My husband and I have been in here twice now to eat. We are ALWAYS greeted with a friendly welcome. The store is ALWAYS Clean.. Even though she was training the trainee and trainer NEVER let their customer service and friendliness down. The food was prepared perfectly 👌 and with a smile.. Love to go here and will return.

The only flaw I can point out is that the toasted sandwich went cold pretty quickly even shortly after receiving it. But everything else was extremely pleasurable. Both Dylan and Michael were fun and made our visit very nice. 10/10

There's a wonderful staff team. All with smiles and a very welcoming feel. I absolutely love that Michelle with the colorful hair. It brings a new vibe feeling to a gray world. Thank you guys for making me smile. I'll be back.

Very clean perfectly lit as usual (I'm legally blind); I don't know if navy notice but Subway is the best lit and color coordinated public lunching venue I've encountered since my impairment. I also want to take a moment to speak about Meagan her crew (every one of them) ; they all were so polite, attentive, operated team smooth like a well greased machine and could make a DAMN GOOD SANDWICH...... witch takes a bit of attendance to people beyond "Need" God's Peed Douglas Miller

Mr.Tim and Ms. Meghan are the best! We came in today after soccer games and our sandwiches, service, and experience was phenomenal. Meghan is an amazing store manager, everything is always fresh, her and her staff are kind and courteous, and the store is always very clean.

The manager at this location was wonderful. I had ordered from the mobile app and when I got home with my order it had some issues. I went back in and explained to them what was wrong and the manager was so friendly and kind. He took care of my issue and got my order replaced in a timely manner. I will definitely be going back. Thank you Robert for your help.

Best subway I've ever been to!! They are always friendly and quick! Store is always clean and smells fantastic, except that one time but it wasn't their fault. They always make the sandwich exactly how you want. I know that's the deal but some other ones you'll have to ask twice for more of this or that! Over here it's like they know how much more you wanted! They also make the single most best salads ever!

I ordered thru the website and decided on "The Champ", man it was amazing and I'm so glad I decided to go ahead and get the foot long because now I have dinner covered.

The store was clean.. Most of the staff is always friendly. We used to love this place, but this was the mess of what we got tonight. We didn't ask for sparse vegetables or such poorly made sandwiches, but that's what we got. I could have made that at home and not paid as much for it.

They recently moved employees around from this location to the walmart location. Just went to this one and they charged me for the wrong subs. Last time they were out of olives and cucumbers. I was possibly overcharged this time and I should have said yes to the receipt but I didn't want to cause a scene with the young kids working and was about to walk out and tell them just forget it. Go to the Walmart location, it's much better. The girls there know what they're doing.

The staff acted put out that I showed up to order food. Took 9 minutes to finish their conversation and acknowledge me, mind you I was the only one in the store, then after walking the 10 steps to take my order finally asked me" What do you want ". Really don't think I'll be back

If you have 30 mins to wait for a sandwich to be halfway made and charged extra for spinach, jalapeños, or olives if you want more then a total of 9 pieces of vegetables on a foot long sandwich this is the place for you the manager of the shift was untrained like the crew he was running.

40 min wait. So I placed my order 10 mins before I got there online and paid. I pulled in the pick up window and was the 2nd car in line. I waited for 15 minutes before going inside in which I was a little crowded but I asked about my order which was then placed 30 minutes ago. They said they had been busy and hadn’t gotten to it. I watched 5 people’s order be made before mine while they placed their orders as they went. I just don’t understand why I’m ORDERING AHEAD if you’re just going to make me wait until you feel like it to make it, not in the order the orders came In. Anyways after a little over 40 minutes I walked out with my sandwhich. Nothing else just a sandwhich. I asked about cancelling my order before it was made and before he even responded to me he started talking to someone else about their sandwhich.

Bad service!!!!!! Third time I’ve been there and each time is a bad experience. The service (if you can call it that), has each time been subpar and just…bad. Always made to feel you as though you are putting them out for what they are hired for. It’s called work and it’s your job kiddos. I will never return to this one again and wonder how this place is still in business amid such mediocre customer service. And the young man coughing all over the place whining about going home…please go!

management and ownership of this store is just sad. How the heck do you let your store, a place for making it's own bread, run out of bread. And what kinda of subway let's the toaster break. If I was the owner, I would rethink the manager on staff. Not only that but the staff put my food order on hold while they continued their conversation. (OMG someone showed up at my place of work to order food...) Then the employee said people are going to be mad...the other followed up with, "..so what, they can go to Lumberton the ." Made me wanna walk out of there and go to firehouse subs.
