering after me already having received their food and left, I asked the cashier If he knew how much longer. His tesonce was "no I don't" and then walked away.... this store needs some serious customer service training Months later. No change, if anything it's gotten worse. Go to order and they're a few kids that just got off work by the looks of it hangin out by the register. But yeah no one to take my order, instead they decide to restock forks and walk right past me.

Shirley restaurant is THE WORSE!!! Not only is there only ONE person taking your order but that SAME PERSON helps get your food. Takes forever because of this. And to boot, its like this during lunch rush. Terrible service. Hire just one more person to help take orders & it'll make a world of a difference!

Very disappointed in the service I received at this Wendy's. I was told that I couldn't get a chocolate frosty with my 4 for 4 meal deal, which if that's the rules that's okay, I've just always gotten that option when ordering from the kiosk or workers at every other Wendy's I've been to. I tried to order a frosty separately in addition to the meal and the cashier told me that I couldn't combine the two items. So even if I wanted to spend the extra money I can't order a simple frosty? To top it all off there was no bacon on my bacon cheeseburger. I will not be returning to this Wendy's again.

Always go here. Love this location. Very busy though. Usually a long line. 1 YEAR UPDATE. Never have I ever been so appalled at management of an establishment. I can always expect a regular employee to lose their cool but management is supposed to render a certain image for the employees to follow. The employee used foul language because she put ice my drinks when I specifically requested "no ice". The manager then followed up with more foul language. They were speaking so loud, I heard all of this while the drive-thru window was closed! The young black gentleman at the window was extremely nice and didn't seem to want any part of their disrespectful mannerisms. I'm not sure what happened to the old manager but they need to bring her back and send this one to an etiquette and customer service class.

I ordered through doordash and they did not give me my drinks that I paid for. I will never order from here again. So I dined in this time and the employees purposely ignored me for 10 minutes as I tried to ask for a bag and they clearly saw me trying to get their attention. Worst Wendy's ever. slow service. no condiments out. soda machine is always out if ice or not even working. I got a grilled chicken wrap and there was barely anything in it. as soon as I picked it up it fell apart. Fries were cold and stale. never again

I came with my friend to get food in the drive thru and this girl started off the order completely sounding like she hated life. My friend and I always do two separate orders and there is never an issue, tonight she told us that they do not do separate orders until a manager, Timothy, chimed in and said they could do it for us. We asked for her name at the window, she refused to give it. So we had asked for receipts for both of our orders, she managed to take her name off of one receipt but the other one had her name which we believe is Victoria as that what it says the “hosts” name is. Every single time we come to this location she is nothing but rude. I took this picture to make sure it gets back to her management that she is completely rude and unpleasant and should NOT be working where you have to deal with people face to face. When she noticed I was taking her picture she also proceeded to give us the finger. We weren’t rude to her the entire time, treated her with nothing but kindness even when asking for our receipts so we can get her name. We will be calling in the morning to speak to a manager because this behavior is just unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately as stated earlier, this is not the first time I have gone to this location and have had an issue with this girl.

Brought my order home and was shorted part of my order. Went back and had to stand in the drive through line. Then was told I had to go home and get the bags they the food came in? Standard procedure to come back with empty bags? So i Came back with bags . Still no good. Was stared at like I was trying to steal food from them. So knowing i wasn't going to get anywhere with this asinine empty bag policy. I went to burger King across the street and got a fresh burger. Not some reheated sad sandwich. And your fries were cold, old and soggy. So I'd pull the commercial.

It's the only convenient place to go but there is constantly a problem. Either the service is extremely slow, the food is messed up, they aren't open when they should be. The staff besides the management seem to always have an attitude like me as a customer is bothering them.

Very unpleasant customer service, couldn't hear the person taking my order, she was in such a rush to finish with my order. No manners at all. Never heard the total of my order or "you can go to the next window" we just stood there waiting to hear the balance. My food was cold and unappetizing. My burger had like 3 pounds of mayonnaise.

I keep having missing food items from my orders (missing fries, drinks, dressings etc). It happens on nearly every order I make at this establishment. When confronting the employees about the missing food items, they tend to have an attitude. One time an employee even just threw the pecans (for an Apple Pecan Salad) into my car instead of handing them over. I used to be an avid customer for this Wendy’s but now I don’t plan to come back.

Couldn’t tell you how the food is seeing I was in the drive thru line for 20 minutes, placed an order and everything…to get to the window and be told they’re only accepting cash as no less than four employees stood around instead of informing the people who had been waiting.

Today was my 3rd time going to Wendy’s in Shirley, NY and my 2nd time having bad experience with those drive through operators. Their attitudes towards customers need to be addressed because there is no way you are providing a service and the customer is not allowed to make a mistake. Today I ordered chicken nuggets and just as I was about to drive off, I heard my daughter say spicy so I told the male operator ‘spicy’. His response was rude and negative so I told him ‘don’t be rude’. His response was ‘you need to know your order’. It is not what was said but the way it was said, as if he was annoyed. When I got to the window, I tried to explain to them that I didn’t know they sold spicy and he was still be rude and sarcastic. He just kept saying ‘you need to know your order’. I told him again that he’s rude and as matter of fact he shouldn’t even be arguing with me. I had handed over the cash to pay for my order, I took it back and told him the best choice word I could come up with and drove off. There is one thing I don’t appreciate in life and is people who are serving my food, being rude and disrespectful. Wendy’s need to get there servers proper customer service training.

