We dined in for lunch and Mrs. Lisa served us, she went out of her way to check on us after we sat down with our food and gave great service. The place was clean and toe food was good. Came out fast and the order was correct. My kids have been asking to go back.

Night crew tonight was amazing. They had to drop chicken for my order and they did an amazing job letting me know that they were waiting and they didn't rush it either. The order was perfect. Top notch crew tonight <3

Stopped through this location on my way back to NC and was served by a super sweet employee. I believe her name was Alex she was very patient as I was indecisive on what I wanted to order. Wanted to eat there and have food for the road. She was helpful with what was good and telling me what most people choose. Very satisfied with my food and service especially being that I'm not used to that in a fast food environment. Keep up the good work we need more energy like that!

Visited Silsbee location today the pot pies are delicious the store was nice and clean and the employees were friendly, I wanted to try something different the cashier suggested the pot pie she said they are the top selling item right now and I can see why! They are sooo good!

We do not pass a KFC! so I can speak directly about most of them..we had lunch today in Silsbee and the Manager and Staff are Top Knotch. Facility is clean and well kept. Employees are sharp and engaging...this is how a restaurant should be run! thanks M...we will be back!!!

As a traveler I have been to several KFC’s and this location was not pleasant the last time I visited. I was pleased surprised to see such changes with the new management that this was one of the best experiences I’ve had at KFC. The staff were super friendly and attentive, my order was right & the food hot. Definitely will be back again.

It’s been out sometime since I last been to this location. The sped of service and the friendliness of the staff has improved beyond my belief. The manger Alex has and amazing personality and made me feel very welcomed as soon as I entered the lobby. Thanks for the amazing arrive and the fresh delicious food.

Stopped by the KFC in Silsbee and had an awesome experience. The staff was super friendly and got my order out fast. The chicken was hot, crispy, and full of that classic KFC flavor, just how it should be. The biscuits were fresh and the mashed potatoes were creamy and delicious. The whole place was clean and welcoming. If you’re in the area and craving some good fried chicken, this spot on Hwy 96 is worth it every time.

AMAZING GM and staff ! But it’s rare you find a good GM that isn’t snobby or disrespectful. This GM was super sweet , prompt & polite. No issues what so ever. This was honestly the fastest I’ve ever been in and out of a KFC. Stopped through on a mini vacation last week and I wish she would transfer to my local KFC for such amazing service. 5 stars across the board !

My girls and I stopped in to eat yesterday. I have not been here in months because the manager in charge is rude. Workers are mostly loud but we have it a try. I was blown by the immediate greeting upon entering. The young lady was so happy. It was then I said, maybe this trip is worth it. As I approached the counter, she spoke to my girls and said Are we giving mom the day off. My girls and I laughed and said yes ma'am. So this made me feel even better. I then realized it wasn't so loud as it normally be. We got a 12 piece bucket 3 large drinks and a Capri sun for my smallest. We ate in. The food was out within 5 minutes. Chicken was fresh and we could tell those biscuits had just came out the oven. My girls and I want to say thank you Alex for not only great customer service but for checking on us while we were there. The girls got up today saying are we going to KFC. We hope to get another good experience on our next trip.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and a chicken pot pie today. I had ordered the sandwich without pickles, and of course, it had pickles on it. My pot pie , I was completely disappointed . I was eating it and almost choked on a bone not once but twice. Will NOT be eating here ever again.

2 stars because of so much. The food took almost 10 minutes to come out but it was because they were cooking it fresh. I was fine with that. The problem is I had to air fry my chicken for 10 more minutes nearly when I got home to fukky cook the breading. I would've waited 15 to get the food fukky cooked. There were actually cars in front of us so they had been waiting longer. The food got brought to all 3 cars all at once by the girl that took my payment. She wasn't very professional, but I guess help is scarce? The girl handling the food had super dirty finger nails and it grossed me out to the point I wanted to drive off. I saw the manager actually cooking the food had gloves on so I chilled. I'll probably update this after I go back, but I guess I need to order extra crispy just to get the breading cooked? I hate leaving negative reviews, but expectations for a basic fast food service weren't met.

Okay it shouldn't take 15-20 minutes to get fast food, considering the fact I was the only one there getting food. I've been to actual restaurant that were faster. It happens feb 14, 4:25 pm. they didn't act like worker if being honest. Just keep looking out the drive thru window (past me btw) and looking at random stuff. I don't know maybe they were cooking because they didn't have anything made , but I simply don't know.

They close at 10:30, but it’s not uncommon for them to start ignoring the drive thru after dark. When they do acknowledge drive thru customers, it’s a good 15+ minute wait for food.

I like kfc this one is terrible. Asked for extra pickles didn’t get any at all. Asked for sauce got none and sat forever and when they brought me my food was cold and stale

I moved back to Silsbee May 1st and I have been faithfully getting me and my family food here. Yesterday was the first time I've had horrible customer service and dry chicken. How do you pull me to wait and still give me old chicken. I called the store several times to complain but no answer and the guy working did not give me a receipt. I worked for Popeyes and chicken doing take long to cook. I will not be returning.
