Un lugar acogedor con una atención esmerada y amable y sin tiempos de espera excesivos. La decoración está cuidada y se encuentra en uno de los rincones más bonitos de Sitges. La comida sabrosa y en la cantidad justa y la selección de vinos es acertada y lo suficientemente variada. Como punto negativo, quizá falta algo más de variedad de elección en los platos principales, aunque esto va en línea con el planteamiento del local. En cuanto al precio, es bastante razonable, sobre todo teniendo en cuenta que los precios hosteleros en Sitges están algo por encima de la media.

Restaurante súper acogedor, buena comida y muy buen servicio! Muy recomendable, situado en una de las calles con más encanto de Sitges.

Had heard good things about Timo's and was eager to try it out. We were not disappointed. They fitted us in late in the evening and we loved every single thing about the place. The staff were lovely and very efficient. The room is small and rain had stopped outdoor dining but we were seated very comfortably and fed extremely well. My favourite dish was the tuna tataki starter. Now I know what wakame is too - very tasty seaweed. Can't recommend Timo's highly enough.

We ate here for the first time in ages and it was an excellent experience. Although it was very warm inside tonight, and they had some issues with their fridge, Timo was kind and made sure everything was as good and cool as it could have been. We loved our starters: the Asian prawn salad and gyozas were excellent, as well as the chicken curry and rice. A delight, even though it might have been too warm weather to enjoy properly. We will be back again in the autumn :)

Love at first sight. I can definitely recommend this place to everyone who loves exquisite food. This small restaurant is hard to book for dinner, much easier to come for lunch (or late breakfast in our case), and it's worth Michelin stars... the wine choices are also great!

This is easily a Michelin star restaurant but without the pretentiousness and the price. Service is attentive. Atmosphere is a small tiny space (so expect to wait or book ahead). The dessert (some type of sweet bread with a scoop of ice cream and a dash of cinnamon & and the cod light cream sauce and spinach main dish) we're both easily some of the best things I've ever eaten. Can't recommend this place enough. 15/10.

First timers, we came for early lunch on a Saturday, got a table for 2 by the entrance, and had one of the best food experiences of this 2 weeks trop to Catalonia. This restaurant is managed with great care, with white cloth tables, a very attentive service, and amazing food choices. Our tuna tartar with mangoes, duck paella, and Pavlova, all were great. Highly recommended.

All dishes arrived quickly, the flavors were fantastic and the desert heavenly. The host is very attentive and friendly. Highly recommended and well worth the 5 stars. Update: we ate here again in 2023 (2 times) and yesterday (2024) and had a fantastic evening every time. The dishes are exquisite and tasty, the service attentive and with a smile. This remains one of my favorite restaurants in Sitges. And whoever we speak to, if you are going to Sitges (or are already there), we highly recommend Timo’s

Beautiful little place in the heart of Sitges. Very unassuming at first glance. Ambience was great. Service was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was absolutely delicious. The truffle potato gratin should be packaged and sold because it was the star of the show. My steak was cooked to perfection and so tender. Great experience of the local food. If you ever find yourself in Sitges, this is one restaurant to enjoy great food. Great value for money and I'll be coming back here.

Amazing place. Small yet busy and greet ambiance. The place has a nice vibe and yet I’d cozy. The service is outstanding and the meals timed perfectly. We shared 3 firsts and 2 seconds and had one of their better wines. Overall a top choice in Sitges. The chicken Wellington was amazing as was the curry. They were out of 2 starters we wanted but I look at this as a good thing (it’s all fresh). The only negative is the wine list. It’s not robust but they don’t have a ton of space so, I understand. They bottles they had were well chosen and from 25-200€. It will be hard to beat the value here (amazing food and with 100€ wine we were 80€ pp). Highly recommended

Always brilliant to find somewhere in Sitges that feels like a secret. We hadn't booked but they gave us a table and then we were there for 3 hours. Totally relaxed with some superb cooking. The wine was local and the attention to detail was excellent (the olive oil bottles are bougie!). Service was relaxed and absolutely lovely. Felt like we'd known them forever. Beautiful presentation and great food means I'll definitely be back.

Restaurante coqueto en el centro de Sitges, carta no muy amplia pero variada de platos fusión. Ricas las gambas almendradas con coco y avena, servido con salsa de chilli dulce, y deliciosos la Lasaña de carne suave al paladar con queso parmesano y el Tajine de verduras acompañado con couscous, y frutos secos. Muy amable el servicio. Precios altos para las bebidas, 5€ una copa de verdejo

Sitio pequeñito pero muy bonito. Todo muy moderno y super limpio. Los camareros muy atentos. La comida muy buena y el emplatado tambien muy bien. Para mi, personalmente lo que comimos era muy rico pero quizá un poco caro. Pero en general todo muy bien. Le daria 4,5* pero no se puede. Asi que le doy 4.

Buena propuesta culinaria y ambiente agradable. Eso sí, algunos detalles a tener en cuenta: es imprescindible comer o cenar en la terraza, ya que en el interior, a pesar de los ventiladores, el calor es sofocante y dificulta disfrutar plenamente de la experiencia. El servicio, aunque correcto, resulta algo lento y podría mejorar en amabilidad. En cuanto a la comida, todo lo que pedimos estuvo bien, aunque me decepcionó un poco el pollo Wellington. Esperaba una versión más clásica con hojaldre, pero lo sirvieron envuelto en masa filo. Aun así, el sabor era bueno.

A lovely private bistro off the busyness of the main roads. Food was outstanding, I had the slow cooked lamb with roast vegetables and a side of avocado salad and finished with a lemon sorbet. And service was very attentive and friendly. Menu was diverse with an international fusion take. Best I have eaten in Spain so far. 🌈💗 Came back for my last meal in Spain & had seafood dishes. Just as delicious and the freshest!! Had the coconut prawns and the octopus.💗

El trato fue buenísimo pero la calidad de los ingredientes fue muy baja. Lo probamos al leer reseñas con tan buena puntuación pero nos sorprendió que hubiese platos que no nos gustaron, como las gyozas que tenían un sabor extraño. Quizá fuimos el día que no teníamos que ir...