In the drive thru, I started to order and the order taker was arrogant, trying to rush me and had zero patience explaining details of each product they selling. She was plain stupid dealing with customers. She shouldn't be interfacing with customers. My experience with this place was very frustrating and annoying. Thus, I drove away without ordering. The manager, Mathew, didn't see any issues with her conduct taking customer's order! This business lost me as a customer.

I ordered lunch around 2:15pm est at this location; Unfortunately the customer service was extremely poor, lack of enthusiasm/energy towards customers throughout the entirety of the drive-thru process was horrendous. The gentleman with the fatigue(multi-color) wave cap/stocking cap on his head delivered the most obnoxious customer service I have ever experienced. Please enhance the training modules needed for better customer service throughout the drive-thru process.

Nobody knows how to make your order right or listen clearly!! I’ve been ordering food and picking it up for me and the girls at work and for the past three days in a row either something has been missing made wrong or I’m just not being heard when I’m at the drive-through. Today was the last straw I tried to order a Cobb salad and an apple pecan chicken salad , Along with the fish sandwich that I called and I had to have so it would be ready for me to pick up. They automatically only wanted the sandwhich, but im ordering for 3 other girls!! I tried to tell them multiple times I wanted a cobb salad AND a apple pecan. I don’t know what was so confusing about that because they assumed I only wanted one of the other. I don’t understand it when y’all wouldn’t get paid without customers. At least make the orders and act like you care a little bit. Terrible Customer service and service overall.

Ordered the Krabby Patty meal from this Wendy’s. The person at the window initially gave me the incorrect receipt. I went back to get the correct receipt and they gave me a hard time in the beginning but thankfully one of the managers was nice enough to give the correct one to me. Also, I received a small vanilla-pineapple frosty instead of a medium which is part of the order and a burger that did not have all of the ingredients (forgot tomato) included as stated on the menu. Again, thankfully the manager Lisa was nice enough to have one of her employees redo the order and gave me a whole new burger with everything on it. For the most part, I was EXTREMELY disappointed with the quality of service here at this Wendy’s. I live in Medford and the Wendy’s in my town would never provide service this poor. The employees especially Nigeria in particular need to do a better job when giving out receipts and with preparing people’s orders correctly. Also, no employee should roll their eyes at a customer when they are politely asking you to redo their order for them. Unfortunately after being incredibly disappointed with the quality of services at this Wendy’s location, I will NOT be returning and will continue going to the Medford location in my home town instead. If you don’t want your order screwed up, I would suggest choosing a different Wendy’s location than this one.

terrible service, having employees who speak Spanish refuse to speak it, which is embarrassing, second there are 3 people at the window including Milagros who I think is the manager and they take the order wrong, I asked for a chili & cheese potato and a coca cola without ice, They gave me a cup of water and I get home and I get a cheese potato, no chili & cheese, a terrible service. If I could zero Stars I would. First of all I pull up to the drive-thru I'm waiting 5 minutes and someone finally decides to acknowledge that there is a car there. I'm giving the gentleman my order and he seems as though he does not want to be at work. I ordered a meal and a single medium fry. With the meal we asked for water and we're giving a cup of I guess Fountain water. It was assumed that as previous when there was placed here you get a bottle of water. The fry seem to be hot which I was surprised by but once I got on the highway and started to eat my fries they were saturated in greece. They were so badly saturated and undercooked that there was no way I could eat those fries. It was as though someone half cooked them and then took them straight out of the grease and just dump them in the container. It is disgusting that this place is operating like this and serving this quality of food to people as though they're not even human. Never again would I return here. I did go back and the manager was very nice about the situation and she refunded my money. However, the way that this place is ran and the things that are acceptable need to change

I went to this Wendy’s. Purchased a combo meal there after getting home I had a piece of the burger NASTY so it went into the trash! I drink a bit of the Coca-Cola after drinking the Coca-Cola, my mouth began to itch and go numb. My heart begin to race, and I to the ER. I have no clue what these guys are using in their food however, it cannot be SAFE!I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!

Today is may 24th 2025 at 2:15 pm this wendys was not busy what so ever there were customers but noone was inside. The manager on duty looked at me while i stood there for at least 7 minutes. 4 employees who looked high as a kite laughing walking past back and forth numerous times never a hello never a ill be right with you nothing. I ended up walking out and going to burger king across the street. This is the second time ive had a problem with this manager on duty. The other time because I didnt choose my biggie back meal quick enough she had a huge sigh of ughhh and I said im sorry excuse me for not being quick enough for you. The attitude on this woman is so disgusting and off putting. I can gaurentee you any wendys higher up would not appreciate the way she treats paying customers. Im always friendly with people and worked in the food business so I know how it is. If there was a number I could call to let wendya corporate know about this woman and the people that work there i would. Its a shame to because the wendys is a nice wendys in a nice location.

