Best brown sugar shaken espresso I’ve had in a long time and I’m a Dunkin junkie. Friendly staff, quick service- could tell that the staff on today work as a team, space is clean. Perfect stop for a long road trip. Made my morning!

Like most Dunkins, this location are well kept. At this location, the young grill had a hard time putting our small order together.

The girls at Dunkin are the absolute best at customer service! No matter how busy this place gets, Aspen and Katie will always welcome you with a smile! I recommend going here for the donuts, iced coffee/lattes, and the ice cream!

We love this place!! We always have fast and friendly service. The ice cream is SO good! I wish we had a DD closer to where we live- but we always stop by this one whenever we get a chance.

First time trying Dunkin’ Donuts, I ordered the fun looking jelly filled, watermelon, sugared donut. 🍉 🍩 Was lovely. 😋 My only complaint is that there wasn’t much filling at all. Just about a quarter size, or less, right in the center, not throughout. Would have been better with maybe just double the amount of filling to make the donut, as a whole, more so equally tasteful and not as dry. It’s a tasty filling and deserves more attention in an otherwise bland donut. (besides the sugar coating)😋 🍩 Crisp and clean atmosphere. 🍩 The young women that serve you are helpful, kind, patient, and serve with gentle smiles. 😊 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 star service.

Driving across the country from the West Coast to the east coast. This is the first Duncan' you see on interstate 80. Not a bad representation for the Duncan' chain. I was disappointed that none of the employees knew what extra extra was.

In the past when ordering a latte they would over steam the milk causing the cup to only be half full. When paying 6+ dollars for a drink that's irritating. Recently the coffies have been much better, the food has always been solid and the service is always friendly and helpful.

Driving across the country from the West Coast to the east coast. This is the first Duncan' you see on interstate 80. Not a bad representation for the Duncan' chain. I was disappointed that none of the employees knew what extra extra was.

Stopped in for a cold brew today on the way to work was greated by two employees that were friendly. The only issue is that they don't understand English. I had to repeat my order 3 times. Once to each employee that then promptly rang it up wrong and finally the manager came out and took care of it. Now these two were as friendly as could be and they were trying I have no issue with that but they should be paired with other coworkers that can overcome the language barriers. Placing them together is going to lead to frustration towards people that don't deserve it.

None of the staff spoke to anyone about there being a wait, how long the wait would be or anything. Everyone just seemed super busy and "put upon" that they were so busy. Sad, I really wanted that coffee.

I love the donuts here. the problem is they just don't make enough. I stopped in, and they only had about four varieties of donuts and a few donut holes. It's a nice place, but if you come, prepare to be disappointed in the donuts offerings.

I love Dunkin Coffee! I Love Dunkin Coffee! I travel all over the US an have had Dunkin in many different cities an states.. This Morning I stopped in at the Sidney Location for my usual Large iced Latte ,Vanilla bean flavor, extra shot. This particular location seems to think ice is the #1 most important ingredient in an iced latte, the cup was overflowing with ice when they poured the espresso on. A few sips later an all the delicious coffee is gone, an I'm looking at this cup that is still 75% ice an thinking what the heck!! Hopefully management will see this an take in to consideration that $7.61 a cup should get a customer more product an less ice! Sincerely, Dunkin Coffee Lover