This has to be one of the worst Wendy's I've gone to in my entire life! I ordered something on their app. Then I get there to be told coldly that they don't have the item. Do you want something else? No, please, can I get my money back? Talking inside about this. Then the girl who could barely breathe, like she hated being there, blows me off. Now, a man came over. He says the same thing. I said I want my money back... Now I'm punished to pulling ahead to wait more. After waiting, a man comes out to give me my food. But without my item, and with an attitude that he, too, couldn't care less. No friendly people at all. Total shot show. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I have one close to me that's excellent. Friendly people who talk to you. This store is a disgrace! Stay away unless you want issues as well

So disappointed to many time got my order wrong plus Stuff very unprofessional rude and when I ask for side of source for my burger meal she said I put ketchup on your bag if you didn’t order chicken nuggets you have to pay for side source and she said it with an attitude plus when I got home she didn’t even put ketchup. Never coming to this place ever again. Center Moriches Wendy’s is five minutes away they are professional and kind and when you ask for side sauce they always give you two.

I’m very disappointed with the unprofessional behavior I’ve witnessed at this Wendy’s location. I’ve had other individuals seen the manager flirting with employees while on the clock, which is completely inappropriate for a workplace, especially in front of customers and staff. This kind of behavior sets a poor example and compromises the professionalism expected at any restaurant. It’s concerning not only for the employees involved but for everyone who has to witness it while trying to do their jobs or enjoy their meals. The employees were very nice and helpful. The manager made me uncomfortable. This wasn’t the first time this manager has given me bad vibes. Arguing with the customers and not giving them what they paid for is simply not right.

Horrible experience from placing order to eating the food!! First waited 5 mins at the drive thru waiting for someone to take my order. The person taking the order is the same who handed me my food and she had a horrible attitude with zero communication!! Hands me 2 bags and walks away with no words. I ordered a baconator I barely got bacon in it. I also got chilli, and it’s purely liquid, no meat in sight. My fries baked potato that I ordered are cold. Bad customer service from the manager who was on duty on July 15, 2022 at 10:08 p.m. I want to comment my problem. We were coming from a long trip with my family and my little sisters aged 3 and 5 decided to go for their happy meal at Wendys in Shirley Long Island New York at 555 William Floyd parkway Shirley ny 11967. Then it was my turn to place the order at the drive-thru and the person who attended me spoke English and asked for someone in Spanish and someone reluctantly and aggressively attended me, when I told him that I wanted 3 orders of happy meal He told me if I wanted chicken nuggets or cheeseburger I told him Cheeseburger and then he repeated the order saying ok you have fries and chicken nuggets and I said no I don't want chicken nuggets I want cheese burger and then you tell me ok you have 4 orders of happy meal with potato and chicken nuggets what size do you want the fries so I didn't understand why she didn't take my order and kept repeating that there were 3 cheeseburger happy meals and not chicken nuggets so I decided to go where you pay and they give you the order I went ahead with my car and I arrived and the manager was there and he was checking the orders and he told me what my order was. He didn't greet me or anything, he just asked me about my order and I told him 3 happy meal in English and he told me that he didn't have my order and he looked at the screen And then the girl arrived who took my order in Spanish and told me that they did not take my order because I went to the window where they make the delivery and I told her that I would go ahead because I did not understand the order and I also asked her what take the happy meal apart from the cheeseburger and the fries and she answered me by yelling that because I had gone ahead they couldn't take my order and that they can't do it and I told her DON'T YELL AT ME please and she kept yelling THE maganer was There I said sorry (she's talking loud to me *English) he yelled at me that I needed to move and I told him you are the manager because he was there all the time he only speaks English.... The Manager YELLED at me very LOUD (OUT OF HERE OUT) and I answered him, are you sure he kept yelling at me after that another very nice person came to ask about my order and she told him to calm down and grabbed his hands because the manager he had a very aggressive face because he wanted me to run away from there he couldn't stop yelling things in English when the third person came out he asked me for my order and I told him that the manager couldn't be talking to me that way and that he could call the police. to give me his name so she didn't give her name and she asked me what my order was to understand what was happening and I explained that there were 3 happy meals and that she wanted to know what it included, then she asked me if I wanted a drink I told her yes and then I told her what flavor of drink I wanted and she told me it was fine she pushed the manager by the hand because he was very aggressive and she went to place my order then the manager told her not to give me the order The manager wanted me to get out of there immediately and then the girl who took my order arrived again at the drive-thru and she came very aggressively to tell me that the manager said I had to go take the order again and behind me there was a big line waiting and she wanted me to go take the order again and my little sisters 3 and 5 years old hungry waiting for their happy meal it's not fair that they will attack me like that. And the manager told the other girl not to give me the order when I left the MANAGER PICKED MY FINGER OUT. This is really a Discrimination, verbal aggression I felt very intimidated THIS IS THE TREATMENT THAT WENDY GIVES TO HER CUSTOMERS. ???????????????
